My husband and I decided to stop here to grab dinner. He ordered a Double Burger(#2) with no ketchup, pickles and tomatoes and when we get home there is tomatoes on his burger. My burger looks like it's been thrown around. I ordered a Reese's sonic blast and it looks like crap. No whip or Cherry. Pretty disappointed. This location is on Golf Links.

I went into drive thru because the boards went being answered I waited there for about 10 minutes then went through the drive thru I was there about 25 minutes to get my order placed while a lady looked at me and then looked away like I was my there a girl behind me had a call in and they didn't even give it to her so she left as I waited all the lady did was sit on her butt looking at us and the cook Cory was nice to us with all of it he apologized but I wanted to talk to that girl who literally did nothing she must be new bc I've never seen her

I Had been wanting sonic breakfast all week long. Waited til Friday. Rushed over and was highly disappointed. Plus the carhop didn't even read off order just handed it to me. Smh. I was very disappointed about the honey mustard part. I like to eat my toaster with HM (strange I know). But still. I ordered it with my meal, trying to be polite and convenient for the carhop. Next time I'll order it when they come to the car.

I went to Sonic in Middletown tonight around 8pm to get half price milk shakes and I also had a coupon for a free one I received on my phone. Will I redeem my free coupon for the shake and I told the cashier that I had one while someone got on the speaker and said " you got a free shake" I said yes, well anyways i was about to order three to four more shakes but I realized they were not coming off as half price. I asked about it and the cashier got an attitude with me and told me they don't do the 1/2 price shakes. So I only order one more shake besides the free shake. Well as a manager at another company it would be nice to turn off your headset before you want to talk bad about your customers. Yes I do have a disability, and yes I probably don't need the shakes, but my order helps with their bills. They need to remember the best way to ruin a business is by word of mouth. I am a mother of 6 and I was rewarding my kids. Then the worst part of it all was the cashier still never took the free shake off my bill. Then when the car hopper came with shakes, she was very nice and told me my total. I asked her if one of he shakes was taken off and she told me no. So went back in and go my bill corrected, came back and apologized for it. She even told me she heard me tell the cashier that I had a free coupon. I even showed her that I had a free coupon. I understand there are people who are out there to take advantage of others, but talking about your customers while still having the headphones on so the customer can hear is so not cool. No one know how that person Day was, or what is going on in their lives, maybe a night milkshake makes it better for them. No one knows so treat everyone how you wanted to be treated with respect.

I placed my tea and slush order at 4:00 PM and was charged regular price. The time is in my receipt. I asked the manager about it. He said the system cuts it off at 4. But isn't the 4:00 hour the LAST MINUTE OF HAPPY HOUR? Regular price shouldn't kick in until 4:01 PM. The sign needs to be changed to HAPPY HOUR 2-3:59 PM. Please address this. It is false advertising.

On 3 separate occasions I've gone through the Sonic drive thru and they insist on touching my food without gloves. When I say something they apologize or say that didn't touch it when I clearly just watched them do so. After they made my ice cream cone a second time, I asked for a cup. They still charged me an additional .48 for the cup.
This is something that needs addressed and I will contact management in the morning. I'm extremely angry that this continues to happen

OMG, went to the Sonic in Capitol Heights today at 12:13 pm, Check# 1001736 and Ordered #2, waited about 15 minutes. (I am thinking this will be better than the last time, getting fresh food). They did not have any ice cream, (how funny is that, every time you come into this establishment machine is not working). The receipts were not printing out of the machine, okay no problem. When I got my burger the below is what I got! There is no way and they should be ashamed of themselves to try to feed someone what I received. There were other customers who saw my food and walked out! You want me to pay 9.00 for this. I would not feed this to my dog! I asked for a refund, I asked for the Manager (she never came out). I really wanted to ask her if she would eat something that looked like this, or even feed this to somebody she cared about! I waited another 10 minutes before I got my refund. The customer service is horrible at the place, they give you anything, no pride at all. I am done with Sonic! As long as it took for us to get one in our area and they feed you like you are inhuman. If nothing is done I am going to FDA, this is pathetic! There is no way you should be feeding people food that looks like this. Y'all going to make someone sick!

i went 3 days after the opening. went thru drive-thru. ordered the #1(cheeseburger) I wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only nothing else on it, tater tots and diet coke. I read the screen while the person took my order. it said exactly what I ordered. got to window, paid and left. I opened the bags and the tater tots were nice and hot, crispy and had a great peppery seasoning to them. I unwrapped the burger and it was fully loaded(onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, no mustard, no ketchup, buts lots of mayo covering it. you know how Wendy's has that slogan Where's The Beef? that should be your slogan couldn't even see the burger. I had to take a napkin and wipe everything off, then I took a bite, couldn't even taste the burger all I could taste was mayo, even though I wiped it off. I waited a week before I went back. I ordered a #4 texas burger. I said no lettuce and tater tots and chocolate milkshake. got the burger got what I ordered but the onion were in big chunks and that was all you could taste was the onions, tater tots were horrible, it looked like somebody dropped them in fryer and took them out right away. they were very oily(greasy) not crispy. I did have one that was crispy but it didn't have no seasoning and the same for the soggy ones. milkshake had way to much whipped cream, sipping through the straw all you would get is whipped cream. another week goes by and a friend wanted to eat at sonic and I told here it hasn't been good and I told her other people have complained about their food. we still went, she got chili dog, onion rings. I got a texas burger with just bacon and barbeque sauce and the tater tots, she took one bite of her dog and was chewing it then she spit it out it was cold and the chili didn't taste right(not good)her onion rings weren't onion rings but an onion ring. it was a big gob of onion rings stuck together and some of them didn't have breading and what did have breading was very little. my burger had bacon, barbeque sauce and big chunks of onions on it and usually the texas burger only has one patty. this one had 2 patties and in between the 2 patties was half an onion. somebody took an onion cut it in half and stuck one half in my sandwich. tater tots were crispy, but room temperature and no flavor. I just went today Sept. 19 and this time I went were you parked and they bring your food. I place my order. texas burger no onions, no lettuce, tater tots and diet coke. the girl brings my order, very disappointed when I find out they don't leave the tray on your car. they bring your food in a bag and hand it to you. any way I pull out the tater tots ice cold tots, not crispy and no seasoning, burger was cold and very pink in the middle( the cow was still mooing), and it had onions, lettuce, pickles, bacon, and two slices of rotten tomatoes on it and one little dot of barbeque sauce and the cheese was not even melted, it looked like somebody just took the cheese out of the fridge and plopped it on the burger. will not eat there again. I go there hoping my meal will be great and all I get is disappointments.

My family, and I went through the drive thru to order a late night dinner for ourselves. Customer service during this time, was good. After we get our food, we get home and we are all hungry and ready to eat. My husband's and my daughter's food looked good. I opened my dinner of 3 corn dogs and tater tots. All 3 of my corn dogs were burnt from being fried to long. I tried eating one, and it had that burnt flavor to it. I was not able to eat the other 2 corn dogs. I had to end up making me a grilled cheese sandwich at home. I was extremely confused, as to the employee who had not only cooked the corn dogs, but also the employee who bagged the food, and could look at the burnt corn dogs and with no concern that they were given to a customer. I was/am completely baffled to why this was considered good food.

called today to complain about horrible, burned to crisp, burger. The bun was dry, cheese wasn't melted. Fries were rubbery and c old. Fries were soggy and cold and had the taste of burned grease. Called to complain and the manager laughed at me and hung up repeatedly. Customer service sucks. Obviously Sonic is desperate for employees and don't care what they hire.

I am an avid Sonic go-er and this experience was so horrible that I might not ever go back. For starters, the lady who took my order was very rude and kept interrupting me. I only ordered a drink and a small order of Cinnasnacks. It took nearly 15 minutes and my food was cold when I bit into it. In addition, my Dr Pepper tastes comepletwlt flat and they would not replace it. The server was unapologetic and snapped at me. I was completely appalled and just left as is.

I just came from Sonic and as I unwrapped my burger at home, I was very disappointed that the lettuce was wet it seemed like welt old and the mayo and ketchup was way overboard. I had stopped coming to this sonic in northwest Houston long ago cus of their food was sloppy as they prepared our food and onion rings were. Way over cooked. So today I came and was more disappointed bc there was no one on line but one car behind me..as they attended them first for whatever reason they took long with my order! Never again will I have service from here...ugh! And no I had to throw away my cheeseburger! Lesson cost me $7.03..

My friend and I went to Sonic in Pittsburg, CA. I could not get the store #. I was so looking forward to enjoying one of your hamburgers/cheeseburgers. I ate at one of your establishments in Texas. Well, we ended up very disappointed that we went. She is from the southern states so she was also looking forward to going. We placed our order and wanted to wait outside. The air conditioning was working too well (too cold) for us. Well, the table was too dirty to not clean it up. So I went back inside and I asked for a towel to clean the table. The young lady at the register said she would come out and clean the table. I told her she had too many customers and I could easily clean the table up myself. She gave me a towel and I went outside to wipe the table. The towel was a handywipe. Which to me is a disposable wipe. After I cleaned the table, I threw it away. So someone in the restaurant, sent a customer out to ask me for the towel. I told him I had thrown it away, he said that they told him that was their ONLY towel. Then someone named Mercedes came out to tell me off about the towel. She said that was their only towel and that they would spray sanitizer on it. Then she went on to tell me I was out of order for cleaning my own table. I thank God that I exhibited self control. I want to tell you that I will NEVER go back to Sonic AND I will tell all that ask me to NOT go there either. This a Safety and Sanitary issue. As a matter of a fact, I think I should and will report this issue to the health inspector. This is NOT a safe place to eat!

I pulled up to Sonic and finally got a response from pushing the red button about 3 minutes after I pushed it. I ordered food. 40 minutes later the food came out. It was all cold except for the pretzel sticks. The chicken sandwich was not made the way it was asked. They came and picked up the sandwich and never returned. The lights were turned off for closing time. We left without the corrected sandwich.

Complaint on sonic on dowlen in Beaumont Texas. Listen, I have traveled around the US for business and this is by far the WORSE sonic I have ever been to. Not kidding even a little bit. I go to sonic (not this one) EVERYDAY for a sonic coke. I worked 12 hours today and told my co workers I couldn't wait to get off so I could go straight to sonic. They all told me definitely not to go to that one because I would be waiting forever. Well I did because its the closest to my job and they were not kidding. All I ordered was a large coke. That's it! I waited 15 mins for it and backed out and left because there were no other cars on the stalls so there was no excuse! I never complain like this about fast food places but this was absolutely ridiculous!

Went to sonic drive thru and ordered the cheese burger special and was told they didn't have a special on at the time. I was in a hurry so didn't have time to argue so ordered a regular cheese burger and tots. When I got up to the pick up window, I told the young man that I had just seen the special advertised on TV the night before. He talked to some one in the building and then told me that there was a special which was a double cheese burger and tots for 2.99. They went ahead and gave me the regular cheese burger which was almost uneatable. The buns were hard and dried out, no sauce, a sprinkling of shredded lettuce, very thin slice of tomato which was sort of white instead of red, and the whole sandwich was just kind of thrown together and squashed flat. I'm sorry to complain but I thought sonic served better quality burgers than I received. It seems to me that there's a total lack of training when it comes to putting together a quality product at that drive in.

I love sonic food, but I've talked to several employees and Amory management is very mean to employees, they are not treated right.they tell them one thing and do another, they are not paid same or treated same .also who ever orders doesn't order enough they are always running out of stuff. Please check we love our sonic and hate all the bad rap they get, check on management .its not good for fast turn over of employees, this causes confusion. And things not running smooth. Went to my sonic to get milkshakes around 830pm.Waited behind someone at the speaker for over 10 mins, then someone came out and waved us all forward. I guess the speaker box was broken? Waited over another 10mins because they took the cars order ahead of us and had to make it. A worker came out with a drink to us and I told him we havent even ordered but would love to! He ignored that and just kept going down the line. Drink belong 2 cars back. That sends the wrong message to your customers when one sees that. Finally get to window and order and I ask if the speaker was broken. She says no sensors not working. Told her there is no sign. I watched the car behind me leave because of wait and 2 others leave from sitting at the speaker. I thought drinks were half off after 8pm. I was not paying over $9.00 for 2 drinks after waiting over 20 mins. No sorry for your wait or anything. If the deal is over that's cool, but how about saying that. This is the second time I've had issues over the drive thru. We come often and have never been treated like this and experienced such poor customer service. I will not be recommending to others or coming back anytime soon.

9/09/18. I will not be going back to my neighborhood Sonic. Sunday there was no one in the drive- thru or at the stalls; I pulled up to the window drive thru ( speaker to order has NOT WORKED IN MONTHS) and I sat there and sat there. I could see the lady messing around with the tea. After a couple of minutes I drove around again very slowly and pulled up to the window, and still she kept ignoring me another person cane from the back and they preceded to talk. I hate honking my horn, but I did AND I SAT THERE BY THEN I WAS MAD.
