Sonic Drive-In food

My most recent visit at the neodesha is store was disgusting. In the lasy month i have eaten here every meal was cold. Cheese hard. And managers being rude. The fries and tator tots were not only cold but tasted of old grease. The cheeseburger was cold and I threw up half way through rating it. The foot long Coney the hot dog was not cooked the cheese was hard and bun cold. The managers are rude and do night take complaints cordially. I will no longer eat at this establishment .

Sonic Drive-In not receiving all our food and waiting for 20 minutes in drive thru

We were the only ones in drive thru. Waited 15 minites for a girl to take the order.in the mean time four cars drove off. The girl then opens up window and says is this your order? Ok at this point we were the only ones in line. R these people on drugs ? Is what we were thinking. Then when we got the food 15 minutes later food was missing and no drinks. Ridiculous. Appeared to be o lu two people working. Definitely wont be going back

Sonic Drive-In customer service

I took my kids to Sonic for half price shakes 9/29/09. The stall said half price shakes after 8pm. I was charged the full amount. I talked to the car hop who advised those stopped after Labor Day and they must have missed taking that one stall sign down. I requested the manager and he said the same thing. I asked if there was anything he could do or give me a voucher and he said no. I had already promised my kids shakes so got them anyway. After driving around their parking lot it was a total of at least 5 other stalls that had the same 1/2 price shakes sign. I would like a refund or a credit. I have photos of at least 4 of the stalls.

I just spoke to the owner Keegan and he was appreciative for the call and offered to send me vouchers and also explained summer time is half price shakes and when school starts back up that ends. I appreciated the customer service response. Thank you again

Sonic Drive-In service

I went to Hesston, KS tonight for dinner. Waited in the drive up line for over 25 mins for food then the person at the window didn't know what was what when giving us our food. Misplaced our card for just a little bit. Then when we drove off we didn't get our full order. We will NEVER go back to Sonic again. Poor Service all the time. The people who work don't care about serving customers or service at all.

Sonic Drive-In continually slow service and wrong items

I use the Sonic Drive in in Oak Hall, VA for lunch when I want a burger because it is the only one close to work. The wait is always long after paying for the order and usually an item is wrong or missing. It's really not that hard...what is wrong with this place?

It's not like this is rare, it's every time for going on 6 years. There are always different people every week . This leads me to believe there is a systemic management issue at this Sonic and probably at the corporate level, at the very least poor evaluation of performance. It would be nice not to wait 15 minutes for a damn hamburger for lunch.

Sonic Drive-In their employees

It sucks to say I been going to this sonic for years and the new people they got are really rude they are always fighting out in and out of the store when family's are their the employees smoke drugs everywhere drink in public in uniform it's sad I don't know why they keep those people there Jolene one of the managers is a disgrace it's sad who they have working their some other car hop name desiray she is plain rude was rushing me car hops rush people don't want to go back in and get ranch or whatever else I need Diashe is nice she is a other manager I think she cane out and I talked her the next day about it but nothing seems to get with the others I don't know what's going on if I have to complain about the employees every dam day I will thanks for nothing sonic

If you see employees doing drugs, fighting, and drinking why don't you notify the police? Also, if this is a problem every time you go there, go somewhere else.

Sonic Drive-In burnt cold dogs and rude service

The person taking the order was very rude. And we had to ring back in for him to fix the order. Then we tried to order more and he still hung up on use. Our corn dogs were also burnt. We had order 16 corn dogs for 50 cent corn dog day. He tried not giving us the discount. And it took them forever to answer us and we also asked for extra ketchup and never got it.

Sonic Drive-In refusing to take survey free 44 tickets

9628 Tehama ridge pkwy in Fort Worth refused to take a survey coupon for a free route 44 unless it was from there store only. I think that was bad customer service and lost all resofor this location. Mater of fact I am holding 8 of these just from this location so I go or went there a lot. Think I will take my service to another location.

Sonic Drive-In order not complete as charged

on 9/24/18, we made an order to go, drove off and drove for 26 miles before arriving home only to find that we did not receive all of order. Needless to say we didn't drive another 26 miles to just to pick up the item we didn't receive. The sad part is that my stepdad is under hospice and after not eating for three days, this was the first meal he wanted.

With gas prices the way that they are, it would cost more in gas than to get the item.

There was no need in calling the manager, as we were hurried along in trying to order. She came out of door, smirk smile and then went to be on her cell phone.

However, the cap hop, can't remember totally her name but it started with Diari... She was very friendly when she greeted up and read off our order as it was printed.

Just wished customer service was better and our order was right.

Sonic Drive-In cleanliness

I went to sonic on highway 41 in ringgold ga on September 25th and while I was waiting I counted 5 roaches crawling on the drive thru menu and the ordering box! And this is after about a month or two they failed the restaurant report card. That is the nastiest thing ever! I will not be visiting this location any more in the future. Apparently corporate does not care about this location and just let's it be ran into the ground!

Sonic Drive-In the fried food as in the corn dog and onion rings

I'm having to submit a second complaint because it takes these people 10 minutes to bring out food. And I understand that everybody else is in front of me and that kind of thing and I understand that there's other people in front of me that's acceptable however what's not acceptable is when you have a corn dog that is overcooked and onion rings that are overcooked to the point where you can't eat them and that shows in my pictures. I also found two hairs on my onion rings in the bag of pulled one out and there was a hair hanging off of it. I have had issues with the Yorktown Sonic almost every single time I've been and again I'm not going back.

Sonic Drive-In service and food

My husband and I were at Sonic this evening. We went through the drive through the drive through and when we pulled up the young lady came on the speaker and said can you hold on one second, so we sat their for about 5 minutes and as we were sitting there waiting a young lady came out the door and walked behind our truck to go talk some boy. Well she had on the ear piece that they wear to take drive thru orders, so we watched her and she finally kissed the boy and walked back inside of Sonic, and as soon as she went in she proceeded to take our order. So we placed our order and then went to the window and then I looked back and this young lady went back outside to kiss this boy again, and as she was going back in he went in behind her. When he was going in he was smoking one of those E-Cigarettes and went on inside with it. So we finally got our order. I got a double stuffed oreo ice cream cone and my husband got a strawberry milkshake. When we got home to enjoy our treat my husband was almost in the middle of his shake and realize the middle of it was nothing vanilla ice cream, only the top part of it was strawberry. So I don't no what happened there. With my oreo cone I got to the bottom of it and it was like milk with chunks of sugar in it. This is the first time we had a frozen dessert from Sonic so I don't no if this is the way they are suppose to be made or not, but if it is we won't go back.

Sonic Drive-In quality and service

I will start with the person taking the order missed hearing an item and I did not notice until the order came out. No problem reorder the missing item. Next I bit into my BLT and noticed it tasted a bit burnt. By that point my husband had eaten half his burger and realized he didn't even get bacon on his Bacon cheeseburger toaster. We down the road already. Then, the tots tasted like really, really old grease. We each ate one and through them away. I would love to say that this was the first time I had an issue with this location but it is not. However this is the worst one.

Sonic Drive-In double bacon cheeseburger

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only and a med ff from the sonic in Abilene Kansas when i got to work i couldn't even eat the bacon cheeseburger. I found mayo and ketchup on it which at first i just scrapped it off the top bun but when i went to eat it the bacon was raw and not cooked and the bottom bun was soggy. Its not the first time they've messed up on my order. But now im done if this is the kind of food im gonna keep getting i wont eat at another sonic and ill be posting these pictures to Facebook and sharing what kind of employees you have working for you

Ordered fresh hot corn dogs at the speaker pulled up to the window they tried to stick me with corn dogs that had been sitting. Told them to keep them and went to McDonald's!

Sonic Drive-In no service

At 11:46 pm at a Sonic Drive In I attempted to order a large drink. A young man came out and told me they were closed and were no longer taking orders. I pushed the order button again and this time a young lady came out and said they were closed and they do not accept any orders after 11:40 pm. There were several cars parked in the stalls either next to me or across from me at the time. Is this policy at all Sonic's because the young man was borderline rude and told me they had decided to close early when he was walking away. The young man was disrespectful when he said this because I saw him laughing at me as he went back in to the kitchen/service area. I've never been refused service before at any Sonic except this one and if they say they don't serve after 11:40 pm on Friday and Saturday nights I need to see this in paper or in your customer service policies.

Sonic Drive-In food and accuracy

My husband and I decided to stop here to grab dinner. He ordered a Double Burger(#2) with no ketchup, pickles and tomatoes and when we get home there is tomatoes on his burger. My burger looks like it's been thrown around. I ordered a Reese's sonic blast and it looks like crap. No whip or Cherry. Pretty disappointed. This location is on Golf Links.

Sonic Drive-In it took about 40 minutes wednesday just to get me and my friend cheese fries

I went into drive thru because the boards went being answered I waited there for about 10 minutes then went through the drive thru I was there about 25 minutes to get my order placed while a lady looked at me and then looked away like I was my there a girl behind me had a call in and they didn't even give it to her so she left as I waited all the lady did was sit on her butt looking at us and the cook Cory was nice to us with all of it he apologized but I wanted to talk to that girl who literally did nothing she must be new bc I've never seen her

Sonic Drive-In breakfast

- Sausage Toaster sandwich: a little burnt
-no honey mustard that was ordered and on receipt
-GreenTea with Raspberry: regular ice when asked for light ice

I Had been wanting sonic breakfast all week long. Waited til Friday. Rushed over and was highly disappointed. Plus the carhop didn't even read off order just handed it to me. Smh. I was very disappointed about the honey mustard part. I like to eat my toaster with HM (strange I know). But still. I ordered it with my meal, trying to be polite and convenient for the carhop. Next time I'll order it when they come to the car.

Sonic Drive-In window person

I went to Sonic in Middletown tonight around 8pm to get half price milk shakes and I also had a coupon for a free one I received on my phone. Will I redeem my free coupon for the shake and I told the cashier that I had one while someone got on the speaker and said " you got a free shake" I said yes, well anyways i was about to order three to four more shakes but I realized they were not coming off as half price. I asked about it and the cashier got an attitude with me and told me they don't do the 1/2 price shakes. So I only order one more shake besides the free shake. Well as a manager at another company it would be nice to turn off your headset before you want to talk bad about your customers. Yes I do have a disability, and yes I probably don't need the shakes, but my order helps with their bills. They need to remember the best way to ruin a business is by word of mouth. I am a mother of 6 and I was rewarding my kids. Then the worst part of it all was the cashier still never took the free shake off my bill. Then when the car hopper came with shakes, she was very nice and told me my total. I asked her if one of he shakes was taken off and she told me no. So went back in and go my bill corrected, came back and apologized for it. She even told me she heard me tell the cashier that I had a free coupon. I even showed her that I had a free coupon. I understand there are people who are out there to take advantage of others, but talking about your customers while still having the headphones on so the customer can hear is so not cool. No one know how that person Day was, or what is going on in their lives, maybe a night milkshake makes it better for them. No one knows so treat everyone how you wanted to be treated with respect.

Sonic Drive-In happy hour

I placed my tea and slush order at 4:00 PM and was charged regular price. The time is in my receipt. I asked the manager about it. He said the system cuts it off at 4. But isn't the 4:00 hour the LAST MINUTE OF HAPPY HOUR? Regular price shouldn't kick in until 4:01 PM. The sign needs to be changed to HAPPY HOUR 2-3:59 PM. Please address this. It is false advertising.
