drive in onion rings
Normally I LOVE Sonic onion rings.
But my local store here in Dickson, TN has been slacking.
When I pay $3 for a small order, I expect them to be better than this (see picture attached.)
Most weren't even edible because they were all clumped together rather than brown & crispy like they should be!
This has happened now THREE times so I see it as a pattern. Unacceptable.
food quality and customer service
On 9/11/18 we visited the store at 471 Mary Esther blvd fwb FL 32547 (850)243-7014 stall #17 62 Seth chk 349 6:48 pm tray:76 . I ordered the chicken dinner combo and ask for gravy and Fries they said they don't have gravy and I said that's fine and order the doctor Pepper when I got the box it contained tater tots and the chicken strips were very dark and burnt tastimg. The strips did not meet the proper internal temp for held products. It is obvious the grease hasn't been changed and it jus poor quality. I also felt like the man taking my order was a little short with me and definitely did not look isten to the changes I wanted to make. Also the screen went back by into the red button haa been pushed we were not able to see the order while it on the screen and then were not able to pay at the stall. I love Sonic but tonight was unacceptable.

My children and I Swang through the drive-thru today on our way home. There was absolute silence when I pulled up to the speaker, after waiting for a moment, the girl says "What can I get for you?!" Which I thought was extremely rude... I know if a girl at my store greeted a customer of mine like that I'd flip. So, I ordered I asked for two kids meals and a small cheese stick a small pepper. Both drinks I asked to have no ice. It took almost 10 minutes to get to the window after ordering with only one car in front of me... I get to the window, was greeted with the wrong total, given my drinks which had ice in them, (okay whatever) then she shoved my bags at me slammed the window, then reopened it and asked if I wanted sauce with the cheese sticks... I said "Yes", slams the window grabs the bag and shoves it out the window almost dropping the overfilled bag if condiments on the ground. Once again slams the window, I waved to get her attention to ask for my receipt. She grabbed it said " Hear" an slammed the window once again. I looked at my receipt an noticed I was charged for a large motts instead of a small...maybe that's why she didn't give it to me? But, needless to say, the attitude and the unwelcome feeling that she gave to me and my kids was ridiculous, I'm not one to complain I am a restaurant manager an all I know is that she is the face of your business an she isn't representing you the way you should be.
half price shakes after 8 pm
I went to get a half priced shake and the sign was still advertising promotion and still says available on menu but when I ordered I was told the promotion ended on Labor Day. "Corporate hadn't sent the new signage yet". All they had to do was take the letters down from the sign in the front of the store. Bad marketing practices. You should honor what you are advertising!
slushy and sonic blast ice cream
We were waiting at the drive-thru about 10 to 15 minutes for small slushie and two Sonic Blast ice cream first the slushy my brother got was a grape slushy and was given to him water down really watering and then waiting on to Sonic Blast ice cream one Reese's Pieces and the other one M&M's the guy that was making it was not handling it right I understand that he was disabled from one hand but still using his arm against his chest to make the ice cream ice cream all over the cup all over his shirt it just makes me not want to go over there again and just for me to sit there and watch them they thought it was funny so something needs to be done ASAP
sonic app ordering.
1. Menu system on line is terrible. All I wanted was a double Cheese burger with lettuce, Mayo, Tomato and Onions No pickles. What I got is a junior burger (smaller than regular) with no mayo, tomato and anything else but pickles. The menu is very hard to understand because it kept adding items that I did not want. And then when I got ready to place the order there was no evidentiary item to click on.
2. Also, Could not check in. Phone kept say LOADING OVER AND OVER.
3. Receipt did not match what was delivered.
4. Have to say I gave Sonic a chance, but I'm doubting that I will every use the app again. Good Luck with Dat.

It's terrible when you pull into a sonic in tunica, mississippi and you push the button to order and you sit there 15 minutes and no one helps you. So we ask a worker if the stall was working and he said yea and still no help so me moved to another stall and pushed the button and waited for another 10 and still no help. No wonder all the workers were sitting outside talking and laughing. We will never be back there. Crappie service. We will never be back.

Simply ordered 2 fountain drinks in Drive thru. Pulled up to window and paid. Sat for 10 minutes till girl walked to the window and asked if I needed her?! I told her I did not get my drinks. She seemed very confused. Saw a makayla D. Walking back and forth between kitchen and dining area and she didn't come to the window. Must be a bunch of kids running sonic now! Will not be going back anytime soon!

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal that took almost 15 minutes to come, when it did I said thanks and left. I live about 15 minutes away so I decided to eat in the car ... I couldn't even bite into the sand which it was so old! And hard! It hurt my teeth when I tried to bite it! How disgusting how could you serve anyone food like that! Waste of almost $9 on food that wasn't edible! Disgusting!
drive thru service
Came to sonic at 8:00 and got into the drive thru. I ordered a coney meal and I asked for a slush she said there were no more slushes. Then she asked me to repeat my order. Then when I changed the drink to a cherry limeade and asked for a milkshake she said no shakes after 8. So I said hell no and went to McDonald's. I literally never eat there and was trying to try something different. It was a mistake. Terrible store.
some of the workers there are rude as hell
When I went to Sonic today one of the workers there was rude as hell when I was on Facebook I was going through it when I was waiting for my order I asked one of the workers there was it true what they were saying on Facebook that one of the workers here named Nancy Alcoser was convicted of prostitution and prostitution of a minor and the girl was 14 years old and her response to me was mind your own [censored]ing business so I told her I didn't want the food I wanted a refund made my family and friends would never ever eat at this Sonic ever again thank you

On one occasion I ordered an order of tater-tots and a drink. After 40 minutes and I was now running late I had to tell them I needed my food or a refund. They gave me a refund at this point 45 minutes into an order of tater tots and a drink. A few days later on 09/02/18 I sat at the drive thru menu for 15 minutes with no response. I thought the speaker may have been broken. I drove to the window where a female appeared to be on a cell phone, saw me and turned her back while I sat for another 10 minutes with no kind of response before I left to eat somewhere else.

Pulled to stall #20 and pressed the button. It took a long time for someone to ask to take my order. I proceeded to state my order. And no one ever responded. So I pressed the button again. Processed to order I was cut off and she stated the ice cream machine is down. Then I proceeded to order something else. It was another 15 minute wait. You promote I cream all over the place and the ice cream machine is down. And you're rude. Very disappointed! It's not even 5 cars why are we waiting so long.

I was at the 2204 Midway rd, Plano, Tx 75093 at 7:45pm September 2nd. I tried to order my food. The child on the intercom was using a cartoon voice the whole time I was ordering. If they want to [censored] around on the intercom how do I know they aren't [censored]ing around with my food? I just pulled out and left. I was there 2 weeks ago and l kept repeating my order but what was on the screen didn't match so I left then as well. I'm done with this company.

When I brought me and my 8 year old son threw this drive threw thinking oh this is good because before this I loved sonic, but now that I've heard every "employee " cussing up a storm and sitting. For 20 mins before my order was even taken I'm starting to second guess a lot of my choices with y'all. The service was by far the most terrible I have ever had and seen I watched all of them horse playing and making a mockery of there jobs. But if that's how you do things then we WILL NOT be visiting agian! And I will make sure to let family and friends know as well!

We waited over 30 minutes to get waited on and then they apparently forgot about our order, they started serving people who came after us and never told us anything, nothing happened until we complained and then they credited our debit card. Staff members were standing around laughing and talking, not even waiting on customers. The manager Dawn apologized stating they had been out of ice cream all day.

So yesterday I went to sonic and got two drinks the drinks were correct but the service was horrible the board was answered nicely but they took a while to bring out two simple drinks. And the man that brought out our drinks had a manager shirt on 1 he did not say his name and he came up with an attitude and 2 when he read it to us he didn't give us time to even say yes he rushed us and said "yes or no" he is not showing his employees how to treat their customers at all ! Need better managers

So I ordered a shake from sonic which looked great! Until I got home and wanted to eat the cherry. Well to my surprise one of the employees took the liberty of eating half the cherry and putting it on top of my milkshake. This is the second time this has happened to me and it's only the fourth time I have ordered a shake. How disgusting is that? Some stranger eating half a cherry then putting it in your milkshake.

on august 26 i attempted to use sonic app at a sonic drive in. your app would not let me pay for my order which cost $1.07. the car hop came out and told me to stop using the app because the order had doubled and their computers were acting up. At that time error prompts was on my app. I had 2 sonic digital cards one had $2.33 and another for $5.00. All of a sudden a reload prompt came on my screen and automatically loaded my card with $10.00. I left sonic without my order because i didn't have any cash on me. there is documentation of this at the college street sonic. i was charged -$1.07 and again $1.07, -0.18. Also i did not have my card on auto reload. Yes, the store has documentation of this. Dummy me passes another sonic (both of these stores i visit often) and the same thing happened. and i was charged $-1.23 and left with nothing. He tried to force the order through from inside but could not. this was at the highway 105 store.i was then given a phone number to call.i would like a refund and my $10.00 back on my debit so i can uninstall the app never to use it again.

I went to the Sonic off Hwy 59/69 in Rosenberg Texas and ordered a grilled cheese with extra cheese and bacon, when I got to work I opened the sandwich and I looked it had BLOOD on it, and no I checked and checked it was not from a tomato or anything it is blood and turned my stomach not to mention I have to stay hungry now until I can get something later in the day
