I go to your sonic in texas city, TX regularly. However, I haven't been in 2 weeks due to your employees not wearing gloves or wearing the mask. I called in 2 weeks ago filed a complaint and did not hear back. So today I decided to go again...hoping the issue had been resolved. To my disbelief no one wore gloves and every single employee had their masks below their noses. I find this unacceptable considering the things going on in the world w covid. I went to the Sonic restaurant on Independence Boulevard in Virginia beach, Virginia 23455 store 4766 and ordered a chicken sandwich at the drive through. I was greeted with courtesy I paid for the sandwich and left for home. I was tired and ready to eat and relax. After the first bite, I gagged, I looked at the sandwich and it was not cooked all the way. I was upset and I was tired. The next day I sent Sonic a email with my concern, explaining that I wanted them to know that this could make people sick. And I wanted to alert them.
A couple days later I received a reply apologizing for the mishap and then offering me some free tater tots with my next purchase. I thought "really!"
I tell them about half cooked chicken and they respond with tater tots. I said no thanks. It is a health concern I wanted them to know. I will not return.
Desired outcome: Enforce training in preparing food, especially fryers, a temp must be monitored

I am at sonic and I ordered a drink with my meal and the lady brought my drink out to me and when she handed it to me there was a real LIVE roach, walking around on my lid!
