Sonic Drive-In Service and food

I came thru the drive up yesterday afternoon they were somewhat busy, when I went to start my order the guy asked me if he could have 5 minutes before taking my order because they were backed up. He apologized over for it after almost 20 minutes of waiting I heard him taking an order for a car that just pulled up. My food was cold and my order was wrong very poor service

I am at sonic and I ordered a drink with my meal and the lady brought my drink out to me and when she handed it to me there was a real LIVE roach, walking around on my lid! I am not exaggerating at all, this was so disgusting and no one did anything about it she took the drink back and went and through it on the ground and was saying how gross it was but never had a manager come talk to me or anything!

They have codes for specials. I used one for 4 orders of 1.99 jumbo popcorn chicken. They only let you use it on the buffalo or honey flavor not the original. It is sooo nasty. I am an employee of Sonic Drive in and was a little confused why the employees can't eat there while on the clock! Why we can't get a spending budget during the weeks we work! Sonic Drive-In Service

Order a bag of ice at 3:05 p.m. at 3:15 it appeared on the screen at 3:30 still haven't received my ice. But both cars on the side of me order and received there food and left. I ask the young lady who pass me I still waiting on my ice. Oh I will get never came back so I left. The service suck. Call store 15 times no on answer phone. I will never visits that store again.
