I am at sonic and I ordered a drink with my meal and the lady brought my drink out to me and when she handed it to me there was a real LIVE roach, walking around on my lid! I am not exaggerating at all, this was so disgusting and no one did anything about it she took the drink back and went and through it on the ground and was saying how gross it was but never had a manager come talk to me or anything!

Desired outcome: I want to speak to someone who is in charge and know how this happened!
