Sonic Drive-In review: Food was so nasty we took a few bites and throw it away

We went to 1106 West Central Carthage, Missouri 64836 for dinner Sunday 1/23/21 at 8:20 pm. We ordered a #1 combo and a #11 chicken tender dinner 5pc with onion rings instead of tots. My chicken was so nasty it tasted like grease and that it seat there all day long my onion rings where burned and so hard that I couldn't even eat it same as the toast . Didn't have any gravy at all cause they didn't even put it in my meal. The hamburger we ordered the bun was soggy that is was nasty to the point he was going to throw up. So we wasted $19.38 for dinner that we couldn't even eat.
The lady that took our order was super nice and kind.
Problem is the food is nasty and no one should pay that much money to have to throw it away cause it's not fit to eat. I would like my money back for this meal please. We won't be back to eat there every.
