Sonic Drive-In The shakes and the time after I order online to get it faster

Now my complaint is on 4/4/22 I ordered two large blast shakes from the capital heights md. Store I was charged $14 for them it took 30 minutes after the app said it would only be ten minutes so 40 to get them but after I drove off and was almost home I noticed the cups had started leaking they had little cracks in them all the way around I couldn't hold them or stop them from leaking all over my car so I had to throw them out and I would like my money back asap as fast as it was oozing over my car seat I would like that which I did not get to enjoy cheerfully refunded

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND

I ordered a single cheeseburger with xtra onions and jalapeños and was SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED that instead of Mustard (standard as a Texas staple on burgers) or the question asked I got a Wendy's burger with Mayo and Ketchup ( complete gag! ) with fancy pickles. WTH! Sonic used to ask #1 with Mustard or #2 with Mayo and now you're turning into McDonald's I...

Sonic Drive-In Service and products

I went to Danville Arkansas sonic store number 1939 and was treated horrible. Dakota the GM there now was so hateful and went from smoking straight to kitchen without washing her hands. Along with 2 others that seem to be really good buddies by the way they talked about nasty things. My drink was nasty tasting... not even what I ordered and my food was greasy and cold. When I said something about it she said. We cook everything fresh if u dont like it go somewhere else (not those exact words) and I heard her call me a [censored] to the other blonde girl... No wonder they dont ever have any business. No wonder everyone that is actually good and works quits. I wouldnt wish this place for anyone food wise or work as long as she is here. This place needs to get rid of the morning crew for sure. I wont be returning at all!

Desired outcome: Get a new GM One that actually works and knows what to do. Maybe bring some of the old crew back then the business is sure to pick up again

Sonic Drive-In Employment

My boyfriend has been working at Sonic on Cartwright Road, for about 2 months now as a part time job. They overwork him 8-10 hours with no break. Period. He is the person that hands out the customers food in their cars, and lately its been very busy. Some customers get upset, and leave without their order. In this case, the manager said that for every order that a customer leaves without, he has to pay for. This is apparently policy (since they apparently can't cancel orders once they are set in the system) mind you, he gets absolutely NO food back in return or anything. He just hands over most of his tips. Today, it was $49 worth. Yesterday it was $21 and so forth. I know for a FACT this isn't right. Let me clarify. For every order a CUSTOMER, orders, then later cancels before it is handed to them or made, HE has to pay for, only for it to be thrown the in garbage. The manager complains that if he doesn't hand over it in cash, the till will be short. I work in retail, and I know damn well that orders can be voided off or canceled without any funds that the employee has to pay. He has lost out on HUNDREDS of dollars here. I truly believe this is illegal, and he is quitting today. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate some clarification on this situation if possible.

i love yall but almost every other time i go there my shake is never how i ask! i asked for double stuff oreo and there’s barely ANY oreos in here. if i wanted just vanilla ice cream i would ask for that. thank you for listening to my rant.

Sonic Drive-In Money

I went to sonic with my grandkids, and our order came out. I ordered two slushies and a Route 44 Diet Coke. Cassie came out and delivered out order and I payed with a twenty. She came back with $12.00 and the total amount was 3.48. I payed the exact amount in change, but let the $20 pay for the dollar amount. I told the people in the drive through, and she came back out trying to say that I payed with a $40 dollar bill. Those don't exist. She pulled a $5 out of her pocket like it was nothing. She told us that was her tip from earlier, but it was my money I should have gotten back in the first place. This isn't the first time she has messed up one of my orders, however if i simply got an apology I would not continue to make a big fit about it.

Sonic Drive-In Sonic food

I got a chili cheese hotdog. It was the most disgusting piece of meat I've ever had. How the hell do you screw up a hot dog? I took a bite, spit it out and threw out the meat dog thing. Absolutely pathetic. I have tried their burgers, fries, tots, and dogs. They can't seem to make food there. And so I'm done. I won't go back to Sonic. How can you be worse than McDonalds?

Sonic Drive-In Foot-long Coney dog

March 3rd I went to Sonic to purchase 2 Foot-long Coney dog they barely any chili or cheese on it if I had wanted a hog dog I would of went to the grocery store.I think I deserve at least 2 coupons for their mistake. Signed Martha Green

Sonic Drive-In Clueless staff

I’ve been to Sonic at 4407 Linwood Drive Paragould, AR 72450 twice and they have messed up both orders. The first time I ordered I wanted the burgers plain but on the screen said mayo lettuce and tomato. I said it was wrong and had to tell him 3 times over and he still didn’t understand and sent another worker out to write down my order. I received that order and it had mayo lettuce and tomatoes on it which was wrong. So I sent it back. It came back as a single patty instead of a double that I paid for. Sent it back and a manager wanted me to explain it all again. Finally got it right but everything was cold by the time we got to eat. Tonight I go again and order 4 bacon cheeseburgers plain with tots. Mayo lettuce and tomatoes again on all 4 and tots cold and hard. Worst Sonic ever. I will never go back. All together $80 down the drain.

Sonic Drive-In Incorrect order

I went to my local sonic in Zachary Louisiana at 8:00 on Feb 14th, 2022. I ordered a quarter pound double cheeseburger (among other things) and the burger I got is a very small looks like a value meal burger. The rest of the order was correct, and the toppings on the burger was correct. But this was not the size of the burger I ordered.

Sonic Drive-In No toys with wacky pack's

Hi sonic drive in is the only place I will buy my children a kids meal from. So when we all were excited for the new magic toys. I placed an online order for 4 wacky pack meals at the phx, az jesse owen prkwy location. We received the meals as checking if everything was there before leaving I noticed there was no toys? I had to inquire about it (thinking it was a honest mistake) I was told..."we don't have any toys"? If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered!... I would have possibly waited till they got them in... I'm extremely livid and frustrated because i've never had this problem with sonic... And as I tried to explain this to the manger of the location he just stood quite till the little red light turned off...! I'm soo disappointed with how this manger handled the situation! No apology... No offer to make it right... No saying when they will have toys in stock... Nothing! Oh.. He did say "the app should have informed you"...? I replied "it didn't" that's when he just stood quietly till the red light turned off... Is this how you handle situations? I'm shocked because i've never had an issue with sonic before this... And how they handled this i'm not sure if I wanna take the chance and again get disappointed...

Desired outcome: I would like an update when they will have toys in stock... or a refund if possible... but will rather have the toys I paid for above all.

I was at a location in san antonio tx. I pressed the button to order and they took at least 7 minutes to take my order (I would understand if they were busy but they only had 2 cars when I got there) the girl took the order and asked if that was it and I kind of paused to make sure. She came out with an attitude saying "what else do you want, my headset died because y'all took to long".

Sonic Drive-In Drive thru

Hello…I called the complainants dept…The call may have dropped, but I lost him! The drive-thru has an ENORMOUS HOLE at the pick up site that is VERY DANGEROUS! It needs to be filled ASAP! Someone is going to get hurt if they don’t realize it’s there! Your employees have stepped in it as well! I go though 3 times a week and spoke to the employees about it and asked the manager to call me but may have missed her call! Until you have it fixed, it would be in the best interest of public and employee safety to at least fill it with inexpensive crusher run (rocks) to avoid a serious accident! This would avoid possible legal fees in the future if someone is hurt! Other than that, no complaints! The employees are very kind, courteous, and very fast at getting orders to customers! I am very impressed with how well it is managed! They are doing a great job for your company!

I was at the location on Mesa Ridge in Fountain, CO. I pressed the button and they left me waiting for 10 minutes, then the screen refreshed and the button was no longer pressed. I pressed it again and someone took my order, but the screen never prompted for payment. I waited another 20 minutes, then called in to inquire about the order and they couldn’t find it. They never took my order, so I drove away. The staff are inept.

Sonic Drive-In Broken plastic pieces in two of my sonic ice creams.

I ordered three sonic ice creams thru the drive thru. as my family was eating we found pieces of broken plastic in two of the cups. We are lucky we did not choke and die. We might have ingested some plastic though.

Sonic Drive-In Drive through order

1/21/2022 645ishpm. We ordered 4 combos and 1 non combo meal. The onion rings were soggy... ended up in the garbage. One of the drinks was nothing but sparkling water when Ocean water was ordered. All of the drink cups were filled 75% or more with the crushed ice. That doesn't leave much for the liquid I'm paying for. $44.47 total for less than expected meal.

Desired outcome: Try to be customer oriented like Culver's.
