Today i I’m was sitting in drive thru the manager on shift was helping cause I told her I didn’t get two of my drinks a tall girl with dark hair started yelling at her and another guy started yelling at her and all she was doing was trying to figure out what was going with the drinks the management there is really horrible the guy ketp screaming at her so she yelled back which I would have to he was cussing at her which is very unprofessional,, I feel sorry for those workers
Desired outcome: Someone needs to talk to the guy who was cussing at his employee
Sonic Drive-In - 1 large chocolate shake
On March 1, 2022, at 16:30: went to Sonics and ordered a Large Chocolate Shake. Took over 20 min just for a large chocolate shake, it came melted except for the whip topping. No apology, no refund. Just handed the shake and left. I did not want it to be taken back and make another for another 20 min, maybe they spit in it or something else gross.
This is not the first time that this has happened. And it was not even that busy. I get it, I understand that it is hard to find good help, but those assistant managers and workers get off of their cell phones and start paying attention to what is going on!
Desired outcome: Please refund, I want this store investigated by a secrete shopper get this store working better again.
