Sonic Drive-In Food purchased with hair in it a lot of hair

Took my daughter to the sonic on Highway 160 a day after Christmas and we had hair a clump of hair in our food I tried contacting the manager he told me to contact you guys I've tried twice to have you guys get back in touch with me and it has not happened so my next phone call do you guys will be from a lawyer. The pictures that I have sent shows you that we had consumed most of the foot-long hotdog when I found the hair in my food and I do not know what my 13-year-old daughter may have not seen but consumed

Desired outcome: You tell me the desired outcome that you would like if you and your family had eaten food with heroin at a sonic drive-in after eating 90% of it

Sonic Drive-In Messed up my order

They put it right on the screen and the ticket but when I looked at everything it wasn't right. Ordered a double patty melt with no onions and they got it right on the ticket but they burger wasn't right. Got a single patty melt with onions. This isn't the first time they messed up on a order and the staff is very unprofessional. The waiter taking the order speaks very softly and is hard to understand and doesn't repeat back the order.

Sonic Drive-In Poor customer service

On 12/23/2021, I entered the drive up stall and placed my order. I specifically requested to have "hot" tater tots and told clerk i did not mind waiting on them if some had to be dropped. When hopper brought my order to my car, the tots were warm as if they had been sitting under lights and not freshly made as I requested.

I drove around to the drive up window and again asked the clerk could i have some "hot" tater tots. He stated to me these were just dropped. I said no they were not as when i bit into them they were not hot. he again insisted they were just made as there was grease on the bag. Then a manager came up and said just give her money back to her! He was extremely rude and then he abruptly shut the tellers window in my face before i could attempt to speak with him.

I waited about 15 minutes a young lady came back with my money and a receipt. I asked her name of manager and she stated Keenan Romero. I saw him in background of restaurant and asked why he slammed window in my face and if this was something he arbitrarily does to customers.

I don't understand the fast food industry these days, it seems as if customers just have to accept whatever is given to you and you have no rhyme or reason to complain about it. Fast food like everything has gone up in price and i am not going to let anyone just give me what they want me to have when i am a paying customer.

If this is a manager who is supposed to be a leader to his crew he definitely is not manager material. He displayed to his team that customers are not priority and disrespect towards the customer is acceptable.

Sonic Drive-In Night managerdfrive in

Our fries was cold dirty and old, when we took them back the manager argued with me and admitted to cooking them in old Greece because they were waiting on order she was rude and very hateful. And the food was disgusting. Was the worst service iv ever had in Seneca Missouri. This manager deserves to be fired . AND I WANT THIS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY They had been droppand retried twice and it was so dirty

Sonic Drive-In Ultimate super sonic breakfast burrito no jalapeños

We go to Winnsboro Louisiana Sonic everyday when we are home. We are truck drivers. I always order the same thing. A half sweet half unsweetened tea and strawberry slush with extra strawberry and a ultimate super sonic breakfast burrito no jalapeños. Every time I order that I tell them no jalapeños. And everything they put jalapeños on it. I been ordering that same thing for 2 years. And for 2 years they have never got it right.

Desired outcome: I would like for them to stop putting jalapeños on it

If they made the same mistake, or mistakes for two years probably best to find somewhere else to go. If it is a once in a while thing, then fine, but two years? Just be glad you do not have allergies to jalapenos. One day they will be used because they gave something that someone is allergic to.

On the 21st, yesterday, we waited 20 minutes for our ice cream??? 2 shakes... So when I asked about my order they said that we left??? We never left because there was an suv blocking us!!! They then got an attitude about it??? The worst sunday a crew ever!!! And the kiosks aren't working either. We changed stalls 3 different times??? We are regular customers at this sonics and if there was a better place to go... We would!!!

At the sonic I used to work at (11/01) the manager (joe) was constantly harassing and assaulting the young lady's that worked there. He already has a prior conviction that has to do with minors. Sonic Drive-In Wasn’t open an a employee didn’t let us know that today they were closed because no one showed up.We called and was told. We sat there over 15 min

The employee we seen outside was getting car jumped off. Another customer let us knows that on a phone call to stores that they were closed because of no one showing up. This is poor business and we waited over 15 min from out of town. Very disappointed.

Sonic Drive-In product

11/20/2021 early evening, sonic on Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas
the food ordered was barely warm and the drinks were watered down and were undrinkable. We have noticed for some time now how much the service and food quality has lessened. I had ordered tender dinner and wanted gravy with it, did not receive the gravy and had to call again to have them bring it out, when they brought it out is was like water and tasted terrible. I know that help is hard to find, but the quality of the food should not go down hill. I know that sonic is just a drive-in but the food quality should still be good.
I also order diet cherry lime aids sometimes and when they arrive, most of the time there are no limes or cherries in them? Do they not receive training on what goes in a cherry lime aid?

Sonic Drive-In Refund

I was ordering my food on the sonic app and when I got to the pay part it kept popping up a unexpected error occurred so I hit ok and tried again. Finally after trying 4 times it went through. When I got on my bank account to check it it showed sonic charged me for all 4 tries. I just want my money back for 3 of those 4 tries. I have added a picture of my account.

Sonic Drive-In The drive through service.

Today about less than 30min ago Nov. 17 2021. Sonic on elm and near New Orleans st. Broken Arrow, OK. I went through the drive through. I went to the menu where the speaker is, (in my car) and was saying hello and no one picked up. I said it more than once waited probably less than minute, but still no answer. I didn't know if the speaker didn't work or not. So I go up and wait in line 1 vehicle ahead of me. When it was my turn at to the window I told them no one responded or something like that. And she told me that I probably missed the person on head set after I left. She told me to go to a speaker and she'll take my order on her headset and that she had other people waiting behind me. So I left. I didn't get what I wanted (unsatisfied customer)and sonic missed out on customer. To me this is bad customer service. You should serve the customer at the window not having them wait even longer to at least take there order. I understand people where waiting, but I was too and was before them. Usually when I go through a drive through if I don't get the order at the speaker, the'll still take it at the window. They might have me park on the curb after, but this is not normal to me of being told to go to a speaker. The way the lady handle it she made it sound like I was in the wrong. Even in the beginning the lady didn't see me at first. (I waited). I am an understanding customer not harsh or rude and felt like I was treated unfairly.

Sonic Drive-In Product

Orderd a med blast with whipped cream got a cup full of ice cream no whipped topping&cookies dough on top. Also got a rt44 strawberry limeade. They came out&took my drink back cause it was full of lemons. When it came back out it was still full of lemons. I asked for my receipt she had to go get it she left it inside. After setting there 10min for my receipt I left without it

Sonic Drive-In Chicken combo

ordered went through drive through chicken was overcooked French fries were awful. Tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. The Texas toast was not good. Very disappointing when you are on lunch break and you get this served to you.

Sonic Drive-In Water charges

While traveling, my daughter, her husband, and 21 month old child stopped at your location at 3622 St. Mathews Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118. when they ordered two glasses of water for herself and her child, they were told there would be a charge for the water of $0.25 each. I didn't realize the cost of a Sonic franchise was that expensive that the owner had to charge for water to keep the business going. Perhaps he or she should set up a go fund me page to stay in business so they don't have to shut down.

Upon researching and finding over 133 complaints on the charges of water, one would think if they are sitting in any type of corporate glass tower, they would understand how much negativity this is creating for not only your customers, but the staff in having to deal with this. Your corporate response (which really doesn't address the issue) only mentions refills are not free and the charge is to pay for the additional cup.

Let me explain it this way, When we have a family reunion, we all travel to one place. This can at times account for 11 individuals that have to choose places to eat along the way. Therefore for the fifty cents you were going to charge, you lost the business of 11 people. Smart move Sonic!

Sonic Drive-In Everything

The last 3 times we've visited the Sonic on Hwy 19 North in Meridian, MS, our order took forever and then was wrong. The individuals inside are too busy chatting and laughing to do their jobs. One additional day my daughter and I waited almost 20 MINUTES at a stall AFTER pushing the button before we gave up and left. Worst Sonic I've ever been to and won't be back.

Sonic Drive-In Ads

Your new ads having been running for two years and they are actually getting worse. ( Hard to believe that was even possible ) You should immediatly fire everyone that talked you into this disaster and maybe do some research this time before you ruin my favorite brand for good. Your present campaign is not at all funny, entertaining or informative. They are in fact cringe worthy leaving your customers feeling at best disappointed and disgusted.

Sonic Drive-In Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito

On 10/19/2021 I ordered the Sonic Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito from my local Sonic. According to friends and family, I'm a "Sonic Nut" who can't seem to pass a Sonic Drive In without stopping for something.
However, my excitement was quickly squashed by the half sized burrito I found wrapped up in my bag. This pint sized thing probably contains one egg, a sausage and maybe a piece of bacon, and that's pushing it. I could literally fit this thing in my hand without overlap.

Come on Sonic, do better…
