Hacked app
My sonic app was hacked . The person ordered almost 50 dollars worth of food. It was caught in time for them to not be able to get the food but sonic is refusing to refund my money. They keep telling me to dispute it with my bank and I keep telling them that my bank does not dispute amounts under 50 dollars. Basically sonic is refusing to refund my money so they are stealing from me . I want my money back. What they are doing is theft .
My local sonic continues closing in the middle of the day with the pathetic excuse of being understaffed.
The sonic location in Mathews Louisiana (70394) has been closed over a dozen times in the past two months. They close early when they are no supposed to, don't open at all, etc. They say it is because they are understaffed but that is no excuse. If someone is repeatedly late or doesn't show up at all, they should be fired and a new person should be hired. Central Lafourche highschool, the high school not even a mile away from the restaurant, has nearly 500 students if not more that could work there.
I am sick and tired of that place being closed in the middle of the day because the management can not manage a simple fast food restaurant. The management needs to be dealt with or they will lose my business as well as the business of dozens of others who share my annoyance. And in a small town like this, losing such buisness means a loss of the location itself.
Desired outcome: The sonic to stop closing in the middle of the day because the people running it are not qualified to run it.
Constantly wrong or missing items
This is regarding the location at
930 Fort Worth Drive Denton, Texas 76205. Every we go there is a minimum wait of 30 plus minutes, even when not busy and we only order a milkshake, I know it doesn't take that long to make one. They either get my order wrong or missing items. I have to call and tell them. They either call me a liar or don't answer the phone.
Well tonight 1/14/22 missing food, and I wonder again tried to call no answer, then answer and hung up on. This is wrong . This location is very convenient as it is close to my home but I'll drive right by there and go to another place if they think that this is acceptable customer service. I usually go there 3 times a week and spend no less than 30 at each visit

My burger tasted like it came out of the garbage and have been throwing up and feeling nauseous since eating a few bites. I also bit into a plastic bread tie that was in my burger. It was very sharp on one side and could very easily have seriously hurt someone if it had been bitten wrong or swallowed. I have since come to learn that my burger was also not the only one to contain a plastic bread tie today.

On January 3, 2022 at 2230 hrs at the Sonic in West Valley at 4000 w 4561 s in West Valley City Utah. Thier phone number is [protected].
I pulled up to to the drive sign wanting to order. Waited for about two minutes and know one ask for my order, so I drove up to the window. Were the personal clearly saw me, he turned his back on me and reach for his ice cream, I waited for some time. The other personal saw me and did nothing.
I was in a black F-150 Ford.
I called them to a complaint, the girl was no help, she put on to some guy. That sounded least then helpful. At that point I hung up. He seem to just put me off!
If this how your going to treat customers, then I will go some were else, after working at home depot.

Messed up my order
They put it right on the screen and the ticket but when I looked at everything it wasn't right. Ordered a double patty melt with no onions and they got it right on the ticket but they burger wasn't right. Got a single patty melt with onions. This isn't the first time they messed up on a order and the staff is very unprofessional. The waiter taking the order speaks very softly and is hard to understand and doesn't repeat back the order.
Poor customer service
On 12/23/2021, I entered the drive up stall and placed my order. I specifically requested to have "hot" tater tots and told clerk i did not mind waiting on them if some had to be dropped. When hopper brought my order to my car, the tots were warm as if they had been sitting under lights and not freshly made as I requested.
I drove around to the drive up window and again asked the clerk could i have some "hot" tater tots. He stated to me these were just dropped. I said no they were not as when i bit into them they were not hot. he again insisted they were just made as there was grease on the bag. Then a manager came up and said just give her money back to her! He was extremely rude and then he abruptly shut the tellers window in my face before i could attempt to speak with him.
I waited about 15 minutes a young lady came back with my money and a receipt. I asked her name of manager and she stated Keenan Romero. I saw him in background of restaurant and asked why he slammed window in my face and if this was something he arbitrarily does to customers.
I don't understand the fast food industry these days, it seems as if customers just have to accept whatever is given to you and you have no rhyme or reason to complain about it. Fast food like everything has gone up in price and i am not going to let anyone just give me what they want me to have when i am a paying customer.
If this is a manager who is supposed to be a leader to his crew he definitely is not manager material. He displayed to his team that customers are not priority and disrespect towards the customer is acceptable.

Our fries was cold dirty and old, when we took them back the manager argued with me and admitted to cooking them in old Greece because they were waiting on order she was rude and very hateful. Ultimate super sonic breakfast burrito no jalapeños
We go to Winnsboro Louisiana Sonic everyday when we are home. We are truck drivers. I always order the same thing. A half sweet half unsweetened tea and strawberry slush with extra strawberry and a ultimate super sonic breakfast burrito no jalapeños. Every time I order that I tell them no jalapeños. And everything they put jalapeños on it. I been ordering that same thing for 2 years. And for 2 years they have never got it right.
Desired outcome: I would like for them to stop putting jalapeños on it
If they made the same mistake, or mistakes for two years probably best to find somewhere else to go. If it is a once in a while thing, then fine, but two years? Just be glad you do not have allergies to jalapenos. One day they will be used because they gave something that someone is allergic to.
False advertising / poor service
The advertisement clearly states that burgers are 1/2 price after 5PM on Tuesday. Today, December 14, 2021 I ordered 2 burgers... only 1 was 1/2 price. On the 21st, yesterday, we waited 20 minutes for our ice cream??? 2 shakes... So when I asked about my order they said that we left??? We never left because there was an suv blocking us!!! They then got an attitude about it??? The worst sunday a crew ever!!! And the kiosks aren't working either. We changed stalls 3 different times??? The employee we seen outside was getting car jumped off. Another customer let us knows that on a phone call to stores that they were closed because of no one showing up. This is poor business and we waited over 15 min from out of town. Very disappointed.

11/20/2021 early evening, sonic on Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas
the food ordered was barely warm and the drinks were watered down and were undrinkable. We have noticed for some time now how much the service and food quality has lessened. I had ordered tender dinner and wanted gravy with it, did not receive the gravy and had to call again to have them bring it out, when they brought it out is was like water and tasted terrible. I know that help is hard to find, but the quality of the food should not go down hill. I know that sonic is just a drive-in but the food quality should still be good.
I also order diet cherry lime aids sometimes and when they arrive, most of the time there are no limes or cherries in them? Do they not receive training on what goes in a cherry lime aid?

I was ordering my food on the sonic app and when I got to the pay part it kept popping up a unexpected error occurred so I hit ok and tried again. Finally after trying 4 times it went through. When I got on my bank account to check it it showed sonic charged me for all 4 tries. I just want my money back for 3 of those 4 tries. I have added a picture of my account.
The drive through service.
Today about less than 30min ago Nov. 17 2021. Sonic on elm and near New Orleans st. Broken Arrow, OK. I went through the drive through. I went to the menu where the speaker is, (in my car) and was saying hello and no one picked up. I said it more than once waited probably less than minute, but still no answer. I didn't know if the speaker didn't work or not. So I go up and wait in line 1 vehicle ahead of me. When it was my turn at to the window I told them no one responded or something like that. And she told me that I probably missed the person on head set after I left. She told me to go to a speaker and she'll take my order on her headset and that she had other people waiting behind me. So I left. I didn't get what I wanted (unsatisfied customer)and sonic missed out on customer. To me this is bad customer service. You should serve the customer at the window not having them wait even longer to at least take there order. I understand people where waiting, but I was too and was before them. Usually when I go through a drive through if I don't get the order at the speaker, the'll still take it at the window. They might have me park on the curb after, but this is not normal to me of being told to go to a speaker. The way the lady handle it she made it sound like I was in the wrong. Even in the beginning the lady didn't see me at first. (I waited). I am an understanding customer not harsh or rude and felt like I was treated unfairly.
