Sam's Club Pick up

I ordered seven items online and elected a 7-8 a.m. pick up at the Elmsford, NY store. When I arrived and parked in the pick-up area at 7:35 a.m.. I found the app was not working. I tried seven times to let personnel know I was at the store for my order. Instead, I went to the employees' entrance and banged on the inner doors for five minutes. Ultimately, an associate on a cart opened the door for me and asked me to wait for the person in charge of delivering online orders.

I signaled an associate who ignored me and began wiping down a check-out counter. I waved to another who threw me out of the store. Finally, at 8:02 an employee gave me my order while insisting that I use his wagon instead of the one I had with a box for the merchandise.

I was annoyed at the unpleasantness and poor customer treatment of a regular premium member.

Sam's Club Disney's coronado springs resort : water view (nd) - room + theme park ticket

I purchased vacation package at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Water View (ND) - Room + Theme Park Ticket. I called on 2 different occasions and spoke to 2 different people on 12/26 at 2:51 PM and 3:34 PM and they confirmed that each member of my traveling party would receive a park ticket for each day that we were staying at the hotel. So that would be two 8 day adult tickets and one 8 day child ticket. My children are 6 and 2 and the 2 year old doesn’t need a ticket. The only thing that I received was two 2 day adult park tickets. I even spoke to a rep on 1/4 who confirmed that I should have received two 8 day adult tickets and one 8 day child ticket. Sam's Club refuses to make this right. I have opened up several support tickets with no success.

Desired outcome: These need to be extended to 8 days and the child ticket needs to be included or I would like the FULL refund.

Sam's Club Returning jewelry in-store/bought online

Bought a wedding band online that looked much bigger online than what I received. I took it back to the Sam's Club in Morrow, GA to return. First, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive and help me. I let the sales person know I ordered a ring online that I would like to return. I gave her the ring with the receipt from online, she then asked me for my credit card. I gave her my Sam's credit card and she walked away with it, asking someone I guess for help. I didn't like this because she could have call someone over instead of walking off with my credit card. When she returned, she and another worker put the information in the system and said they couldn't return the item because it had two different item numbers. Then I asked, well how am I suppose to return this item? I was then given a number to call Sam'sClub.com. I called Sam's Club and was told they will have to contact the vendor to let them know that they have a return before I can get my refund. The agent comes back and says she cannot get the vendor on the phone and will have to refer this to the back office. I was told they back office will contact me in 72 hours. Not sure what's going on here, but this is ridiculous I will not purchase any more jewelry from Sam's. I am terribly disappointed about getting the run around about a return I should have been able to return in the store. If the item could not be returned in-store that should be stated on the web site. Now I feel like I'm stuff with a $300.00 dollar ring I do not want. No one should buy online jewelry from Sam's, go instore where you will have the in-store receipt and they can take there merchandise back.

Sam's Club lamb steaks

Monday Jan 2, my nephew Matt Delletro bought 3 beef steaks and 1 lamb steak at Sam's Club. He cooked the lamb carefully, making sure it was fully cooked and reached the right temp. That night he got deathly sick, throwing up, diahhrea etc. He remains sick today (4th) and has been unable to work. As you know, food poisoning is awful to experience and it has been costly for Matt since he's not paid for days off.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for time off work plus pain and suffering. Matt is a Union Carpenter who is paid approx $350 a day so I believe a fair settlement is $900. With that, we will file no complaints online or otherwise.

Sam's Club EBT removal from online ordering

I went to order today curbside pick up and I didn’t notice that my EBT card was no longer being saved on the app and I just learned that there are no longer excepting EBT as an online or a scan as you go. Very very bad move very bad move! The EBT online option was very convenient for me and my family. I sometimes have no way of getting to the store.. And also the scan as you go, I would come in and be able to get the items that I need and come right out with the EBT option for payment and for those options to be gone has really really made me think about it getting rid of the Sam’s Club card all together.

Sam's Club Dawn dishwashing liquid

On December 28, 2022, at 9:07 my husband discovered that FedEx of Oxford, AL had left a package at our front door. So once he picked it up, he saw that it was wet, the liquid from the dishwashing liquid was on the front porch and there was a trail from the front door to the kitchen counter. As you can see from the attached photo that half the bottle is gone; whereas, a majority of it saturate the box, and there is a lot on the kitchen counter. This is the second delivery we've received from SAMS CLUB; whereas the container (Oxy Clean Box) that was torn, ripped, and battered to wear once opened Oxy clean was everywhere and we had to take what remained in the box and what was on the counter and place it in another container.

I have no idea what's going on with the people you choose to deliver your items but if this continues we will send the photos that we have to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this ongoing problem. We're not paying money to get products that we can't use, or we're not receiving what we paid for. This is not good business practice!

Desired outcome: Refund, and please fix the problem. If not able to ensure our products are delivered correctly then please let us know so that we can cancel our SAMS membership, and shop somewhere else that thrives on good customer service.

Sam's Club Member’s mark usda choice angus beef brisket flat, cryovac, $6.38 /pound

I purchased the above brisket flat on December 21, 2022 at the Woodstock, Ga, store No. 8158. The brisket was listed at a weight of 7.7 pounds. The brisket was to have been our family Christmas meal on Christmas Eve. The day before I unwrapped the meat to see what might need to be trimmed. Normally, the Member's Mark brisket is trimmed excellently and needs very little trimming before smoking / cooking. This brisket was laden with fat; there were layers that were 7/8 inch thick. I normally trim to 1/4 inch on the fat cap side but the more I trimmed the more there was. I ended up trimming over three pounds from the piece. I arose early Christmas Eve to remove the flat from a brine and to begin the cook; then I did some other meal preparations before taking a shower. When I emerged from the shower three hours into the cook, the brisket was already above the target temp of 203 F. The brisket had shrunk tremendously and was overdone. I will take responsibility for not monitoring the temperature more closely but this was the worst brisket that I had ever bought in my life. I have been buying Member Mark briskets for over 20 years and never have I had anything so fatty. The end result was barely at three pounds. I cannot explain why this was such a poor cut, I don't know if your supplier pulled one over Sam's or the quality control has gone south but at this point I could never recommend a Member Mark brisket again. Our Christmas dinner was ruined and it just frustrates me to no end that one of the dependable aspects of serving beef to my family is now a huge question mark.

Desired outcome: A refund? Not the point. What went wrong and why such a poor product was on the market. What failed and what will be done to restore confidence?

Sam's Club Upper management needs to make a SURPRISE visit to the store and make the necessary changes.

I have responded to reviews often on this store. They have since stopped asking for reviews, so I am putting it in on my own. I shop at the Canton store because I appreciate good products however I have found that the shelves are often out of staples such as water, potatoes and bread. I went a week before Christmas and there was not one person bringing in carts for shoppers, I went out and brought in two carts for others seniors who could not (I am also a senior). I had one product that would not scan, I pushed the need assistance key (using self serve check out) waited 5 min. Long line forming behind me, before walking up to a front end agent for help. (3 agents standing there talking). After checking out waited in another line of 15-20 people to get out of the store. Only one person checking customer receipts so we could leave. I had to go to another store to pick up products Sam’s club was out of. Why do I continue to pay for a membership? I may not for much longer my membership is due to renewal.

I have dropped my car on 22nd Nov 23 for installation of 4 new tire purchased from sams. I had appointment at 8am and it took more then two hours to install because they messed up the tire pressure sensor which was not disclosed at the time of handing over the key. When i drove car back i noticed there is tire pressure sign is on on deshboard. I took the tire back to them and it explained that some time it does not read so we have to manually fix it. After i shopped for 40 minutes bavk to tire dept. and guy name axander mechanic who was not there in the morning when they installed. He told me that i heard from colleague that the,sensor was broke but we dont have advanced tool so you can take it to Bell tire i called and they are,asking me to drop the car they will check and charge me $81 for every sensor fix. I tried to call store manager never get conected. Who is going to pay foe fixing their problem. Very annoying and thinking to change my membership to costco if i dont get resolved.

Sam's Club Gasoline Station #6614

I had to replace the entire fueling system and spark plugs on my 2005 porsche cayenne after filling up with $86.97 worth of 91 grade gasoline at the el monte sam's club gas station on 4901 N Santa Anita Blvd El Monte, CA 91731,

on Saturday night december 17, 2022 at approximately between 8:00 and 8:30 pm.

Immediately after filling up, my vehicle began to stall and sputter. After towing it to the repair shop, the mechanic drained and found liquid that was watered down gasoline. He stored a sample in his shop, showed it to me , and confirmed that this was the cause of the fuel system issues.

Because of this faulty non gasoline substance from sam's club gas station #6614 : the entire fueling system , plus the spark plugs had to be replaced. The total cost of repairs was $1,815. I have attached a copy of this receipt.

Desired outcome: TO RECOVER THE TOTAL COSTS OF DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE EQUALING $1815, PLUS 3 FULL DAYS LOSS OF WORK. I OWN A BUSINESS AND MAKE THE EQUIVALENT OF $115 PER HOUR SO THAT WOULD BE $2760. ALSO A REFUND OF $86.97 FOR THE FAULTY GASOLINE.

Sam's Club Food court

I shop at the Utica, MI, Sam's Club. 2 friends and I wanted to get a hot dog and drink after shopping on Saturday, 17 December. There were about 3 people in front of me and only one worker behind the counter. He was helping 1 customer and it was taking him over 20 minutes. People left the line and were complaining about the line not even moving. I saw three employees talking at the end of the line and I went over to them to ask if anyone would be able to help him. One employee was named Ethan and two other women. The shorter, blond woman didn't seem happy because I interrupted their conversation. She said, "We have nothing to do with that department!" She began to show me how busy everyone was pointing to the busy checkout lines. I informed her that these checkout lines go very fast, and I just went through them. I looked at her and said,"Thank you for not helping." She replied sarcastically, "You're welcome." She continued talking to her coworkers and I just waited in line with my friends. Eventually someone came out to help the one worker. He said that the person he works with went on lunch break. I was just hoping someone would be able to either wait for the pizza to come out so others could order and get their food. I was taken back by how the shorter blond hair; woman was rude with me. I have served on Active duty with the US Army for 3 years and served 30 Active-duty years with the Air Force. I was a superintendent both peacetime and overseas for over 100 employees. The people who worked under me are probably more customer oriented and concerned to help others then I received at the Utica Sam's Club. Is there any possible way that workers who aren't so busy in other departments would be able to also help in the Food Court when needed? The woman made it seem that they weren't even allowed to help them there since it is separate from the store itself. Any comments are appreciated. When I go to Costco, they seem much more friendly and supportive. I hear from others that the employees are treated much better than at Sam's Club so they are more courteous.

Desired outcome: I appreciate a response back. The employee or manager, Ethan, would know who the shorter blond hair woman was who seemed very rude to me for asking if they could get help in the Food Court.

Sam's Club Complaint

In 09/2022, money from our bank account was electronically and fraudulently taken by Samsclub.com. Yesterday, I just discovered this complaint form.

It was for thousands of dollars and continued for a few weeks. We immediately notified our credit union and money continued to be taken and put back into our account. Were skeptical about our bank account not fully and finally restored.

We thought it was over, then 12/16/2022 we noticed 2 deposits for $109.76 showed up in our same bank account. Wow, we were shocked and immediately notified our credit union, Wescom Credit Union. We are awaiting their response and plan of action.

I am writing this complaint in hopes that this travesty gets reviewed by Sam's Club.

Please cease and desist from fraudulently taking money from our bank account.

Also please provide the following:

1) why and how this happened.

2) an itemized account of each dollar amount stolen and reimbursed.

3) a notice of apology.

4) a written guarantee that this fraud will stop and if not then legal action will

be taken.

5) monetary compensation for all of our time, effort, stress, loss, and

infringement.

Sam's Club Deli/pizza

I am going to start by saying every single time that I come to the hoover location the staff is always rude and carless. I ncome here often for items and I also work for a company that gets all of our snack ordders for our dealership from here which os a lot of money a month. Last night I went after work to get 2 whole pizzas from the deli. The lady who was there was very rude and stated that they ran out of pizzas but they were making whoke pizzas at that same time. I beleive she just did not want to make my whole pizzas. I alwys have a problem getting whole pizzas from there. So, I decied to go to costco because I have a business membership there also under my husbands name. I am going to cancel my sams membership asap and continue to primarily use costco because the service is way better and I never have problems there. This location really needs better staff. I want to just cancel my sams membership. I really love the pizza but its not worth the horrible service. If they dont like their job they need to quit.

On 12/10/22 at approximately 7pm, I was at the Sam's Club #8157 in West Palm Beach. As a guest at this location, I was treated very rudely by the above associate. I'm following up on a complaint that I made with front end Supervisor Sergio. I made the complaint due to the lack of professionalism and disrespect that I was shown by the above-mentioned Associate. Sam's Club Credit

We pay off our credit card balance in full every month using Autopay. Our full November payment was automatically deducted from our credit union on November 28th. Our Sam's account closing date is December 5.

Tonight, I used my Sam's card at our local Sam's club and the card was declined. I called the customer service number on the back of my Sam's card and was told that my payment taken on November 28 is under review, and we won't be able to use the card until December 12. My credit card statement shows that the balance has been paid in full. No one can tell me the reason my payment is under review even though I have requested to speak with several managers. They have taken our money and we cannot use the card. This is wrong! We faithfully pay our bill each month in full and are never late. I have no confidence in this system. We have had many issues with this card and have decided not to use it. We have a Costco Citi card and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, this is a very poor reflection on the Sam's Club organization and an embarrassment to a very good customer.

This will change our purchasing habits moving forward.

Sam's Club Fake Sams Club Survey

Please be aware of a scam that impersonates Sams Club in a survey that promises free gifts plus shipping. I was suspicious but it looked like a legitimate Sams Club brand program and unfortunately I typed my Sams Club credit card.

I backed out before completing the purchase but later noticed there were charges to my account.

I call the fraud number at the bank and they were familiar with the survey scam and told me I needed to get the third party marketing company to cancel the monthly subscription.

Unbelievable hassle. My complaint is why hasn’t Sams Club alerted its customers about this recent scam using Sams Club good name. I trust brands and I hope someone is working to shut this impersonation scam down.

Sam's Club checking out

Now its very clear your cashiers ring up everything the customer only touch the groceries only when they are shopping now at checkout YOUR CASHIERS ONLY NOT THE CUSTOMERS, YOUR CASHIERS ONLY TOUCH the groceries so why the extra checkout at the door how can anybody take anything when your cashies touch everything they only target black people and it needs to stop.

Desired outcome: When people come through that checkout they should not be extra scanned all race not just black people but they are the most targeted STOPPED THE EXTRA SCAN AT THE DOOR anybody that you dont see going through that register THEN you scan

Sam's Club Gift cards

Last month I purchased two ($100) gift cards to use at Panera and two ($50) gift cards to use at Panda Express. I never received them by email and could not access them. I chatted with Veronica at home office/online and she stated it was above her call to make, but she would have someone contact me. No contact. I emailed the company and left a message. No contact. I went to the local store in Auburn, AL and showed them all my info and they said, "you did this online and it is not our problem. I paid Sam's approx. $300.00 and I would like to get the gift cards and since they have a problem with email I would like four regular gift cards; two to Panera for $100 each and two to Panda Express for $50 each.

Desired outcome: I would like the gift cards for which I paid approx. $300. I would like two $100 Panera cards and two $50 Panda Express cards in regular gift cards because they evidently have a problem with email cards.

Sam's Club Service - pumping gas

I had an incident while pumping gasoline on 11/09/2022 at the Sam's Club #4712, located at 10488 Old Katy Rd, Houston, TX 77043. The pump failed to turn off and gas flowed out all over my car and the pavement. I was able to manually stop the flow without getting it all over me. I had to wait nearly one hour before a manager would address the issue and take down my complaint because the store had not yet opened to the public. Once the complaint was filed I went to the local car wash and had the car washed and waxed to remove all the gasoline residue. What I was claiming from Sams was reimbursement for the car wash and wax job, a total of $125.00. Today I was informed that I would not be compensated for these charges. The reason: The Walmart Claims Services determined that because the particular Sam's location did not have any prior knowledge of a fault with the pump, prior to my trouble, they could not reasonably be held responsible for any damage, trouble that I experienced. So even if I had major damage to my vehicle resulting from pumping gas at the location, Sam's would not have been held responsible because they had no prior knowledge of a problem.

I ask the WCS Case Manager, Nicki Gibson, if I could speak with someone at corporate to have this resolved outside of the Walmart Claims Services. She said she would pass on my request and if someone deemed it necessary, they would call me back. Bottom line, the extent of Sam's/Walmart interest in their customer is how much they can make off of them. Will not be using Sams for gas any longer and seriously considering cutting them off entirely as one of shopping stops.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and compensation for my car wash and wax to remove the gasoline that overflowed on the paint on my car.

Sam's Club The entire membership system and lack of instructions for the app itself

Stop treating membership as it's own single account.

WTF is the deal with this situation this doesn't even make any sense.

Each member on an account is only able to see their own purchases, while only one member on the entire account can use a credit card that is supposed to be for every member on the account to use, bet yet still all members on an account can use the Sam's cash every member on an account generated?

This entire app needs a serious overhaul and requires a detailed instruction book to it's use because it's impossible to use or know what's going on?

Desired outcome: Fix the security flaw in the app and provide an instruction book on how to use the app. This includes what all the icons are how to find them, what each page does.

Sam's Club Fuel Center at Sam's Club

How are you today The reason for my writing you today is because i would like to complain about your employee at th fuel center.I'm really upset how he was handling things at the fuel center. he let the other car in front of me get their gas but as i pulled up he puts the corn in front of it and make an cut off gesture with his hands.so therefore i went to the circle k and got gas so i could make it back to Augusta.
