Sam's Club Fraudulent charges to my cashapp card

I just got a notification from cashapp that a charge for $110 was declined due to insufficient funds from Sam's Club in Bentonville, AR tried to charge my card. I don't know how Sam's got my cashapp card number when I've never used my cashapp to pay at Sam's Club at least not recently. If I have used my cashapp card it was sometime a long time ago.

Desired outcome: I'd like whoever is doing this to be stopped and have charges for fraud pressed against them and I'd like to see this person or people to be arrested on fraud charges.

Sam's Club Curbside Pick Up

2/27/23 I arrived at 5:25pm for order [protected] scheduled for pick up between 5:00 and 6:00. I went to the door were the carts emerge at 6:00pm to ask if their app was broken and told my order wasn't picked yet and would take another half hour to an hour, I told the employee to cancel it. This is the second time this year this has happened. I called the store and no one picked up so I walked in while still ringing customer service - very poorly staffed. I was vocal about needing a corporate # to register my complaint and given an 888# . Twice I called but the phone personnel were "unable to hear me" and they hung up. Everyone else in shouting distance heard me.

I then received a text at 6:27pm that my "canceled" order was ready for pick up.

Unbelievable lack of concern for any semblance of customer service. Feckless from the top down.

Desired outcome: I should have been notified of order delay (BOTH TIMES). Sams Club needs to devote resources to training personnel, adequate staffing and hiring of capable management.

Sam's Club Order #[protected]

Received the order via FedEx this morning. Smelled strong vinegar odor before opening the case. Vinegar box busted and inside bottle leaking. Also leaked onto the Truvia box. Vinegar box was placed in the center of the box, not on the end and was packed with food items.

I have tried several times this morning to speak with someone in the United States as I find it extremely difficult to understand the "ladies" from the Philippines! Each said that they could not transfer me to the United States.

I'm sure that you and they are aware that if you have a presence in the U.S.A., you must also provide a United States person to take calls when requested. I even went so far as to call the corporate office, what did they do? Sent me right back through your system which continuously connects to the Philippines!

Someone, please get back with me so that I can get these items replaced!

Desired outcome: Replacement of product and apology!

I went in to the Winston-Salem, North Carolina Sam's Club as the machine was down in the Greensboro, North Carolina location for service on our 2015 Ram 1500. They installed the TPMS Sensors but did not program them right and have tried on numerous times to deal with the Tire & Battery Center of Winston-Salem and Greensboro, North Carolina Sam's Club locations to get replacement sensors or reprogramming the TPMS Sensors.

Sam's Club Being treated like a common criminal when applying for a sams credit card.

Today I wanted to apply for a sams Master card, at the Sams Club, McDonough, Ga to where I am a member. I provided all the information necessary for to the lady behind the counter needed for approval. That included my sams club card, my home address, my drivers license, my cell phone number along with my social security number. When the lady submitted the information to the company that provides the credit card, I was told that it it was submitted but they would get back to me in a few days. I then realised that I put a credit freeze on my credit reporting companies. So I went home, lifted the freeze for two days so they could access my credit info, and with that went back to sams to reapply. When the info was entered again, the lady inputing the info was told to contact the company that issues the credit card. When she did, she put me on the phone. I asked what was going on and they said they needed more information. With that being said, they wanted me to take a video of myself and send it to the, then they wanted me to take a picture of myself and send it to them, then they wanted me to take a picture of both the front and back of my drivers license and send it to them. They then wanted my social security number, along with my home address and cell phone number. I then very calmy asked why all this was necessary. They told me it was to verify that I was the one applying for the credit card. I asked if this was a standard procedure and they said no, just in certain cases. I then asked what was the reason for me doing this after previously providing this information to the clerk behind the counter. They would not give me an answer and stated that they would mail me a response and that ended the conversation. My credit score is over 700 and I am in awe that I was treated like a commin criminal. My credit reporting agency notified me that the credit card issuing company did request a credit check and it was given to them. I am not very happy with what took place today and need someone to get back with me to give me good reason why this took place. In addition I did call the company to find out why I was denied, but the person on the other end said that they could not give out that information, other then my request for the card was denied. I really don’t need this card, but I was getting it more as a convience when I travel rather then use my debit card. Plus they offer rewards. I know with certainty that tomorrow if I apply for a credit card elsewhere I would not be denied. Something is radically wrong, when Sams Club provides the same information to the card provider, yet the card provider takes it upon them selves to interrogate a Sams customer asking for the same information, if this is the way this credit card provider treats Sams Club members then I don’t need to have a Sams Club Credit Card. I can go elsewhere and get one without the interrogaration.

Desired outcome: I need an answer as to why i was so interrogated when i applied for this card. The person behind the counter was very appolegetic and felt bad.

I was in a similar situation as I applied for an amazon credit card and was denied due to the same situation as I had a credit freeze on my credit reports. My credit score is in the seven hundreds also and I really didn't need the amazon credit card all I was going to use it for was to get $30.00 of my purchase if approved for the amazon credit card. Normally what should happen is there should be a third party verification that the company you are applying at needs to ask questions that only you should know what is on your credit report if the company doesn't offer that verification you need to show up in person with two forms of ID and the company calls the bank that issues the credit cards.

Hopefully this was helpful.

Sam's Club Automotive - missing tire valve cap

I had my 4 tires rotated on 1/24/23 at Sam's Club automotive, located at 849 Stoneridge in Jefferson City, MO. by Jerimiah #864; and picked it up after purchasing $188.73 worth of groceries. At home I noticed the front left tire valve cap missing. I checked it because when I originally purchased the tires from Sam's I was also missing one tire valve cap (then I was still in the parking lot and went inside to get it). I was in the area of Sam's 6 days later (today) so I stopped in to pick up the missing cap (and would of settled for any that fit). After an extensive wait, Kevin was informed, checked my paperwork, but couldn't locate the missing cap. He contacted Jerimiah and they mentioned there were no notes on my paperwork (whatever that's suppose to mean). They both looked again, and after returning said they "don't have any" in the automotive shop. Kevin was very "dismissive" and said I could go buy one and send him the bill. I suggested they mail me one when they get one. Although I was cordial, I left because they were doing nothing else to resolve the issue. 1. I already made a trip to Sam's for a problem they were responsible for. 2. They want "me" to make another trip to another store to buy a replacement (doubt anyone sells them one at a time), plus I would then have to make a 3rd trip to them or pay for postage and my time which would all cost me way more than the value of "one" cap. 3. Considering that I was missing one cap each of my two visits to Sam's automotive for tire service; there should be a box full of missing caps in their department. 4. Since this is apparently a regular problem, Sam's should spend $10 to purchase dozens (cost maybe 10 cents to 30 cents apiece), so they have some around to replace those they continue to lose! Still no resolution.

Desired outcome: I assume I will eventually go buy the smallest quantity that can be bought somewhere, and keep the balance at home for the next time I experience the same thing again with Sam's automotive. (You should BUY SOME to keep there)!

Sam's Club A store manager refusing to give a refund with all with all the documentation in hand

I recently made an online purchase for a piece of jewelry online on January 11, 2023. After receiving the ring I had purchased as a gift for my niece I was informed by her mom that she too had also purchased the identical ring for her as my niece had requested. At this point I had made the decision when the ring arrived I would return it and purchase her another item. To my dismay and shock I was shocked when I was informed by your store manager that without the confirmation email that was sent out by Sams Club that a refund could not and would not be issued. Needless to say I had all of the original packing materials that the ring came with including the paperwork and box along with my purchase history pulled up on the app on my phone confirming the purchase. I then proceeded to contact customer service on the phone while still in the store where that person directed me to show here my purchase history on my phone in the app to which I responded "I did, and she says that's not satisfactory" to which the agent on the phone confirmed that the only thing I needed was the packing slip or purchase history receipt on my phone to which your manager still refused to budge. She also insinuated tags had been removed to which there were never any attached when shipped. As a long very loyal and long time member of Sam's Club who spend a substantial amount of money in the store weekly and visits the store at least 2 times a week I was highly offended that your manger would treat me like a thief. This incident was extremely embarrassing and humiliating to say the least. I finally decided to leave this store and drive 20 minutes away to the Matthews location that is not convenient to my home BUT in less than 5 mins with no questions asked, just the packing slip that was in the box my return was issued. While I have memberships to Sams, Costco's and Bj's, Sam's has always been my first choice especially because of convenience But if I have to drive 20 minutes to be treated with respect I may as well give my dollars to Costco. It's even more disturbing that this incident occurred by a manager. Even I know as a customer that she didn't know what she was talking about because I have purchased many things online and this is the first time I have ever encountered any of this ridiculous and humiliating behavior. May I suggest some additional training for Monique at your Sam's Club in Pineville, Nc.

Sam's Club Bakery

I called the bakery at the Sam's club on 11101 Fuqua in Houston Texas 77089 on 01/21/2023 at 9:30 am
A lady named hope answered the phone I asked to order a birthday cake and she became upset saying and I quote "we don't do birthday cakes because you people order them and never pick them up. Then I said OK so Sam's club no longer lets you order cakes, and she goes on to say and I quote 'oh my god just tell me what you want" at this point I'm in disbelief and I asked her what her name was, and she yells hope H.O. P.E. At this point someone else takes the phone and tries to apologize for her behavior. Needless to say, I didn't order a cake the level of her unprofessionalism made me feel like she would do something to the cake. Her behavior was completely unacceptable.

Desired outcome: THIS IS A QUESTION FOR YOUR COMPANY

Sam's Club Sam's Club - Oak Creek - employees

Sam's Club in Oak Creek WISC. which i visited on 01/19 at 12:23pm.

Being a member of sams for the past 25plus years, i find this disgusting and an embarrassment to Sams. Employees laying on the furniture that's for sale? Not only do i now have to check out myself while paid employees watch me, perhaps these employees would be able to assist customers that pay to belong to this club, instead of lofting on the job?

You may argue that they were on a break., perhaps they should be in a break room and not laying all over the furniture while customers are shopping.

Sam's Club Tire center and warranty

I have been a long time member of Sam's Club. Approx. 2 years I purchased a new set of tires and purchased the warranty with them. My problem is that when I need to get a flat fixed and I have to call to try and get an appointment. My club was completely booked so I had to go to the store on 96 St. in Fishers Indiana. I got a 5:00 p.m. appt and was there on time. I was not even helped by the person working in Tires until 5:30. I understand that he was the only one working so I can understand that. But when I asked to have my tires rotated while he was fixing my flat tire he said no I would have to make another appointment. I was upset because it is part of the service for buying the tires at Sam's but I said ok just fix the flat. Once my car was fixed I left and went home. It wasn't until the next day that I looked in the back of my car only to find that he hadn't even put the spare tire back under the car where it belonged. I will never buy my tires at Sam's club again. The making appt. to get a car in is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: The tire department needs to be automated so that you can make an appointment online instead of being stuck on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time.

1/16/2023, time was 16:57. We were shopping in the food/freezer area of our local Sam's Club. In the freezer section, there are a lot of large bags of Miracle Melt sidewalk melting chemical spanning down most of an aisle. It smells pretty bad (almost like fertilizer). I am allergic to such chemicals and I got a fever, headache and very sick after shopping...

Sam's Club Scan and go

I am a plus member at Sams. I own a catering company I am in your stores several times a week and spend thousands of dollars each month. I am not happy with your scan and go sales. I don't use my phone and feel it is not necessary to use my to get the sale prices. The yellow labels on the items for sale is so small it isn't noticeable and then you get the chesk out to see you did not get the sale price at all. A sale is a sale please don't add scan and go on your items. I talked with the service desk and it seems I am not the only one who is unhappy about this policy. I was in the store on Friday Jan 13 when I discovered this bad policy.

Desired outcome: I think you need to take away the scan and go sales make them available to all your paying customers that paid a fee to shop at your store.

I have purchased rib eyes and NY strips in the past and they have been always perfect. We had people over for the holidays and I always Told them Sam's is the only place to buy meat. Nov and December made steak purchases and they were the toughest steaks we have ever had. They had good flavor, but very hard to cut. Very, very disappointed. Won't be buying any type of steak at Sam's again.
