Sam's Club - Breach of customer electronic information

Jan. 13, 2024.. Prepared and paid for 4 attempts for an online delivery thru their app. Each time there was a charge then order cancelled. Called local store #6425. Spoke with Manager Bryan- couldn’t locate any of my orders on his system. System may have been hacked and customer accounts compromised. Gave me number to call 888-746-7726, spoke with...

Sam's Club - Outdoor chemicals in the food area

1/16/2023, time was 16:57. We were shopping in the food/freezer area of our local Sam's Club. In the freezer section, there are a lot of large bags of Miracle Melt sidewalk melting chemical spanning down most of an aisle. It smells pretty bad (almost like fertilizer). I am allergic to such chemicals and I got a fever, headache and very sick after shopping there. At first, I did not realize that it was there until I kept smelling something odd on the air and then turning down that aisle there is was. I got away from there as fast as I could but I had been already too close/exposed. I called that store and they told me that there is nothing they can do about it (because cooperate tells them where to put it and to call cooperate). I asked for the number and she told me to look it up on the internet. I asked when will it be moved, and the woman told me that it will be moved once winter is over. I tried calling cooperate, I told the woman what had happened and she asked me what card I used. I politely asked if she understood what I had just told her and I got hung up on. My complaint is: Chemicals of that nature should not be in the food section. It should not be around food at all. It is very toxic, what if a child got that on their hands? We looked it up online and the bag has a lot of very serious warnings on it. I avoid other areas of the store for such a reason but I wouldn't have expected to get exposed in the food.

Desired outcome: To be notified when the chemicals will be moved out of the food section because I cannot come back until it is. Hopefully in the future, non-food chemical items of that nature will not be stacked with the food.
