Sam's Clubnever received my refunds

I returned my items, they allowed me to get return labels, when I requested my refunds I was told I was high volume and would not receive my refunds!!
A manager has refunded some of them, but is not refunding the remaining ones!
My point is if my account was "flagged" then I shouldn't have been able to get labels or mail my merchandise back!! They have my stuff, I also have other return labels that they allowed me to return, if I send them in will I get my refunds? Of will they keep my refunds on them too???

    I purchased a laptop online on Cyber Monday (December 2). I was sent an inferior product that was not worth 1/2 of what was ordered so it seemed to be a bait and switch situation. I sent it back the same day I received it (December 6). It is now December 18th, and I have still not received a refund. Of course they said they did not have the item I ordered. I have contacted them approximately 6 times to get the issue resolved and at this point I will have to let the credit card fight the battle as soon as they can. It's the holiday season and this is totally unacceptable. First to do the bait and switch and not have the item advertised and then to hold the money hostage. Of course because it was a Cyber Monday order the item can no longer be replaced because of of the Cyber Monday deals elsewhere are no longer available. I would never recommend anyone to ever make an online order. If we had sent this as a gift to someone we would have never known that they switched the item.
