I placed order for this item on 10.10.22. The item was processed for order and supposed to be delivered on 10.13.22. I never received the delivery of it. I contacted Sam's Club online chat for many times and working with them for last 12 days or more. They are just sending me emails that back office is working on it. No one is working anything and just sending emails to me.

This is ridicuous as I ordered this item for my grand son's birthday and they did not deliver it on time neither they care to deliver it yet. I tried to call few times at [protected] and the customer service person is answering the phone from home and informing me that they are doing some maintenance so call them back after couple of hours.

What a great service from Sam's Club! I am Sam's club member for more than 20 years and I might be giving up the membership soon as there is worst customer services. Ther is incident #[protected], Hopefully someone from supervisor or managers office will call me ASAP. Call me at [protected].

Finally was able to speak to supervisor but she also said she cannot help me for processing the order. Only back office can do it and there are no back office contact email or phone number. Finally I gave up and cancelled the order and reordered the item. When requested to get someone call me back for this kind of problem, supervisor said no one will call you back and there are no options.

Seriously thinking to cancel the membership though I am 20+ years plus member and never expected this kind of worst services. Most horrible worst services sorry I don't want to be rude but this is not acceptable.

Sam's Club Credit Card

When I was approved for my credit card I was issued $600 credit limit, I noticed my credit was reduced by $100 after making months of on time payments. I called customer service and was rudely told they could not tell me why the limit was reduced and I should wait for a letter! Canceled account and will no longer do business with Sam's. Going to tell everyone to go to Costco! Terrible customer service, and what a way to treat customers that shop weekly!

Sam's Club S. Pellegrino variety 24 pack

Just received a FedEx delivery of S.Pellegrino variety pack. One box arrived fine. The second was soaked due to a busted can. It was totally soaked and moldy. I believe it must have been packed wet given the stench and mold which had formed on the individual boxes and some of the cans. I have photos of the mildly boxes and cans. The smell could make anyone cringe.

Desired outcome: Replace the one 24 pack of S.Pellegrino variety pack.

Sam's Club Customer service desk

On 8/2/22 I shopped at store 6452 and spent 45.68 which was mostly my $45 promo gift for signing up. I later found that one of the yoga pants was defective with a seam unsewed. On 9/27 I entered same store to return or exchange. Betty was helpful and offered a refund so that I didn't have to stand in line again at the service desk. I then shopped and purchased the same item without defects. When I saw my credit card statement, I was refunded only .45 cents. The item was $9.98 I again returned to the store today 10/13/22 and asked customer service to make it right. Today I spoke with Lolita who explained she could not refund my purchase since it had been "free". I told her it wasn't explained at the time of return/exchange that I would not be refunded. The original customer service agent attempted to do the right thing by refunding. Lilly the store manager was called over and also said that she would not refund the item. Nor would she credit when I asked. Both Lilly and Lolita were very brusque when I continued to ask how they could sell a defective item and not make it right. I couldn't understand their logic. Had I purchased $45 of meat and found it to be rotten when I brought it home, would I be out the $45 promo also? I kept my two receipts and as I turned to leave with the original receipt from 8/2 they yelled at me loudly that I couldn't leave with "their" receipt. I returned "their" receipt to avoid further harassment.

Desired outcome: Customer 69010190735417471Issue a credit for the amount of the defective yoga pants and an apology in writing from the customer service agent and manager above. "Customer service" hardly described the attitude I received today.

Sam's Club Sam's Club West Palmdale CA - Meat Department Bad Management

The month of October 2022, at 1:30 PM no cooked Broiled chicken available

for purchase in Sam's Club West Palmdale CA.

Look at the image attached, almost 2:PM, a lot of people are waiting for cooked chicken, but management does not care to see this long line of people.

Also, the chicken is not fully cooked and other times burned.

Other Sam's Club close by they have chicken by 11:AM ready so no waiting in line.

Desired outcome: Cooked Chicken should be available by 11 or 11:30 AM every day.Whoever is the Meat Department Manager should be investigated why cookedchicken is always late at lunch time this month of October 2022.

Sam's Club Member Mark Vitamin D Milk

Hi my name is Dana Sanchez,

I'm reaching out regarding two gallons of milk i purchased from Sams Club Store Number #8248 Address 9461 Webb Chapel Rd Dallas Tx 75220. I poured a bottle of milk for my son last night around 9pm and the milk looked perfectly fine but this morning my son woke up throwing up milk and I went to go check the milk to make sure it wasnt expired but the date was fine oct 23 was stated on the gallon but when i began pouring out the milk it was very thick and chunky at the bottom and i checked the second gallon and it was just the same. I would like for you guys to do an investigation to make sure this isn't a continuous problem and would like to be reimbursed for my money and scare i had this morning especially since my son is autistic and can't communicate with me very well, so it was hard to really pinpoint why he was feeling sick.

Sam's Club Flame Grilled Angus Choice beef patties

Purchased the above product at your Jeffersontown Kentucky location. I had purchased another product that I was highly satisfied with but your buyers apparently dropped it and replaced with the Don Lee Farms brand, huge mistake. That product has an inferior taste and an after taste that lasts for quite a while. The box comes apart and the plastic bag won’t reseal. I had purchased Quick ‘N Eat brand, Fully Cooked Angus Choice beef Pattie’s for years and they were great. Please restock these. I won’t be buying the Don Lee brand ever again. Sam's Club Oline Supper Savings

You send out E-mails and on almost every web page you go to you see your ads for product.

Like your Hefty 18-Gallon MAX PRO Storage Tote, Alloy Gray, and

Plano 2-Pack Sportsmans Trunk Combo, and other.

But you get to your local store site to order some of them this is what you see,

We're sorry, this item is not available in your selected club

Your local store does not have it, you cannot even order them from another store even if it's at a store with in 50 miles of your local store. if you have internet ad you should be able to order items and have them shipped to you no matter if your local store, has it or not.

Sam's Club Over weighing meat

Package Chicken thighs-$1.28 weighed on the package of 5.93 pounds. When unpackaged the chicken weighed 5 lbs even. Extrapolate-.93 pounds less than charged. Purchased at Sam's Pineville store. Package # P 18873. We find this totally unacceptable and blatant cheating on weight. We will no longer purchase packaged meat at Sam's. UPC # [protected].

We have been Sam's Member since 2007.

Sam's Club cooked chicken in Sam's Club West Palmdale CA

Oct. 7, 2022, for 2 weeks now, cooked chicken not ready it's already 1:30PM,

Meat Dept. always goofing around.

Today, long line in cashier, because all cashiers are so slow, one of them is using her cell while working. Group of ladies' managers just gossiping instead of helping the long line.

Need Sam's Club headquarters mgt. team have a surprise inspection of this store branch asap. Really Bad!

Just play back the security camera recording for Oct. 7, 2022, 12-2:PM and you will see the reality.

Desired outcome: Replace all employees that are not doing a good job!

Model#TU500AB Talley Captain's Chair with casters in brown.

I ordered 14 of these chairs. One arrived broken. on the rear of the seat where the leg connects was all broken apart. The leg that attaches at that point looked like it had sawdust on it. It appears to have been screwed into place and somebody broke the chair apart. I am guessing that the chair was boxed back up and sent back to the company, then shipped out to us.

Desired outcome: I need to either have the chair replaced, or a refund. This chair was $129.98

Sam's Club Customer Service

on October 06 2022 entered Sams Club In Indianapolis Rockville Road Store. I showed the Sams Club employee my phone for the Sams club member verification. the Sams Employee took exception to my presentation, thinking I placed to phone too close to her. She then followed me into to store and proceeded to yell at me about the issue.

Incredibly bad behavior by the Sams Employee. Never in 20 years of being a member of Sams Club have I been accosted by a Employee of Sams. I Immediately requested the manager and cancled my membership. NEVER will return and encourage others to also not go to Sams Club.

Sam's Club credit card

on 9/22 i was charged a fee of $100 for prime membership. i dont want prime membership. i want the regular membership of $45. Apply a $55 credit to my account.i tried calling 2 different membership phone numbers and was left on hold until i was disconnected. i used my cell phone to discuss issue and was told to use my laptop to dispute a charge. im on my laptop and was told to use a secure chat for a dollar and my paypal or crediti card would be charged for some membership.

this is UNREAL!

THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY FOR SAMS MEMBERS TO BE TREATED.

i never wanted the prime. it was an unauthorized charge on my account and i want a $55 credit.

Sam's Club AT&T rep inside Sams Club at Rainbow and 215 in las vegas

Dear Sir/Madam

I need your help in resolving this issue. I was convinced to switch over my then existing phone lines from T-mobile to AT&T on a false discount that was promised by AT&T employee on 9/18/2022 (located Inside the Sam's Club at 215 and rainbow in Las Vegas). I was told that my monthly bill would be about $115 plus Tax per month which includes Health Care Professional Discount Since I am a Pharmacist. All I have to do is call the AT&T customer service and send them a copy of your Pharmacist License. Today when I called them on the 14th day (10/05/2022) from the time I received the phones I was told by several employees that Its not accurate and I do not qualify for 25% Health care professional discount. i spent 1 hour 40 minutes on the phone asking to honor the price I was quoted at or cancel the whole transaction and refund my money that I paid and I will return your phones to AT&T. But AT&T will not return my 2 I-phones that I traded in. The name of the employees I talked to at AT&T customer service lines are Kim, Reggie and Supervisor Janon. To verify the facts Sam's Club can check the Cameras and AT&T can check the recordings.

This must be resolved in one of 2 ways:

1) Either honor the price I was quoted in the first place ($115 plus tax per month)

or

2) Fully refund me every single penny that I have paid in this transaction and returned my 2 phones that I treaded in and I will return all 5 phones that I received from AT&T. So I can go back to T-mobile.

This is considered wrongful business practice and I need your help in resolving this issue in a timely manner. I will look forward to a right solution to this issue. I will knock every single door to get this issue resolved.

Sam's Club Beyond rude Service

My first time becoming a member, my bank thought it was an odd charge and blocked the first attempt. Second attempt was successful, but my membership was not connected to my first order, which still went through. I contacted customer service to connect my old order with my membership. I was told that my privileges were revoked, permanently, before I swore. Yet, I still had to call up and request my membership to be cancelled in order to get my $100. refunded. Diane was RUDE.

Desired outcome: I just wanted to share my frustration. I'm good now.

Sam's Club Rotten Product

I went to buy my groceries at SAMS Club, I notice a rotten cheese and decided not to buy any cheese at SAMS, I did continue buying there same day which is unfortune because I end up bringing home rotten blackberries an strawberries. Is it a SAMS practice to have rotten food in the shelfs until someone is dumb enough to buy them, and is actually how I feel. I end up using what I could from the strawberries because I couldn't react on time, some people use it for business you should know.

Besides this unfortune disaster, I compare toilet paper (kleenex and petalo) same price really? The roll definetely not the same.

Plus no one has answer my calls on the local center, have to wait hours, days, months.

Sam's Club Wrong Material was wrap and Given to me.

SAMS Club Complain.

4536 Beagle Street, Orlando FL 32818

[407] 761 7034.

1. On Sept. 16, 2022, I purchase Laminate Flooring “Sliver Spring” for $ 2715.76 from your store on Colonial Drive, Orlando. The floor employee Jimmy and Martha took the board down and wrap it and leave it at the back. I am not aware at that point in time what type of board they took down and wrapped...they gave me "Southern Gray." .

2. Club Manager is Sondra Wright.

3. On Saturday, Sept 17, 2022, they loaded my board and the contractor delivered the board to the house.

4. I leave for Vacation on Sunday, Sept. 18 and came back Sept. 24, 2022.

5. When I came back the contractor had already installed the 1300 sq. feet laminate board in my house [upper floor] and then I realized that was the wrong board was given to me.

Cost:

Installation: $4550.00 [1300 sq feet @$3.50]

Delivery Fees: $150.00

Facing:360 running feet @$ 2.25 =$900.00

Total Cost: $5600.00

This fund was paid up front to contractor.

6. On Monday, Sept. 26, the contractor, and I went to the store and spoke with the Manager [Sondra].

7. I explained to the Manager what happened. First, she was rude, unethical, and have very poor communication skills. During our conversation, she threatened us to call security and removed us from the store [one of her employees was also present during the conversation]. The Manager refused to have the contractor speak although I said to the manager, I gave him permission to speak on my behalf.

The Manager agreed was a mistake from her employees for choosing and sending the wrong materials.

8. The manager told us that Sam’s Club will not refund such a huge sum of money.

9. I asked her what can be done…she said that we must remove all the materials and bring it to the store whether you have the boxes or not.

10. I asked her who is going to pay to remove the materials and return it to the store [ for me to do so, the contractor is asking for $3200.00] …plus who is going to replace my $900.00 that I paid for facing/\’

11. The manager only concern was for me to return the materials and will replace the correct materials…I showed her all the receipts.

12. For me to removed and return all the materials it will cost me about $3200+$150=$3350 plus $900 of my facing to be replaced [$3350 +$900=$4250.00].

13. To reinstall the correct material will cost me an additional $5600.00

Sir/Madam, I am not interested in taking this matter further but to resolve it at your level. I have all the receipts for all cost including payment to the contractor.

Let’s have a solution before that matter is taken to a next step.

Sam's Club the in store "CAFE" in Sam's Club on 135th street in Overland Park, KS

9/27/2022 at 12:00 noon. I was very disappointed yesterday when shipping at the Sam's store on 135th street. in Overland Park, KS. I was in a riding cart and I got into the line I knew would be long because it was lunch time and they were busy however I was hungry and decided to wait my turn in the line. I was telling the lady when I got to the window that I wanted 2 hot dog combos and and extra

hotdog. I always have my plus member card with me and never think twice about having more than a dollar or two in cash with me no matter where I go. The lady that was taking my order and saw the card in my hand ready to pay pointed to a sign on the lower part of her window that said CASH ONLY. The people behind had to leave the line also because they did not have cash to pay.

Besides not being able to eat I was embarrassed to have to wade through all the people in line to leave without being able to whip out cash to pay. I feel like that was Sam's Club and the card let me down. I am a senior 76 years handicapped and I do not carry much cash because I make a pretty good target for someone who want to take something away form a helpless person.

I think that a sign on the rail where you enter the cafe would be more helpful or a sign in the middle of the floor high enough for people to see that it is cash only then they don't have waste their time waiting in the line 20 minutes to get to the counter and not be able to get service. I will never ever eat there again.

Sam's Club Credit card

I actually talked to 5 different credit card reps. I almost maxed out the card so I went ahead and paid it off. The person that handled the payment said it was all

Paid off and I could use it so I placed a charge on it that went thru. Then the nightmare started. I was contacted by the fraud services. I ok’d the charge. An hour later they stopped me from using it. So I called back and they said it was ok to use it. So I tried and i couldn’t use it again ! I was contacted by fraud services again ! Then they wanted me to do a video of myself and the card and more ! By this time I was getting really upset. I had spent most of the day talking to 5 different people that could barely speakEnglish ! I am ready to cancel this card and NEVER do business with them again. I auto pay the full amount always. This is ridiculous!

Desired outcome: Get rid of this banking service, they are terrible! Get someone that speaks English !

Good morning. Today I purchased a reduced-price ASUS ZEN laptop that was the display model – great price for the ZenBook. However, I was to come back later as a Luis needed to reset the laptop when he arrived at 1230.

When I arrived circa 1250. I was informed by Luis the laptop would not reset to factory settings and I needed to get a refund. Luis was evasive when asked whereabouts of laptop, as it was no longer on the floor, and quickly made himself scarce. His, and the young lady who assisted him, comportments were off.

Further alerting is that 20 minutes is not enough time to reset Microsoft Windows OS, let alone try it twice as Luis stated he had done. In short, this laptop after I purchased – which was a great deal – likely went to someone else and I was left with no product but was able to be refunded.

While I did not create an scene nor raise my voice, it was apparent I was being 'lied' to and that is not appreciated. Luis never offered to show me the laptop or attempt to 'try' again. All that level of customer service was gone - which further leads me to ascertain something on the interaction was off.
