First year stayed lit, Second year areas wouldn’t light but when I called to return my local store said I had to do this online. Customer service never answered our calls. Same thing happened this year and again I’ve been calling since 1/1 and all I get is the Philippines with confirmation numbers but no response back. I even went on social media and they answered me but just echoed the same no se I got from customer service. Never in the world would this happen with Costco and I will never buy a big ticket item online at Sam’s. club.
