Received an email to advise no one was available to accept a delivery as it seemed no one was home. There was someone home the whole day and no evidence at all on the ring doorbell to show any delivery attempt. When trying to arrange collection, I can’t do no this on the app as I don’t have a “sorry we missed you card” which would confirm no one attempted delivery. this is not the first time this has happened, I have the subscription to save me money which is pointless if I don't receive the magazine. Lost/undelivered mail
I had my birthday last week, 16th October, and several people have told me they have sent me cards and one person has sent a voucher in the post. One other card may have also contained money or a cheque. However I haven't received these cards a week after they were posted. What do I do to find out what has happened to them please?
