Yodel UK Horrendous Customer Service - Avoid!

If I could give them Zero I would! On 2nd June they claim to have delivered a 30th birthday present for my daughter but as the photograph they sent confirms it wasn;t her front doo (or anyone's in her entire estate). They have clearly now lost it but aren't accepting any responsibility even an email to their CEO doesn't get anything more than a standard response. I am now left seriously out of pocket and they won't compensate you despite it being their driver's fault. I am now taking legal action against them so if you are ordering anything and you see it's going to be delivered by Yodel either ask for a different courier or buy from someone else and save yourself the misery I've just gone through!

Yodel UK Failed Delivery

Yodel claim they delivered a parcel to me today (09/11/2023) at 13.57, however the poof of delivery photo is not my house or me. I had another parcel delivered 10 minutes later which is time and date stamped and clearly shows me and my house. The delivery I was expecting was from Littlewoods and I have contacted Yodel but they are not willing to resolve my complaint and stand by the delivery drivers version of events that the parcel was handed to the resident. I was the only person at home all day.

Desired outcome: An apology and a refund for the undelivered item from Littlewoods

Yodel UK Delivery,tracking and customer service

Ordered a parcel on 3rd August 2023 for next day delivery, ordered late so was expecting delivery for 5th August..

App updated on 5th saying my parcel was being loaded into van. nothing changed all day so emailed the supplier for tracking information to be informed it had been sent and to contact yodel.

Upon contacting yodel was informed there was a delay and it would be delivered on 5th and to wait

Waited in all day and app not changed still saying being loaded into van at 8-30am on 5th. at which point I contacted yodel again and was assured it was out for delivery which still didn’t get delivered.

Waited till this morning to contact yodel again by web chat, was told they were sorry for the delay and assured me it would be delivered today. upon checking the app around 1pm noticed it was still stuck as been loaded into van on 5th!

Contacted yodel again only for them to tell me I had or the sender had requested it be held in depot till further notice which was clearly untrue seeing as I had contacted them enough times asking where my delivery was and sender had spoken to them as well. absolutely awful experience and terrible customer service would not recommend them to deliver when they say they are, next day delivery 4 days late is unacceptable

Yodel UK Non delivery

Having tracked a parcel, I looked again this morning and it said it was delivery at 5pm yesterday and a calling card had been left. I was in all day yesterday and the main doors were all open wide. No calling card was left and no Yodel van even appeared so I take it this is a lie?

Yodel UK Unfortunate Experience with Yodel UK: Delivery to Wrong Address, Lack of Empathy and Concern from Customer Service

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk) when I had a package delivered to me. Despite my correct address being listed on the package, the delivery driver attempted to deliver it to the wrong address. I was anxiously waiting for my delivery and even checked the app to find out that I was the next delivery. Unfortunately, the driver refused to return to my address, even though I had paid extra for quick delivery and explained that I would not be home until late next week due to work commitments. The lack of empathy and concern from the customer service agent was particularly frustrating, as they repeated themselves and did not offer any practical solutions.

I was very disappointed with how Yodel handled the situation and how little they seemed to care about their customer's satisfaction. To make matters worse, the customer service representative had even blamed me for not being there to accept the parcel, despite my waiting at the front door for them to arrive. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will certainly be more careful in the future when choosing who to buy from. In short, I would not recommend Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk) to anyone and would advise others to look elsewhere, even if it means paying more for their delivery services.

Yodel UK Yodel UK: The Worst Courier Company - My Personal Experience

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Yodel UK, which I feel the need to share with the online community. As an eBay shopper, I placed an order for a number of items with high hopes, only to have them let me down in a big way. I was astonished to find that despite my instructions to leave the delivery in a safe place, the courier left the items outside my door. As a result, the goods went missing. When I contacted Yodel, seeking an explanation, the customer service agent simply told me that the courier had left it in a safe place. I found this to be incredibly frustrating, as the safe place specified was either my front porch or one of the delivery personnel. I left Yodel with more questions than answers, and I was left to ponder the possibility that they never even delivered the package!

To make matters worse, I also had ordered 4 parcels from the US that didn't arrive. Naturally, I lodged a complaint with Yodel, hoping they would look into the matter and rectify the situation, but they have failed to do so. I suspect that my case will be one of many, and unfortunately, it seems that my money and I are completely at the mercy of this terrible courier company. I am at my wit's end and will now be filing a police report in an attempt to reclaim some of my lost money.

It is my belief that Yodel UK is quite possibly the worst company in the courier business. Not only are they unprofessional but their negligence has caused countless customers tremendous frustration and hassle. As consumers, we deserve better than to be subject to such poor service. I hope that this review will help raise awareness of Yodel's deficiencies and spur them to make the necessary changes to improve their service.

Yodel UK Disappointing Experience with Yodel UK: 28 Parcels not Collected, Poor Customer Service

I have recently had a very disappointing experience with Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk). I am a seller on eBay and have been waiting for 28 parcels to be collected by Yodel's courier from one shop since the 26th of December. Additionally, I have another 18 parcels at another shop waiting to be collected by the courier.

I have tried to approach both shops to get more information, and to my surprise, they both told me that the courier says he does not have enough room for the parcels on his van. To make matters worse, most of these parcels are for my eBay customers, who have had to request refunds from eBay. While eBay will refund them, the parcels may not be delivered for another week, which jeopardizes my reputation as a seller.

Today is the 5th of January, meaning some parcels have been delayed for up to 10 days. This is completely unacceptable, and as a result, I will be switching to HERMES for future deliveries. Yodel's customer service has been absolute rubbish to deal with throughout this ordeal, and I will make sure to tell others to avoid using their service.

Yodel UK Worst Courier Company Ever: A Review of Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk)

It is with frustration that I write this review about Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk). Unfortunately, my experiences with this courier company have been consistently negative. It seems that almost every time I have a parcel being delivered with them, a problem arises.

One of the most common issues I encounter is that their couriers do not attempt to deliver the parcels. This is not even the worst part; they usually do not leave any notification cards behind nor do they have their phones on. This leaves me with no way of knowing that they attempted to deliver my parcel.

I have been ordering the same product for three weeks now, but it has not been successful because the courier does not come. The worst part is that he lies and claims that nobody is at home then immediately sends the package back to the sender. This means that I don't even have a chance at redelivery.

Today, I waited for the courier for the third scheduled delivery time but unfortunately, he did not come. To make matters worse, he lied again, claiming that he could not deliver the parcel because nobody was at home. What's more, I didn't receive any notification or card, and his phone was off.

In my opinion, Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk) is the worst courier company in the world. There is simply no excuse for a company to ignore their customers, yet this is precisely what Yodel does. This company is utterly useless, and it should be judiciously liquidated! I would not recommend using their services at all.

Yodel UK Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience: A Review of Yodel UK

My experience with Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk) has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I have been trying to contact their customer service team for over a week now regarding a missing parcel, and have had no luck getting in touch with them either through their phone line or web chat. As a result, I have not been able to provide them with the necessary information to locate my parcel, which they requested from me. This lack of communication and responsiveness on their part is extremely frustrating and frankly unprofessional.

To make matters worse, my parcel has been in their possession for a full 10 days now, and despite having an easy-to-find address, the delivery driver did not make the effort to locate me and simply gave up. I find this level of complacency and disregard for customer service completely unacceptable.

Even when attempting to manage my parcel on their website, I was met with further issues and error messages stating that my parcel is not able to be managed and requiring me to choose another delivery address. This is simply unacceptable and indicative of a substandard company.

In contrast, I have had positive experiences with delivery companies such as Hermes, Amazon, and DPD who have always delivered my parcels promptly and without issue. Yodel UK falls far short of these standards, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Yodel UK Extremely Unsatisfactory Experience with Yodel UK: Lack of Delivery Attempt and Poor Customer Service

I am disappointed to report that my recent experience with Yodel UK was extremely unsatisfactory, to say the least. On Saturday, the 17th of April 2021, I was expecting a parcel to be delivered. However, to my dismay, the driver did not even attempt the delivery, despite claiming they did. My neighbors and I were all at home the entire day, but no such attempt was made. I was absolutely appalled by this lack of professionalism and efficiency.

After contacting Yodel via webchat, I was incredibly frustrated with the lack of assistance I received. The company did not take any appropriate measures to rectify the issue, but instead, offered me delivery from Monday onwards, which is utterly unacceptable considering that I had paid a premium for a faster delivery service. I felt like I had completely wasted my money and that the company had not valued me as a customer.

During my conversation with the Yodel representative via webchat, they expressed their "limitations" and how I should "understand" them. However, this did not satisfy me at all. I believe that there should be no limitations when it comes to providing excellent customer service, especially when customers have paid a premium fee for it. The driver should have come back to my address and completed the delivery without any issue.

To add insult to injury, I experienced connection issues during the webchat conversation, even though my WIFI was working fine. It was clear that Yodel was having a difficult time handling their customers. It is truly disappointing that I had to deal with such terrible service, and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a courier company. I hope that they can improve their services in the future, as no customer should have to endure such a frustrating experience.

Yodel UK Poor Delivery Experience with Yodel UK: Inadequate Information, Unhelpful Customer Service

Yodel UK, found at yodel.co.uk, has been a real disappointment in my most recent delivery experience. The delivery note, which was the size of a postcard, was left sticking out of my letterbox instead of being delivered in a more secure manner. Unfortunately, it didn't have enough information for me to know exactly what to do, so I had to call the phone number or visit their website to provide additional information.

However, the yodel.co.uk website was not user-friendly, and I was not able to inform the company about their driver's poor delivery work. Even though he was overwhelmed and clearly tired, he didn't put the postcard all the way into the letterbox. Moreover, the driver put the card into house number 13 instead of number 14, where the parcel was intended for. Unfortunately, no one was at home at number 14, and they missed their package.

When calling the telephone number listed, the customer service was not as helpful as I expected. In fact, it felt like they were talking to me as if I didn't have full knowledge of the situation. It was disheartening to feel like I was not being heard or understood.

Overall, my experience with Yodel UK was unsatisfactory and leaves much to be desired. It is as if they are not concerned about their customer's delivery experience or provide adequate tools to help with issues. I would not recommend them, and I am not eager to collect my parcel from a company that is hard to contact and unresponsive.

Yodel UK Yodel UK - A Terrible Experience: Inadequate service, unhelpful customer support, numerous failed delivery attempts. Avoid at all costs

I had a terrible experience with Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk) recently. After placing an order valued at £350, I expected to receive it promptly. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite it allegedly being out for delivery on the 2nd of January, I did not receive the package until the 7th of January, and only after multiple failed attempts to deliver it.

I was extremely frustrated by the situation and attempted to contact Yodel via their chatline. Unfortunately, this proved to be a fruitless exercise. The chatline operators were not helpful and seemed to be located in South Asia. I was unable to contact Yodel directly and felt that this lack of accessibility was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the delivery attempts continued for four days in a row, despite the address being correct and all other couriers having no difficulty locating it. Eventually, the package arrived, but I had lost all faith in Yodel's ability to provide a satisfactory service.

This is not the first time I have had problems with Yodel's Norwich depot, and I would advise anyone else to avoid them like the plague. The service I received was appalling, and I believe that the company's trading standards should be investigated. I cannot recommend Yodel UK and would give them a minus star rating if possible.

Yodel UK Yodel UK delivery service: My disappointing experience

As a customer who recently ordered a package from Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk), I have to express my utter disappointment with their delivery service. If you're considering using Yodel, you may want to think twice before doing so.

First of all, I paid for next day delivery on May 19th, 2020, expecting my package to arrive no later than the following day. However, on the 5th day since my order, I was still waiting for my package. I logged onto the tracking system and found out that there was a slight delay expected. This wasn't a problem, as I was willing to wait. However, what's most frustrating is that I never received any updates or communication from Yodel about the delay.

As the night dragged on without any delivery, I became increasingly frustrated and angry. Yodel failed to keep me informed, and that's something a professional delivery company should never do. Nobody called me, sent me an email, or texted me about the delay. It felt like Yodel was making fun of me as a customer.

Looking back now, I'm completely dissatisfied with the entire experience. Yodel promised me next day delivery, but it took 5 long days for my package to arrive, and even then, there was no communication or apology from the company.

I understand that delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances, but a company providing professional delivery services should keep their customers informed. It's unacceptable to leave a customer in the dark about the status of their package, forcing them to resort to checking the tracking system multiple times a day.

To sum up, I'm thoroughly disgusted with Yodel UK's lack of professionalism and communication. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid this company. Even if I manage to receive my package, I won't be using Yodel again in the future. As a dissatisfied customer, I'm even considering taking legal action against the company.

Yodel UK Unpleasant Experience with Yodel UK: Lack of Communication and False Promises

As a disabled individual, I recently had a less than desirable experience with Yodel UK (yodel.co.uk). Unfortunately, I missed the first delivery due to an unfortunate fall and had to receive medical attention at the hospital. After being provided with a card for rearranging the delivery, I chose to have it delivered to a different address and received confirmation that it would be done accordingly.

However, I found that tracking my delivery was not as simple as it should have been as the updates were not being made accurately. I attempted to contact customer service on the phone but was disappointed to discover that it was automated and therefore not very helpful.

Thankfully, their chat feature was available to me. On two separate occasions, I was advised to keep checking the tracking information and was told to remain at the delivery location until it arrived. As the day progressed, it became apparent that the delivery would not be arriving as expected.

I returned to the chat feature, asking for more information and was informed that it would be delivered as soon as possible. However, when I pressed for a specific day and time, I was met with vague responses and repeatedly thanked for my patience. By this point, I was extremely frustrated as it appeared as though the company was making false promises and did not have any sense of urgency.

Sadly, my experience with Yodel UK was very unpleasant and I would advise others to avoid using this service at all costs. The company provided untruthful information, was lacking in urgency, and did not follow through on any promises. Additionally, the lack of personal communication was a notable issue. Overall, it was an awful experience and I cannot recommend this company to others.

this item have has not been delivered to my address. I tracked my parcel(terrible delivery company). I got a picture of where driver left it,its certainly not my flat. 2 reasons one he delivered it to a ground floor apartment (I'm on a first floor flat). and the apartment he delivered to is a different style of building
