End of life medication was supposed to have been delivered on Thursday 29th but didn't arrive, promised Friday and didn't arrive. Carers went to sorting office on Saturday 31st and were told already on van for delivery that day, again didn't arrive. Sunday rang emergency number and was again told it would be delivered and nothing. This is absolutely disgusting when essential medication doesn't arrive, If my husband needed it here it could have been a life or death situation.
