Received email for attempted delivery on12th Feb' at 21.43pm
No card left ,no reference number available ,unable to arrange redelivery online
Telephone automated service said parcel would be delivered on14th followed by 'there are no services '.I was cut off.
I now do not know if the parcel will be delivered
Contact numbers on line are unavailable or not appropriate
