This tracked 24 item is shown arriving at North West Super Hub on Jan 10 and nothing has changed since, hence no delivery. The sender is totally dis-interested regarding follow up and I am £107 out of pocket. All they are telling me is that they are confident the item has been delivered which it hasn’t. Why should I be disadvantaged when the problem appears to lie at your sorting office?
