I received an email informing me that a parcel was unable to be delivered on the 29th January. It was to be delivered on the next working day. The reason for non-delivery was that the address was inaccessible, it was easily located. I waited for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but no parcel although other deliveries were made.
I have now visited your offices and paid for parking but they shut at 12.00 noon!

I saw the driver on my cctv and he didn’t want to get out the van because it was raining. He made out he couldn’t find our front door that has been in the same place since 1962 the lying b@stard. Now he’s done it again today. Making out he tried to re deliver LIES. I’ve got it all on camera .
He was no where near my front door. What a useless, lying, t@at
