My parcel has been marked as delivered on the 16 th of January 2026 but it has not been delivered to my address its been delivered to someone else, s address instead. the Tracking number for the parcel is :1W666124545GB. We have had parcels wrongly delivered to someone else in Sleaford before. the sender confirmed they put the correct address on parcel before they posted it. As of now 9th February 2026 I've still not received the parcel.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive my parcel as it cost quite a bit of money. If not I would like a full refund and postage cost £ 29.44
