I ordered some things from TEMU. They were supposed to be delivered in February, but needed a signature. Unfortunately, my mail box is inside a gate next to our post box at the top of our field, as I live on a boat. We don't normally have any problems with Mail or Parcels. I tried to contact Royal Mail, but I just went round in circles. I was finally able to have the parcel redirected to a PO near me or so I thought. It didn't arrive so the lady behind the counter set up a redirection again to the PO. I then found out that it needed to go to a PO with the first 4 letters and numbers of my postcode. I have proof of the confirmation of the redirection to said PO, but when I rang them up on 2 consecutive days, it hadn't arrived. Prior to this redirection it stated that Pick Up would be in Leicester. If that was the case, how come I was able to redirect my parcel. I am unable to collect the parcel from Leicester as I am a carer for my husband. I just want my parcel. What can I do? Also, the items in the parcel are not dangerous to anyone. There is hand cream, shoe horns and a few other things, to warrant a signature, and it has cost me nearly £200.
Desired outcome: I just want my parcel.
