Sometime in February I posted some valuable documents to the Attendance Allowance Unit using the supplied Freepost Plus envelope. These were never received and their loss is terrible for me.

For information the envelope said

i posted this envelope either in the post box by me or at the post box outside the Burton Bradstock Post Office.

I am hoping you could raise this issue an try to locate the envelope.

According to the DWP the envelope never arrived with them.
