I applied for a driving licence for my son, It was sent back to me 2nd class and it as gone missing. inside the envelope was his BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Which is now lost also A POSTAL ORDER for nearly £50. When I finally managed to get in contact with a human the didn't even seem bothered and all I got was there is nothing we can do about it Shocking. This dates back to December 17th 2025

Claimed loss: £48.38 for postal order £20 FOR NEW BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Desired outcome: Would like my post ideally that's the service you are supposed to supply. but compensation will be appreciated at this point.
