According to Royal Mail's tracking, they intended delivering an item to me on 20 Nov. They didn't. The tracking changed to 'Will deliver the next working day. They didn't. Four days later the tracking is exactly the same as it was on 20 Nov. I've seen their delivery van a little earlier, but the postman had nothing for me. It is impossible to contact them. There is no customer service email address and only one phone number for all enquiries and if you want to speak to an agent, the recorded message advises that there is at least an hour's wait in the queue. Hopeless.
Desired outcome: I would like to know what has happened to my package. This is the tracking no: 0H0865250118GB

An update. The email address you have for Royal Mail Customer Services doesn't work. The message is returned if you try it. Royal Mail delivered the package on the evening of 24 November and I asked why it wasn't delivered in the morning with the other packages. The guy explained that they deliver 'as many times in a day as they need to' - which I find difficult to believe. But in any event, I did receive the package. My complaint was more about the fact that they don't appear to always update the tracking information and you cannot contact them without having a really long wait on the phone and, as noted above, that email address you have provided and which I tried, doesn't exist.
