Ross Dress for Less review: Employee discrimination

Been working for Ross since March of 2020, when they decided to open the restrooms publicly they made every employee sign a form saying they would all have to clean the restrooms and rotate. For the last few months they have scheduled me to clean the restrooms daily on the hour every hour. They have not been rotating the employees. Several employees have never been scheduled to clean the restrooms at all. I was hired to Stock. I was willing to do my turn, but Not everyday. As of 12/18/2020 I talked to one of the supervisors and told her the situation, all she said was I understand, and if I didn't clean the restrooms as scheduled, I would get my hours cut. I want this situation resolved.
