Ross Dress for Less review: Wrongful termination

I used to work there until some supervisor told me a shortcut via the shoe fast queue section because i was taking too long to ring up an item, now she never told me to not do it again so I thought it was ok to do occasionally to speed up the line. The supervisors there do a very bad job tbf. Now this specific very petty thing ruined my life they fired me for it the whole fast queue dilema, shadowbanned me from ever being hired at ross again and barred me from being hired at the specific store again which doesn't even matter if I'm being shadowbanned. It's simply unjust and ridiculous because I was being treated as someone who stole something at the store. I was brought in by the district manager and treated like a little child doing something wrong ie told to write the same thing over and over again "I will not do this again Yada Yada yada." District manager was like ohhh ive had some guy steal some shoes and i could understand ohhh yada yada yada as if what i was doing was akin to the same thing. The other supervisors they acted cold towards me on my last day at work like I was a criminal. Now when I was trained the supervisors never told me what to do in lots of situations so I was left to figure it out they do a pretty bad job at what they are supposed to do. So This whole thing just ruined my life I was left jobless with a huge hassle of trying to find one ie I was applying to 4 jobs every day with no avail despite having a decent resume...im still jobless over a year later. I was already terrified of being fired before this all happened and you could just imagine how traumatized I felt. Anyways I contacted ross company and they mocked me by sending me a 30 dollar retirement which i couldnt even use. So I was forced to go back to the store to pick up my check when the manager showed her true colors by trying to hide my hard earned checks but who knows she could've just genuinely lost it. Another manager told me they can't mail me the missing checks when they actually could and did much later down the line but they made me write up a huge hassle to retrieve the lost checks. Anyways I was just so emotionally hurt when I went to retrieve my last check and Ross hr called me back in a patronizing tone, I told them I was missing my check and they just laughed and told me to contact the store managers where I worked and that it was their job. I feel this needs to be known because this is very unfair. This whole thing flared up my BPD and its a little over a year later and it is just as bad. I genuinely loved my job (i loved talking and meeting new people which now i cant even do like where is the environment where it is acceptable?) and it just had to be ruined... I really don't know why I was terminated? They did tell me I miscounted cash a few times? Idk if it was 1 or 2 times but it was not deliberate if that was the actual reason it's kinda bs they never told me the reason for termination
