Today, 07/25/2020 I went to Ross in, 958 W St Rd, Warminster, PA 18974. After browsing around I decided to try on 2 pairs of Jeans, I went to the nearest fitting room but they had a closed sign and it said you should use the fitting rooms in the front of the store, so I walked up and both of them were closed as well. I asked the girl that is counting the customers coming in if I could try on the jeans. Her answer was no, I asked her how they expect people to buy clothes if they cannot try them on, her snarky answer was you have a 30 day return policy. I said that I do not live around the corner and I will not buy clothes which I cannot try on. Well she said that is good business right, I told her no, not for customers and I left the store. I had a cart which was filled with about 100 Dollars worth, I left the store without purchasing anything and I will not shop there anymore and I was a good customer. believe me. But I will not put up with regulation like that, I do not see any reason that you do not let people try on clothes. Also train your employees to treat customer more politly.
