Rooms To Go review: 5 piece gallagher white bedroom set

I ordered a 5 piece Gallagher white bedroom set on 06-06-25, and it was delivered on 06-17-25. The delivery guys brought about 6 heavy boxes in my house fully packaged. Lots of packaging as if everything package was good. I realize the policy of this company is 48 hours to open boxes and check for damages. Their policy for 48 hours is not fair everyone. Because if a person is elderly or disable and live alone and have nobody to help, it's virtually impossible to unpack those heavy boxes. Those 48 hours is for a young strong person, not for senior citizens. It took me 3 weeks to get my son, grandson, and nephew to come and help. They came on 07-05-25. Lo and behold, when they unpack all those boxes and was bringing them upstairs, I could'nt believe my eyes. All of the pieces looked worned and used. It took me awhile to focus on what I was looking at. My 16 year old grandson said to "Grandma this furniture looks used. I have worned out stratches, marks, chipped and even the color is worned out.
The furniture have a bad odor as if its been sitting in storage for awhile. I can't sleep at night because of the odor. The furniture was so heavy they left all the pieces upstairs. I'm in awe, that Rooms to go Warehouse has Returned used bedroom sets that was returned by someone else and they are giving this used furniture to customers. I paid 2,277.29 for New furniture not Returned used furnisher. Let me tell you something, if you think I'm stupid and I wouldn't know the difference between new and old, you better think again. I'm prepared to dispute this all the way. You have deceived me in the worst way. This Switch and Bait is illegal and by me being a senior citizen, I'm not going to stop until I get every penny of my money back. I feel violated in every way. I think it's a crying shame, Rooms to go would stoop this low to do this to a customer. I want someone to come and take this nasty used furniture out of my house asap. Please return all of my money immediately. I do not want partial money. I want it all back.
