Tonight when I got to Ralphs I saw and experience your security guard use way excessive force. When I seen your security guard holding down a shoplifter and while holding h down using a taser to repeatedly tase the guy in the face over 10 time.
And before that he sprayed him in the face with pepper spray.
And your security guard did not do this im. Self defense or detain him.
Because if he was he wouldn't have any problem detaining him after spaying him with pepper spray or after tasing him that many times. For the guy was rolling on the ground in pain well your security guard took off and quickly put his taser into his pocket and walk off.
By the way I have video of this.

Today, at the store on 2600 Vermont Ave. got 3 bakery products marked down ar 50% regular prize the cashier named L Cameron, L ;refused to verified the prize actual prize and didn't want to apply the deduction. I paid the full prize and went to another cashier who as an angel gladdy help Us. Employees like her should be gratified for the Class A, service and the cortesy in her relation with customers. After all your compnay depends on us the clients. Doesn't it. So I kindly ask that the next promotion turn You guys give a vbit applause to Norma Salamanca; who put your compnay high and in the mantime the other lazy person should be cleaning the store's floors. I'm going to past this note to whoever (can possible read it) Because employees like with should not work as a Cashier helping people.

What are the crazy who are employeed by Ralphs market. They have people following you arround lke your going to steal a piece of bubble gum. Ok, there was that one time there was a bowl with small pieces of candie by the flower department and sice no one was looking except the CAMERAS I decided to take a tootie roll. It was so so good. But, before and after I started going thereI was NOT treated very nicely.
This is how I handle it. And when the treatment keeps going on I DO THINGS. So Ralphs employees KEEP it up!
