Without going into great detail, I (and 3 other women) had been waiting over 5 minutes when the original cashier left…as the man in front of us wanted a refund on some poultry…. When the new cashier signed on. He seemed unable to help the man….. so went to find someone who could.

When Louis finally appeared, he began yelling at me “ “ YOU MUST BE PATIENT”….. I told himI have been patient for ten minutes.

Then he screamed at me that I was being RUDE ago the man wanting his refund. I was actually chatting very pleasantly with the poor confused man.

I knew that all that was needed was someone who could authorize a refund (I’m 81 years old and have worked with the public for over 50 years) but Louis continued to scream at me telling me that I must be patient (5 times!)

I have never been treated in such a demeaning way. by someone who could simply have come over to all of the people waiting for an unusually long time and smiled …apologizing for the inconvenience…and do what he simply needed to do….. i.e. tell the cashier to give the gent a refund ($ FIVE $)

I asked if he was manager…. and he pointed to his name tag and flexed his muscles…. UNBELIEVABLE ‼️

Louis needs a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE……stressing that YELLING at old ladies is UNACCEPTABLE.
