Every time my husband and I call to get assistance with the deli department because there is no set day for the tuna we enjoy and drive over 30 minutes to get to the store on Highland and Day Creek in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, we are always put on hold for 10 minutes or more each time when calling. When calling we are treated like a hot potato and passed around. No one wants to help or hold themselves accountable for the lousy customer service. This has been going on regularly and customer service is nonexistent like it used to be when the store first opened. We have been shopping there since 1998. We've seen several changes for the worst and the familiar faces that were there before are no longer. It's a shame that this stores service has deteriorated. Your store needs a booster shot and management needs to be held accountable. This is not how customers should be treated under ANY circumstances. I am at the point where I am considering taking my patronage elsewhere, where I am appreciated.
