Hello: I shop at the Ralph store in Irvine, on Irvine Blv. Oct. 23, 2023 at 6pm. I went to the deli to purchase sandwich meat, a man was standing there with me as the man Butcher assisted him. It was three people behind the counter, not one of them acknowledged me standing there. the one lady name Josephine kept looking at me but did not say a word. I stood there about 12 minutes, she went over to the man that was standing by me, knowing that he was already being help because the man Butcher, she approached him to ask him if he needed help (OMG) then she looked at me and ask me if I needed help. REALLY. I told her no thanks I don't want any negative energy on my food. This wasn't the first incidence I encounter with her. I walk in one day she didn't acknowledge me but when this white woman came in, she asks did she needed help knowing I was standing there first. This racism has to stop.
Desired outcome: She needs to take classes in how to treat people whether what color they are.
