Ralphs Grocery

I was buying roast beef and I found it to be to rare and I asked the server who was (h o) if he could cut the other end and he said no I can't. I wait a second and asked again and this time his demeanor and language was a bit higher and the answer no! Was foul with a mean pitch.

I said to him I don't understand this because I have gotten meat cut at other ralphs the same way before and why not and he walked away. I was so angry insde so went outside and called the manager.

The manager beatrice didn't hesitate at all, and ask for me to meet her at the meat counter. I saiod to her if (h o) would be there and she told me that this is something that she would talk his about in private.

I did get a half of lb of beef the way I wanted it and she did not charge me, even when I was willing to pay
