I'm done. Change your self serve check out. Went to Ralph's in Moorpark, Ca.93021. went to your store about 10:55 PM tonight. Every time I go to self check again. As usual I stopped the attendant that comes and asks you if you want a bag and as usual they proceed to your check your groceries as if one is going to steal something. This is a systemic lawful violation of "harassment".
All there doing is making sure your not stealing. Your very stupid to carry the kind of policy. This is it...
As my husband recorded all of this for the last month - I give you one month to "immediately stop this process. If not I strongly suggest you get a blank check and have your attorneys hand it to us. we have obtained legal console.

Same thing just happened to me tonight -- guard ran after me asked for my receipt and scanned it. I was humiliated and angry. Have been to that Ralph's for years, but frankly don't ever want to go back. Rather go through regular checkout than be embarrassed again. If there is such a problem with people stealing food from your self-checkout, then GET RID OF SELF-CHECKOUT!
Same thing happened to me tonight . Funny how I was the only one they were watching, yet the other customers who were white weren't being watched. They had an employee come check on me and I saw him counting our items too. Always a bad experience there, but never stepping foot into any Ralph's.
