Ralphs Grocery - Rude, condescending assistant manager

Dear Sirs,
I have been a customer at the Ralph's Market located on 910 Lincoln Blvd for over 25 years. I have spent about $300 a week for this time period which adds up to over $300, 000.00 for this time period.
On 10/10/2020 your Assistant Manager John, he would not give me his last name, but can be best described as a short balding man with glasses and an attitude. On the day notated above at approximately 9:00am pst he let an obviously intoxicated man into the store with no mask. The man was there to purchase 2 cans of beer, one of which he tried to drink in your market. He did not call security, which they have on hand, to address this issue and escort the "patron" out of the store. He put the entire market in jeopardy and risk of contacting covid-19. This "patron" appeared to be a transient who I am sure has never been tested for the corona virus and most likely a carrier. When I asked him why he allowed this to happen he became combative and defensive. Not the answers or attitude I expected to come from a so called "Assistant Manager" to a customer.
I like and have gotten to know most of the market staff over the years and they are great. Sadly I will no longer be shopping and spending my money in this Ralph's or any Kroger affiliated markets. It is quite shocking that this person is in a managerial position. He should be trained as to what customer service means. This is a person that is the face of your company on a local level. Apparently he has zero concern about losing a high spending long term customer.
I felt compelled to report this for your edification and the safety of future customers.
Thank you for you time
