Goodevening, My name is Steve wise, today, December 16th 2017, my wife & i order food from the Popeyes in Picayune, Mississippi. After ordering at the pick-up window, we were told to move around to the front of the store, where our food would be brought to us. We then waiting at least 10 minutes, maybe more, to recieve our food. When we did recieve our food, my wifes shrimp sandwich was cold, she had no fries that comes with the order & the bun was burned. Now, when my wife enter the store to get her fries, she told the young girls about the trouble with the food, they looked at here as if she was not there. Also, it seems to me that the manager of the store is not doing their job, if so, then why is it that three or four young ladies were outside of the front entrance laughing with another lady, while customers were waiting to be severed. If this is the kind of business popeyes wants to run in Picayune, then you will fail, if there is nothing done about this kind of service. Also, i am writing this complaint because it say on your drive-up window if there is a complaint, write us. I just hope i have not wasted my time & that something will be done to correct these problems. Popeyes used to have the best chicken around, but there seems to be no more pride, just take poeple money, & to hell with the customer.

I visited this location today with 3 of my co-workers, which we have done numerous occasions. Sometimes-on special days and then others on regular menu days. On today when we arrived the lines were out the door. Which is understandable per this is 2pc for 99cents-Tuesday. There were 3 lines, all very long. We waited approximately 20 mins before we could order. When we got to the front of the line, we were advised there is an additional 10min wait for mild chicken. To save time we placed all orders on 1 ticket. After 10 minutes waiting we were told there would be an additional 10 mins. Which tells me they were not placing orders in priority. As the chicken finished they were just passing it out to whomever standing in line at the time. According to our receipt we placed our order at 11:27am. As of 11:49 we were still waiting for our food. When we finally got our order, which was probably around noon, we realized the cashier had not charged us for biscuit (1). My co-worker playfully asked the cashier, "May I have a biscuit as a courtesy for my long wait" The cashier stated that she would have to ask her boss. My co-worker asked "where was she?" The cashier then pointed to the lady standing next to her. This young lady (appear to be Hispanic) turned her back to the counter and began speaking in Spanish. When my co-worker asked again if she may have a biscuit for her wait. The manager responded, still with her back turned "No, if I give it to you I have to give it to everyone." My co-worker politely stated "Well I'm the only one asking at this time" The manager then responded "Well no" This was clearly inappropriate and very unprofessional on the manager's behalf. Not that she was wrong for saying no, but the way that it was presented. This is definitely not about the 69cent biscuit per if our order was taken properly it would have been paid for in advance. This is about the lack of "Good" customer service and the nonchalant attitude of the manager. In all of my experiences with Popeye’s, I've had to do my share of waiting which is no problem because the food is always good and fresh. But even in the inner-city locations where I live. The service has never been as bad as today. And this location is in uptown Houston, where supposed the elite work and live. So if this incident upset me. I can only imagine how a CEO, or President of a large corporation would have been overwhelmed and probably would have recommended everyone in the restaurant to be fired. I would hate for a secret shopper to stop in and be treated the way we were today.

I'm pretty sure the sign at Popeye's meant for you to go to THEIR website and write them, not to a random complaint website.

Your words here will either fade away in obscurity, or you'll be mocked ruthlessly by many of the "residents" here.

Good luck either way!

Toodles! :-)
