This popcorn shrimp is old! Its hard and chewy! I want my money back! This is ridiculous! This is exactly why I stopped ordering from your establishment!
I called doordash to resolve the issue but because I ordered through the website I had to contact the restaurant which I had to call over 15 times before edgar, the manager answered! He then told me that they could not refund my money for this subpar, old food.
Desired outcome: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

You gave the food back uneaten, they should refund the food. Or you can take it a step further and say you are contacting the health department if they do not take it back.
