Playtika Items Missing On Wheels!

Few hrs ago, I won # 11)Sweet & Sticky; In room Sweet & Sticky (Room #663). I been having difficulties getting the item added to my account. I have won this item 3'xs .1st). 11/3/21 at 6:34pm. Today(11-6-21) 2'xs on the free spins at 7:25am and 11:08am. I was told by a Customer service Rep to wait 2hrs & nothing has shown on the acct. Please credit me the item missing ;Which is the Sweet & Sticky on the super wheels. I sent tons of screenshots to bingo blitz C.S & nothing. Keeps reoccurring over n over.😒🤬

Playtika Acct raided...missing 4 trillion coins. Game rip off and other tech issues.

Had 15 trillion coins one minute, gone the next. Daily dash problems...said completed then not, then any progress gone in slotomania. Complaint not long enough that is ridiculous. I could go on forever. Make purchases and don't receive all promised. Purchase anything and lose more in app. Need I go on.

Playtika Bingo Blitz

This app was great until I made several purchases... Then suddenly can't get items for events game ends and freezes when I have bingo! On top of that requested legal contact info because I purchased my credits and they stole them in two rounds by freezing me out then tried to offer me less credit than I purchased what's the point in giving out credits if you will freeze the game this is digital theft offering a service then rigging the algorithm is stealing period and you guessed it they stole the gifted credits as well

Desired outcome: I want playtime banned fro. Business in the us let them rip off Israel Americans work to hard for this crap

Playtika Bingo blitz

BINGO BLITZ:

After a long vacation, upon return, my last kindle laptop did not function anymore. So I had to buy a new kindle in sept.
Ever since I wanted to play bingo blitz on my new kindle, I could not get
Back my account with BB where I had accumulated over 7 seven, years
Worth of of bingo blitz points .
So I had to start all over again, which is V E R Y annoying to me.

How can I get my old account back?
If do not grant me restitution, I will never play your games any more.
I had accumulated over over 7 thousand BB points and was high up
there with cities, my recollection is NORTH POLE.

I hope you will pay me BACK my lost points.

Playtika Playtika / Vegas downtown words and slots

I am involved in this suit.I have $1834.32 coming to me sometime! Was suppose to be in 2 installments with the final monies paid on Oct.4th.I still have not received a PENNY! All I get is lies! Last month I was told the check would be mailed end of Sept. yesterday I was told by playtika the checks will be mailed end of Oct. ! I've been getting his run around from platika since March! Playtika gave me the amount my check will be, member number everything but a CHECK!I need help!

They took advantage of me I lost two grand too late to join the lawsuit. I asked them to exclude me from buying and they didn't they are greedy money hungry company and especially them getting rid of other things that gave you free credit. Purchase with real money then game has glitches and freezes and not getting items you win and they don't give them to you at all

Playtika Random charges for unauthorized/unknown services?

Recurring Debit Google Playtika 6-1-21 = $10.30, 6-9-21= $2.05, 6-18-21= $4.11, 6-24-21=$12.36, 7-7-21=$17.51, 9-10-21=$6.17,

Pllaytika 6-4-21= $3.08, 6-9-21=$ 4.11, 6-16-21=$4.11, 9-10-21 = $6.17

These charges are on my US Bank debit card I have not ordered anything from playtika as a rule I do not use any services with a recurring bill only Amazon Prime and Netflix, not games, if i make a game purchase it is a one time purchase at that time for 1.99-2.99and I rarely do that. I have tried to contact Playtika in the past which is literally impossible, showing me intentional theft and deciet. I hope you can help!

Playtika Bingo Blitz

I have tried several times to open Bingo Blitz and I just can't get it to work.
I have even deleted it and re started it again on my iPad.
I get as far as opening page, then that's it.
I have been playing this game daily for quite awhile, with no problems, but seems past year, I have trouble loading the game.

Playtika Lost coins on game play

I was playing Social Lift, Slotto Boss and had 22.2M "diamonds" in my account when we went to play the Boss game. At the end of the game, I accepted 384 as the multiplier. That should of given me 8 billion five hundred twenty-four million, eight hundred thousand coins. Instead it only multiplied my 384 multiplier by 1! I lost all those coins. What is going on with this?

Playtika Loading difficulties

I have been trying to load my Slotomania through Facebook and it will not connect or open. I keep getting connection lost even though my internet connection is strong and the app is up to date.

Playtika don't blame me for internet problem

If you are having trouble getting your network working don't blame it on my internet connection. My connection was working just fine.
On this date of 9/14/2021 yours not my connection was down. If you are having trouble getting people on the game because of your network problems just say so as much.

Desired outcome: Just let people know that you are having trouble with your network before saying that I must be having trouble with my connection.

Playtika Computer selecting number

I was playing slotto boss and I was down to the final 2 selections. I was picking #4 and #23, but the computer picked #4 and #6 instead. Number 6 had the 1, 000 multiplier prize, that I lost out on because of the computer. This has happened to me before. I has between 4.0 and 5.0 diamonds in my bank. Instead I got a 10 multiplier instead of 1, 000. This gets old very fast.

Desired outcome: Give me my 1,000 multiplier.....

Playtika Slotomania

Game worked perfectly fine for 2 months. Now it CONSTANTLY disconnects. After 10 to 20 spins it says I lost connection. It is honestly turning me off to the app as a whole. I have made no changes to my phone or even downloaded any other apps since getting Slotomania. I have put a good amount of money into it and I have 376, 000, 000, 000 coins I can't even use enjoyably

Playtika Slotomania game mania offer

The Slotomania has offered a handful of players a promotion to break their piggy and that gives them game mania on a civil treasures. Of course not everyone received this including me. Stop being so unfair and offer the hand that feeds you the same deals. You discriminate and disgust your players. I contacted your so called support and they gave me nothing.

Playtika House of fun free casino games

I have been playing house of fun free casino games for a while, I have paid quite a lot of money for coins, previous to the 17th August I had accumulated 400 million coins having won a major jackpot. when I tried loading to play it asked me to consent to a privacy policy which I did, then after loading it back up I had only 15k in the bank. Please can you look into this as although its "free slots" I have paid £100s over the last few years playing

Playtika Poker Heat

Slow loading then it shuts off very often. Often that I lose because the Program closes and takes a long time to reload and I am out of the table. I have lost a lot of chips this way. Of course they chips that I won or bought. I am not impressed. It was not like this before. What is going on ?

Playtika 2 Games of slotomania going

For some reason, I have 2 SLOTOMANIA Games, One with a very small coin amount, the other I have over #billion coins with the level of over 12, 000. The small one needs to go. I can't get FB coins, nor email coins., This has been going on for about 5 days. Can't get support to understand what is going on. It's not any particular game, it's when I click on the link on FB, that takes me right to the SLOTOMANIA home page. That's where I get either the Small number of COINS or a hit & Miss LARGER ONE THAT I HAVE BEEN PLAYING to get to over level o, I know you guys can see behind the scenes, you see the history of my playing, and how many coins I play or with and my level. Don't understand why your support agents WON'T look at it to see which one I play. I am losing COINS.

Playtika Banning payments to bingo blitz ignored

Ive been requesting for years you block all payments to bingo blitz, you say not your n responsibility, it is as ive asked you several times to do it, you say its google pays responsibility, they say its yours, im very ill with disabilities so I rely on people using my bank and payment cards, unfortunately certain helpers are addicts to your bingo blitz which is why ive asked loads of times for payments to be blocked id like payments to be blocked and all payments returned at least the past 6 months worth even though theirs lots more

I agree I them to block payments to Bingo Blitz no help Google says it's there problem and vice versa I want my 2 grand back I'm contemplating suicide they got blood on there hands I already self harm because of them

Playtika Slotomania - quest saga - 3rd star not received

I was playing the happy lion game in the quest saga it is the 1st game on the 7th island. I had already completed the 1st and 2nd stars (missions) for that game, I was trying to complete the 3rd star (mission). Collecting stars helps you to unlock gates and chests containing prizes throughout the quest saga. To complete the 3rd star (in the happy lion game) you have to win a total of 3.7T in free spins on that machine. I had already won 2.9T out of the 3.7T. When I won the free spins feature, I activated the double your progress feature with gems, which doubles whatever wins, spins and literally anything required to complete the missions (stars). For example if you needed to win 5 of a kind 10 times with the double your progress feature activated you would only need to win 5 of a kind 5 times because it doubles your progress. It's the exact same with winning amounts. Anyway I started the free spins feature and won a total of 1.1T (2.2T with the double progress activated) so with that win and what I had already previously won being 2.9T, would take me to a total of 4.0T or (5.1T) in free spins wins all up and I only needed to win 3.7T. So even without double quest progress activated I should have received my 3rd star. I am not asking for much, just to receive what I absolutely won and am entitled to. 🥺
When I realised that the correct credits were not added to my 3rd star progress I notified customer support via chat and email and have had no luck in getting the matter resolved. I have attached all my communications with them for you to view as well as a screenshot taken when I realised the error and another screenshot taken last night when customer support contacted me saying that my account had been updated and I checked and that information was incorrect.
I would like some help to get the matter resolved as I am not having any help from customer support. Please help.

Desired outcome: To be awarded the 3rd star that I should have already received.

You sadly are not only one suffering. This has happened countless times to me as well, especially promotional islands, and support refuses to fix anything. They lie each time saying need to investigate or see no issue and you will hear from me via email in hour but they never follow thru with resolve. If rare response is received it randomly goes to same generic response that has nothing to do with my issue about fair play, everyone loses, it will turn around soon, etc... which was not mentioned. I have more than two years and hundreds of either chat or emails going back and forth begging for them to actually read the wording to see issue and fix it but I finally gave up today. I said why spend so much time and money playing a game that only cares about finding more ways to take your money and not about the players. After all, for the company the fix is pixels so it is free to them but the consumer is spending hard earned REAL money. Instead of paying support to ignore and frustrate customers just fix the issues proven to you and realize no game is without error as you keep saying.
There is one more huge issue that really is beyond frustrating trying to deal with for over two years now is your status level and the way you reach it. It seems made up as I can never get the math to add up. Not even factoring in that according to the details we start the year off with a percentage of prior year points and part of December, etc.. how is it possible to start with that amount of points, spend thousands monthly in purchases which give points that are supposed to add up toward next status on top of the status points won playing and during different promotions, etc.. then somehow in August when you should have moved up you somehow are less than 50 percent toward the status upgrade so it will never be reached but looking at screenshots from March you realize you were just shy of 40 percent so yet again the impossible happens again. If you ask Corporate to go read post in groups they will see so many complaining about the same things and long time players are giving up walking away out of frustration as you have taken all fun out of the game. The status point upgrade issue is true but i did examples for this purpose but the exact formula is on the game home page in the faqs. I asked so many times for management, corporate, how to reach legal, offered my time free to talk with any management member that may care about the big issues and some ideas for fixing and improvement but no one higher than support ( per support) is available. I am sorry so long but while confirming the issues experienced by this player is common and sadly go ignored, by sharing the other information I am sure it validates a lot of other complaints shared here as well.
