Yesterday July 10th u told poker heat that I lost a lot of chips to bots. Millions. I got a response this morning which I saved, stating that bots ate playing to help the Flo of the game. Ok, facebook & google is full of hackers

Playtika is on facebook and google! Gamer unite and others hackers. It’s free games and you don’t have to pay. But games are not twisted your arms to make you pay.. We all know we get the urges to buy more coins right? Like bingo blitz this game stinks and it full of beggars wanted help so they don’t have to play the game like gamers unite hackers.. Bingo blitz plus is no better they want your money.. Lol, for goodness sake?! Don’t use your credits or debit on the games and you’re not going to win all the times. It’s a waste of money. Use your money to pays bills not these games. Behind all these apps is people who created games got the knowledge from god to make their brains useful.. Have been trying to send email to slotomania customer support since 19-5-22 but all I get in return is a notice stating: site not monitored at moment. This is not good practice and very unprofessional.

Slotomania support says it’s iTunes fault because payment is on proces but iTunes says payment was done.

I cannot comment on the bingo blitz Facebook page or reply to a message, there is no button to contact them on messenger either. This happened within the last few days. I have not commented on the page for at least 6 months. I believe this is unfair and their is no explanation as to why I cannot comment or reply.

Well, I hope no one downloads this unsupported game as they do not honour massive win amounts of $499,500,500,999.500 of which I supplied them a photo of. Ticket no: INC20408844 dated 30-4-22. On 3-5-22 I was informed by Customer Support that issue had been resolved and that Tech Team would send me an email soon and to have patience! as of yesterday 9-5-22 had heard nothing so went to customer service once again to follow up. I have tried to contact Bingo Blitz multiple times and all I get is an automated "we will be in contact with you as soon as possible" email. I have tried to message on Facebook and have posted on their Facebook timeline all with no results. They have charged me for Bingo Blitz Plus without my permission. I cannot find any receipt, nor any way to cancel this from happening again. This game allows teams to cheat. As a result of this, non-cheating players are spending hard earned money in trying to compete with these teams without knowledge they are cheating. There is no chance for a non cheating team to win under these conditions. It also makes me wonder if this company is also part of these “made-up” teams in order to win and encourage regular folks to spend money for coins, diamonds and so on.
