On April 6, 2022 my Facebook account was hacked, the password changed & I'm locked out of my account. I used to play WSOP through Facebook & now I can not log into the game. I'm asking for help to restore my WSOP account. Thank you

The account that took over my account goes by the name Ric Vander. My name is Nicholas Smirnov & I used MadRussian as my WSOP moniker

I am was/am a diamond player with over 39 trillion points. Playing one day and suddenly nothing, back to stage 1. Contacted customer service and they told me it was because I was playing via Facebook and delete and blah, blah, blah.. I do not even have Facebook on the device I play on, explained to them that this is not so. They insisted I was. I have lost over 36 hours of dice rolls, collecting hourly monies and probably VIP status. I have spent a lot of money on this game and am ready to report it to internet sources. Disgusting customer service.

I was playing bingo blitz at 12:14 pacific time,on tuesaday April 5 2022. I was playing in the Hanoi room. I clicked my bingo cards at 9 seconds to recieve my Hanoi Tower.

I bingoed on the card that had my Hanoi Tower and was happy to kmow that i has completed the Hanoi Room. Then Your servers kicked me out of the Hanoi room and I lost 60 credits and i lost mt hanoi tower.

Please re emburse both please my 60 credits and give me my Hanoi Tower please snd thank you

Look my slotamaina today I received my slot cards and my level up didn't move all night I playing big and small but nothing moved and I sick and tired of never getting any thing off the game and because I never my slot cards I going to miss out on my wild card it [censored] you pay money and get nothing back

This game allows teams to cheat. As a result of this, non-cheating players are spending hard earned money in trying to compete with these teams without knowledge they are cheating. There is no chance for a non cheating team to win under these conditions. It also makes me wonder if this company is also part of these “made-up” teams in order to win and encourage regular folks to spend money for coins, diamonds and so on.

Im requesting a refund for purchases from the 7th of February to the 22nd of February. I have 3 children under the ages of 7 and they have managed to spend over £1000. I had a spending budget on the account of £5 and they have managed to spend all the money we have. I requested 36 refunds with Google and they have been rejected I'm hoping you will refund these as I'm a single parent and no money to pay my bills or buy food. I have not authorised these payments and I myself have not received the goods and my children aren't aware of money. One of my children is autistic and doesn't understand. £400 of that money is his disability benefit to provide care for him. Emails go unanswered.

Please help with this matter

I have already contacted support through the app with no response at all.

When no one bothered responding to my message to support from within the app, I then went to the App Store and left a 1 star review with all the details of what happened to my account. I want this resolved - I’m beyond frustrated and angry.

Last night when I logged off I had right at 10 million chips!

This morning I log on and had literally only 20 thousand!

Where did my chips go?!

I earned those the hard way! I didn’t purchase anything - I’ve never made a purchase. Like I said I earned those chips by playing cash games (Holdem).

I’m extremely annoyed, and would like my chips back. Y’all should be able to see my account somehow and see why my chips are gone! No one has access to my phone, so don’t make assumptions about someone else playing on my account.

I shouldn’t have had to waste my entire morning contacting support, then writing a review on the App Store, then sending an email to your support email (that y’all misspelt in your response to peoples comments on the App Store) - spent more time finding the correct email for y’all - and now I’m on this site. Literally all morning. This is unacceptable.

I would like a response, and for my account to be credited for all the chips that mysteriously disappeared overnight.

While I am playing WSOP which I have been playing for many years all of a sudden my Android shuts off in the middle of the game and then I get returned back to the lobby that I took too long why are you disconnecting me so many times I don't understand my Gmail account is lovedance.[protected]@gmail.com there has to be a reasonable explanation I have plenty of power so I'm not in a desolate area please try and help me

About 3 weeks ago I had a problem with the app freezing up and folding my cards in the middle of hands, still doing it but not as bad. It's not my internet connection as they try to say it's done it using wi-fi and cell service and pro are constantly complaining about the same issue in chat and on Facebook, anyway it done this many times but I only wanted one of the wins I should've gotten I had 25 billion coins in and the pot size was 150 billion but after they reviewed it they pretty much called me a liar even though I had spent over 2k real dollars in two weeks but yeah I'm gonna lie about fake money🙄. I even said I'd settle for half the amount and didn't even receive a response. It took me 2 weeks to even get any kind of support response to begin with I never got an answer as to why that was.

I passed two milestones (numbers 2 and 3) on the binge bar but it stayed locked and I did not receive any points from such. Is this an issue that can be fixed from your end? It is difficult to reach these milestones and I would like my reward.

You are money scammers. More spent, more loose. You set up winning percentage so low so no one can play for couple hours even I spent hundreds dollars. 3 years ago Casino was very good game for some money, now you want hundreds dollars for nothing. Your greedy will destroy you. Anyway I am going contact my bank to stop all payments what I did to you for scamming because no one can reach any goals on your casino except to spend thousands dollars. Shame on you.

I've had so many problems with bingo blitz, loosing credits cause the game freezes, the game cheats also cause they will give u the same card pretty much except they might change 1 or 2 numbers.tell how can u get a bingo off of 2 numbers also.missings items all the time to finish a map.but when u contact support they want to give u a few credits not even the amount u spend playing.

Payments to Playtika often go wrong. When contacting support they never have a solution, but advise contacting Microsoft store for a refund. But it's not a physical product, just playtime, so it's almost impossible to get that done. Playtika has to go after it themselves, but they don't. They don't care about customers. And the people at the support can't do anything, know nothing and do nothing.

Cheating at games again!

I purchased 1.99 for the extra coins and cards and I never got them. You owe me all of it plus extra coins for my 3 hours of trouble with people at your company that couldn't help me.

Yesterday I was logged in as user name Brazion( email [protected]@gmail.com). A mod was in chat room and n the SPOOKY SEASONAL ROOM and I brought up that I still was having issues with an individual on my accounts, ( items or duplicates constantly disappearing as well as I never EVER win anymore, also, a message stating to Reconnect as I was now connected on 2 different devices, exc.)
Immediately after, maybe within 2 min of her stating she turned this is to support my game shuts off, my device turns off and restarted, on its own and now the Bingo Blitz has turned into your RUINED AND MOST CONFUSING VERSION ON EVERY ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS. I want the other older, NOT UPDATED VERSION PLEASE. I WILL NOT PLAY ON THIS OTHER AS ITS HORRIBLE AND STUPID AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE A COPPY WRITTEN, NOT VALID, VERSION OF YOUR GAME.

Its too bad Slotomania is rigged, was kind of a fun game.  You can see the algorithms repeat as the game goes on.  Its really too bad for Robert Antokol, Craig Abrahams and Ofer Kinberg, their greed has gotten them in trouble with one of the world's biggest drug cartels.   When the leader of the cartel found out these guys were ripping him off he was less than happy, rumor has it contracts were issued.  When a company is doing something wrong, you take out the top three in command,   then the company gets the hint, sounds like this is exactly what is going to happen here.  Everyone knows you do not rip off a major drug cartel, but these guys did, they got stones, I'll give them that.

pay for play with no rewards ever given, none at all ever, this site should be sued and brought up on charges of corruption and stealing, paying to play is one thing but never getting anything in return is another .somebody should be looking into the corruption on this site
