I created my account in BC.Game on 17 February 2024.

On next day I was prompted to complete the KYC and I statted for first time I suffer from gambling addiction.

On 24th February I had a running claim on bitcointalk forum against BC.Game, and you can clearly state that one of the mods even requested them to close my account due to gambling addiction.

I didn't intend to close my account because I had earned calendar bonus that I could redeem in next weeks, but I tried to limit gamessessions, limit my deposits and limit my stakes as you can see in screenshots.

BC.Game do not offer those kind of limitations - against their own terms - they don't comply with it.

I'm requesting them to refund my total loss amount since the moment they realize I suffer from addiction - not more not less.

I deposited Php 4,000 (about $80) last December 31st 2023 around 11:31am. It was not credited. I keep reaching out customer service but keeps saying they did mot receive it. Its funny because it was deposited through QR code. I keep reaching out customer service and when its past 14 days they just told me:

We regret to inform you,

That we are unable to assist, Since this Deposit Transaction has exceeded the time limit. The Merchant System only retains data within 14 days. We recommend contacting your bank to inquire whether the amount was refunded back on your Designated Bank. As per Merchant advised. Thank you.

من در سایت فوق یک اکانت با 38 دلار و لول 44 داشتم. حدود 6 ماه پیش با میزبان خود درسایت بعد از باختن صحبت می‌کردم. من نمیتوانم انگلیسی صحبت کنم برای همین از گوگل ترانسلیت استفاده میکنم. گویا مترجم گوگل صحبت من را به اشتباه ترجمه کرده برای میزبان و او به اشتباه برداشت کرده که من میخاستم خود کشی کنم. در صورتی که بعد از 6 ماه من سلامت هستم. بارها با آنها جیمیل زدم و گفتم اکانت را برای ادامه به من پس بدهند ولی آنها به من می‌گویند نمی‌شود.

im upset at the decisions bc has made with taking away our locked bcd..i have been a member for years and have acquired 13k locked bcd which is equivalent to a dollar. how can you do this and how is it any fair to those who have earned the credits? you guys are unreal, it has been earned already you taking back would be considered stealing.. you have already takin so much from the players.. its sad to watch and getting even worse to play

A friend of mine sent me a$20 tip o bc game but I never received it, I took a scrern shot of my transactions history and sent it through email to bc customer support along with 2 screenshots of my friends transaction history showing the tip but I never got nothing. I had to contact t support thru Google because the "Live Support" button does not work at all. Please help and thank you...you van contact me @ [protected]@gmail.com

I seen very constant loses on this site. I took it as part of gambling, till I noticed this happen. I rolled the bonus feature (3 bonus symbols). The feature doesn't activate and it begins to roll again. I show bc games screen shots of the game very clearly winning and not paying. As well as, the pay table, confirming it should of in fact, won. The first agent just disconnected the chat and second just refuses to respond as of writing this. This begs the question of how much of my lose were legitimate and not.

These issues occurred around 5/28/23 and are ongoing, as of 7/29...

I found this site and at first seemed legit. One day, I hit big and ended up wagering 100,000 in about 12 hours. Of course I busted eventually but was sure id be at least able to claim the 200 dollars of rake-back that came with wagering 100,000 in unlocked BCD. But somehow the wagered amount had not registered with my EXP, or the BCD. So now, even with my profile saying I had wagered 178,000 total, I'm level 25 and should be level 32 per the level up details they have recently posted in the VIP section. I've spoken to almost every support staff member, all of which made false accusations and lied about it just being a display error, and that I was actually the level I should be. However if you check the reward ledger there's no instance of receiving the bonuses or BCD because the bets I made in that timeframe, simply did not register due to lag, or whatever the case (the site had been having technical difficulties at the time). Support just ignores me now, like they have no responsibility to help me.
