Playtika Poker Heat

I had over 10 million in chips, when I lost power and when I got it back, I went to play and it started me from the beginning. I think I had $18, 400 in chips and sent me back to beginning status. BS

Playtika unethical gaming

This company needs to be shut down! Blatant cheating and rigging. I have seen everything! All this company cares about is lining their pockets. Gets progressively worse every single day! Selling "virtual"coins for a ridiculous amount of money with no chance whatsoever of winning and keeping coins. The SECOND you increase your bet no more wins or bonuses for the player. PURE BLATANT RIGGING . THIS GREED FILLED COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESITIGATED RIGHT NOW! SLOTOMANIA VICTIM FOR OVER 10 YEARS !

Playtika Purchased coins but did not receive

I purchased a $399.99 bundle Friday Jun 4 and didn't get the items. I reached out to their support and by Sunday morning had confirmation that my problem was real and the agent asked what package I had tried to buy. I replied and never got another email, nor did I get my items. I sent emails daily since, with no response. I've also submitted a new case about the old case. No response except the automated one that they got my case.

Desired outcome: Get my items or get a refund. Even getting a response is better than I have been getting.

Playtika Refunds

I was playing bingo blitz and earned enough chocolate to buy an offer. I didn't receive my ingredient basket or my 4 vouchers for the pantry. My email is dubois.[protected]@gmail. I've played bingo blitz for 10 years now and really enjoy it. It's just glitches like this that spoils it. Especially when I've spent quite a lot of real money on credits etc.

Playtika Money is gone

This is the second that I have lost money overnight. I have both times lost around 250, 000, 000 each time. The first time about 3-4 weeks ago I revived an email from your support team that everything looked good and that I use it. Now last night again I played and turned off my game and just opened to see and have a balance of only 23, 000, 000. I want to know if this is the kind of business you operate. I have spent a lot of money in this game and enjoy but this is starting to piss me off. My UID#[protected].

Playtika Slotomania

Bonus symbols come up frequently with no bonus play. Won 145 million dollar jackpot on Double Comedy game. Never got the credit. This sucks.

Playtika When I play slotomania, the points I win or lose also go to my son's and daughter's slotomania.

My son, my daughter and I all have separate Slotomania games, but when I play mine, the points I make or lose transfer to their Slotomania also. This just started happening about a week or so ago. The Slotomania on their Facebook even says my name. Why? What has happened to the game? For example, I play and win 50 points, and then their games suddenly have the 50 points.

Desired outcome: I would like the game to go back to the way it was. My son and daughter get their own points.

Playtika Bingo blitz

Recently the app will not load properly. Uninstalling and reinstalling it has been marginally successful. Powering the device off and on is not much better. The support link doesn't work at all. This issue has been going on for more than a week. I have tried all available avenues to remedy this. The app itself needs to be fixed! Also, the constant updating of the app likely contributes to the problems attempting to start it.

Playtika Slotomania

More than month was collecting cards for album, 5-6 hours played every day, made in game purchases, completed finally, thought gonna get huge wins or at least enjoy game for weeks, but trillion of coins was gone in 2 hours with a 1 - 2 miliion bets, tried different slots and 90% of time it was eating coins . Very greedy game, without good payouts . Their greed killed all the fun .

Desired outcome: Real casino have better odds to win .

Playtika Slotomania

When gifting and receiving cards there is an issue with the cards disappearing from collection, when collecting cards they are there, when I go to send cards out out the cards are gone, it is disturbing to me and upsetting to the people that send the cards to me...this has been going on for a couple weeks and I ado not understand! I had been gifted 2 - 5 star cards there was only 1 in collection

Today i was playing princess frog and i got 50 spins then in the bonus spins i got 40 more well i count my spins and only gave me 50 that's a pretty good scam i spend money on coins 7 times in one day if it doesn't get you anywhere you just eats them rite up. I'm starting to get disgusted with house of funs have been a customer for six years and a devoted one i'm about ready to change that

Playtika Playtika icon not loading

The Playtika icon on the Bingo Blitz page is not loading. I tried Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox but non of them worked. Please help. I am not getting any of my freebies. I sent a photo and you will notice the icon is continuously going in circles. Even when Bingo Blitz posts freebies on my page I cannot get them. The same thing happens. as you will see in the next pic.

Playtika Blitz bingo

I just got ripped off..I had 81 credits I went in Dublin room and I only bought 1 card at 42 Bingo bucks .. after that game ..it said I had only 11 BB left and if you add it all up I should had 39 BB left..
When I went out it gave me 28 bb..add that all up I should have had 67 bbs ..then I went to collect my bus for a INGREDIENT which was suppose to give me 70 bbs but it didn't WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE TIMES THEN THIS..I THINK YOU ARE RIPPING OFF ME AND SO MANY MORE
THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL TO EXPLAIN THIS TOO..
PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP

Playtika Slotomania

So the new cubs game is rigged to lose. At first with only 3 puzzles, id complete sets. Occasionally I'd get a few puzzle peices packs with NO new peices, now with 10 puzzles, when I spend 450 tokens on a pack of pieces, 10 in a row have had NO new pieces. Seriously w.t.f.

Desired outcome: Let me finish the damn puzzle and award me the free spins!!

Playtika Slotomania

Today I was playing one of my favourite slotomania games Secrets of the Himalayas.

The screen told me I had won the grand jackpot of $5, 008, 286.92.

However this amount did not transfer across to my total. I tried getting out of slotomania and back in again but this amount still did not get credited to me. I checked the amount of the new grand jackpot and it had dropped right
back to a very small amount.

Desired outcome: All I would like is for the above amount to be credited to my total.

Playtika Bingo blitz

I thinks it's pretty crappy that on the last day of the reunion you guys don't remind us to water the crops... of course you wouldn't because that results in a money grab. I'm sick of spending money on this game. As soon as I'm low on credits... I start losing... every single time! Then you reach executive level chef and no big payout... joke! I'll never spend another dime on this game again. I've spent a lot and have played since 2008. Done!

Playtika Slotomania

Not one to complain. I would win some lose some. Day before yesterday had a really good day and now today I have alot of concerns. Now I know that you all have a model to try to sell coins and other things, but I'm not happy. Win some lose some I get that but when winning alot I can tell it effects every game you play. I went from winning 5 trillion to almost a 4 billion. I usually wouldn't say anything if it was fair but I can tell segments of the games I play one part of the slot disappears and reappears to keep you from winning a bonus or a free spin. Also too when they are placed so far where the odds of hitting are not in your favor. Now the mini game some I don't mind, but can they please at least wait until the spin is over even when they are due? It complicates stopping the spin. Now I get it wouldnt be fair if all people did was win and same with losing, but when you don't win a little but at least out of ten spins and this could be exaggerated losing all the time people wouldn't want to play. I have switched games and played new ones and no one in real slotts has a lossing streak like that spending trillions with small bets and not even somewhat larger. I love the game but if all I'm going to do since I won big one time is lose I will probably quit playing. I'm not expecting anything free but just to be treated fairly. I maybe but for some reason I feel that I'm not being... Thank you have a wonderful day and please just like on your reviews on the play store not just send automated messages. Playtika Bingo blitz

Bingo blitz has a feature running with balloons, today I won a star balloon worth 1000 credits. It never credited back to my account. I have sent copius emails to Bingo blitz . One message back from them sent me a statement showing that I was paid balloon credit, no where on that statement does it say 1000 credits credited to my account.. no one is listening or looking properly. I have been messaging them for 12 hours now.. is this really away to run a business by cheating people out of reward credits? Please fix this! [protected]@hotmail.com.. player name Sasha chick

Playtika Cannot get into Slotomania

When I go to Slotomania it spins without getting into game. I have tried many times in the past five days to go into the game to play and it is the same result, the screen spins and I left it one time for almost an hour and when I came back it was still spinning. There is a problem and I enjoy playing so much
