Today I was playing one of my favourite slotomania games Secrets of the Himalayas.

The screen told me I had won the grand jackpot of $5, 008, 286.92.

However this amount did not transfer across to my total. I tried getting out of slotomania and back in again but this amount still did not get credited to me. I checked the amount of the new grand jackpot and it had dropped right
back to a very small amount.

I thinks it's pretty crappy that on the last day of the reunion you guys don't remind us to water the crops... of course you wouldn't because that results in a money grab. I'm sick of spending money on this game. As soon as I'm low on credits... I start losing... every single time! Then you reach executive level chef and no big payout... joke! I'll never spend another dime on this game again. I've spent a lot and have played since 2008. Done!

Not one to complain. I would win some lose some. Day before yesterday had a really good day and now today I have alot of concerns. Now I know that you all have a model to try to sell coins and other things, but I'm not happy. Win some lose some I get that but when winning alot I can tell it effects every game you play. I went from winning 5 trillion to almost a 4 billion. I usually wouldn't say anything if it was fair but I can tell segments of the games I play one part of the slot disappears and reappears to keep you from winning a bonus or a free spin. Also too when they are placed so far where the odds of hitting are not in your favor. Now the mini game some I don't mind, but can they please at least wait until the spin is over even when they are due? It complicates stopping the spin. Now I get it wouldnt be fair if all people did was win and same with losing, but when you don't win a little but at least out of ten spins and this could be exaggerated losing all the time people wouldn't want to play. I have switched games and played new ones and no one in real slotts has a lossing streak like that spending trillions with small bets and not even somewhat larger. I love the game but if all I'm going to do since I won big one time is lose I will probably quit playing. I'm not expecting anything free but just to be treated fairly. Bingo blitz has a feature running with balloons, today I won a star balloon worth 1000 credits. It never credited back to my account. I have sent copius emails to Bingo blitz . One message back from them sent me a statement showing that I was paid balloon credit, no where on that statement does it say 1000 credits credited to my account.. no one is listening or looking properly. I have been messaging them for 12 hours now.. is this really away to run a business by cheating people out of reward credits? Please fix this! [protected]@hotmail.com.. player name Sasha chick

When I go to Slotomania it spins without getting into game. I have tried many times in the past five days to go into the game to play and it is the same result, the screen spins and I left it one time for almost an hour and when I came back it was still spinning. There is a problem and I enjoy playing so much

I purchased a product and didn't get what the purchase was offering. Have spoken to the support team on 2 occasions and they are not being helpful at all. This is considered fraud. It was the dash max I purchased which would allow me to select a any card wild from my album, however when I went to select the card that I wanted it wasn't showing therefore I was unable to get the card.

I've been playing slotomania since the pandemic so i'm fairly new but it keep say connection lost so I restart my phone hoping to restart game didn't care if I lost the points just wanted to go back to game since it help me during the covid. I am hoping that someone can fix this problem for me. I tried last night after having quite a hectic day, I was babysitting all day since my daughter had surgery and is on pain medication wouldn't be able to care for my grandchildren, when dad got home from work I came home and tried to get on slotomania but had difficulty for it to even go to homepage where it lists all events and selections nothing tried for half hour gave up. Tried this morning nothing! Please can you fix this

I have played and lost over 100 billion coins on one game, Happy Lion Crack It, in Slotoquest and still can't finish it. I have bet high, low and in between. I have to win 180 B coins in Crack It. I am at 52%. I will never play another of their quests. Also, their new Dashes are ridiculous! I gave this game up once for about 6 months. I'm ready to GO forever!

Third time I'm complaining. Its getting worst instead of better. In the super dash, you want me to do 640 billions in a single spin 50 times.. I only have 4.5 t .I would have to bid 100 billions. After a few spin, I would be broke... fix it. I am starting to hate slotomania...spending to much money...its a joke

I've been playing the quest on slotomania. I always select easy. The "Big White" slot isn't awarding free spins according to the conditions set forth in the pay table. According to the pay table, free spins are to be awarded when one or more bear symbols are on a winning pay line. This isn't happening and is ruining my play experience. Is there an issue with the game? I'll attach a screenshot. The bear is clearly on a winning pay line and no spins awarded. Very disappointing.

This isn't the first time this has happened where I cannot keep a connection. I have worked repeatedly on it but may have to give up although I have quite a bit invested at this time. I have always enjoyed playing slotomania but am truly tired of trying. Everything else works perfectly except for slotomania. I have been a great customer and have been treated well... While the game is working. There is no way of connecting to the game for help as there is a minor connection and then it kicks me off. Help!

Today [protected] purchased slotomania game under Lucky Spin $1.99 2nd Purchased $1.99 for lucky spin for twice but suddenly wanted me to update google play service I did updated but I did not receive my coins and lucky spin and twice spin I purchased .please double check really puss off I missed my last bonus spin.

For quite sometime now, Slotomania and Playtika have been taking my money and failing to deliver bonus coins for purchases or awarding big payouts I win because the app crashes right after I hit for billions in coins. Every time I try to resolve the issue with customer service, the either fail to connect me with a representative and all I get is an email with no follow-up, or the customer service rep denies that there is a problem, insisting that I collected my bonus or what I paid for. They stole real money from me and in-game coins totaling 100s of billions. They refuse to do anything to compensate me and in fact, when I bring it up on their Facebook page under one of my profiles, they mute me and claim that Facebook did it!

On astronomy game did a switch on me. First I notice it changing bet amounts on me. To its advantage. Money's wernt credited to my $. The worst when free spins never hardley happens. When it wont come with extra multiplyier hard to win. Now it won't let me spend my credits at the store for bonus. To bad. Guess I erase this app.

As I have written to bingo blitz. Several times why. When they get a glinche I go on later to see I've lost my levels. Levels I played hours to get. Have gone Coins. Friends And slots. Nothing at all on slots. Food in pantry, I was on third. Level in garden. Now they have. Put. Me on level one. I had hundreds of friends all been deleted all the hard work I and others have done to get to. These levels then to have them taken be expected to start again don't think. I wrote several times nothing. . Wrote on Bingoblitz page. For several days nothing I've unloaded it. Put it back still the sam. Cleared cache. Nothing please help very frustrating I know it's a game. But a game I enjoyed Thankyou. Look forward to hearing from you .

This game is such a damn rip off! I've given so much money and for what?! Y'all are ridiculous. You should reward the people supporting you instead of ripping them off!

Are these customer service people in India? They certainly do NOT understand simple customer service requests - IDIOTS!

Recently Bingo Blitz had another glitch ( can't even count how many they have had and had my credits stolen), but this one was in the players favor the very first time. When the glitch started I had approximately 14, 000 credits, when BB shut down the game I had 91k in credits. After the first shutdown I was able to log back in for a few minutes and I did not play another bingo game but I did use my 7 shovels in the side game and leveled up from level one to level 3 adding an additional 4500 credits. Then BB shut down again. When I logged back in the following morning my balance had been reduced to slightly over 11, 000 credits. That is thef. I want my credits returned ASAP. Your business practices are shady and I hope you start fixing them.

I have been playing Slotamania for a few years. Today when I started to play I keep losing the connection and then when I get into a game it will play for a few moments and they the screen starts running up uncontrolled.

I have a feeling you are trying to discourage me from using Slotamania. If this is happening, why is it? Did I do something wrong playing?
