Playtika Banning payments to bingo blitz ignored

Ive been requesting for years you block all payments to bingo blitz, you say not your n responsibility, it is as ive asked you several times to do it, you say its google pays responsibility, they say its yours, im very ill with disabilities so I rely on people using my bank and payment cards, unfortunately certain helpers are addicts to your bingo blitz which is why ive asked loads of times for payments to be blocked id like payments to be blocked and all payments returned at least the past 6 months worth even though theirs lots more

I agree I them to block payments to Bingo Blitz no help Google says it's there problem and vice versa I want my 2 grand back I'm contemplating suicide they got blood on there hands I already self harm because of them

Playtika Slotomania - quest saga - 3rd star not received

I was playing the happy lion game in the quest saga it is the 1st game on the 7th island. I had already completed the 1st and 2nd stars (missions) for that game, I was trying to complete the 3rd star (mission). Collecting stars helps you to unlock gates and chests containing prizes throughout the quest saga. To complete the 3rd star (in the happy lion game) you have to win a total of 3.7T in free spins on that machine. I had already won 2.9T out of the 3.7T. When I won the free spins feature, I activated the double your progress feature with gems, which doubles whatever wins, spins and literally anything required to complete the missions (stars). For example if you needed to win 5 of a kind 10 times with the double your progress feature activated you would only need to win 5 of a kind 5 times because it doubles your progress. It's the exact same with winning amounts. Anyway I started the free spins feature and won a total of 1.1T (2.2T with the double progress activated) so with that win and what I had already previously won being 2.9T, would take me to a total of 4.0T or (5.1T) in free spins wins all up and I only needed to win 3.7T. So even without double quest progress activated I should have received my 3rd star. I am not asking for much, just to receive what I absolutely won and am entitled to. 🥺
When I realised that the correct credits were not added to my 3rd star progress I notified customer support via chat and email and have had no luck in getting the matter resolved. I have attached all my communications with them for you to view as well as a screenshot taken when I realised the error and another screenshot taken last night when customer support contacted me saying that my account had been updated and I checked and that information was incorrect.
I would like some help to get the matter resolved as I am not having any help from customer support. Please help.

Desired outcome: To be awarded the 3rd star that I should have already received.

You sadly are not only one suffering. This has happened countless times to me as well, especially promotional islands, and support refuses to fix anything. They lie each time saying need to investigate or see no issue and you will hear from me via email in hour but they never follow thru with resolve. If rare response is received it randomly goes to same generic response that has nothing to do with my issue about fair play, everyone loses, it will turn around soon, etc... which was not mentioned. I have more than two years and hundreds of either chat or emails going back and forth begging for them to actually read the wording to see issue and fix it but I finally gave up today. I said why spend so much time and money playing a game that only cares about finding more ways to take your money and not about the players. After all, for the company the fix is pixels so it is free to them but the consumer is spending hard earned REAL money. Instead of paying support to ignore and frustrate customers just fix the issues proven to you and realize no game is without error as you keep saying.
There is one more huge issue that really is beyond frustrating trying to deal with for over two years now is your status level and the way you reach it. It seems made up as I can never get the math to add up. Not even factoring in that according to the details we start the year off with a percentage of prior year points and part of December, etc.. how is it possible to start with that amount of points, spend thousands monthly in purchases which give points that are supposed to add up toward next status on top of the status points won playing and during different promotions, etc.. then somehow in August when you should have moved up you somehow are less than 50 percent toward the status upgrade so it will never be reached but looking at screenshots from March you realize you were just shy of 40 percent so yet again the impossible happens again. If you ask Corporate to go read post in groups they will see so many complaining about the same things and long time players are giving up walking away out of frustration as you have taken all fun out of the game. The status point upgrade issue is true but i did examples for this purpose but the exact formula is on the game home page in the faqs. I asked so many times for management, corporate, how to reach legal, offered my time free to talk with any management member that may care about the big issues and some ideas for fixing and improvement but no one higher than support ( per support) is available. I am sorry so long but while confirming the issues experienced by this player is common and sadly go ignored, by sharing the other information I am sure it validates a lot of other complaints shared here as well.

Playtika Did not receive my rewards from the clan chest

Lack of max chest reward for the clan chest. I have worked hard to achieve what I can and have so far. For years been a loyal player and without any complaints until now. I am not sure what could have become a reason for this but I haven't seen much of anything listing rules and or information that would be helpful to me and also many others that play this game! Please help fix this and explain things!
* Adding a list with rules and or information regarding the Clan and how everything works, etc would be a good useful idea! Thanks!

Playtika Slotomania Quest Saga

I have been playing this game for some time but when I reached Island 39 it stopped progressing. I completed the island filling all 18 stars but the game keeps saying I need one star per game to exit I have 18 stars. This has continued for several days and I cannot move on. I am afraid to reset the game on my laptop because I am afraid my progress will be erased, I would
like to continue through the islands but cannot.

Playtika Theft

Highway Robbery. SWINDLE. The MAX BET button is placed right next to the SPIN button to steal your winnings. It could be one of the best gambling sites, except for using this scam to steal your coins. Another Bernie Madoff game to trick customers out of their hard earned money. The only way you can prove this is unintential is to move or eliminate this MAX BET button as it is there only to steal and betray customers. You know it and so do customers who when tired or just by accident touch this button. When you eliminate this means to SCAM people out of their winnings, I will write a review for your site that will blow you away.

Playtika Poker Heat

I had over 10 million in chips, when I lost power and when I got it back, I went to play and it started me from the beginning. I think I had $18, 400 in chips and sent me back to beginning status. BS

Playtika unethical gaming

This company needs to be shut down! Blatant cheating and rigging. I have seen everything! All this company cares about is lining their pockets. Gets progressively worse every single day! Selling "virtual"coins for a ridiculous amount of money with no chance whatsoever of winning and keeping coins. The SECOND you increase your bet no more wins or bonuses for the player. Playtika Purchased coins but did not receive

I purchased a $399.99 bundle Friday Jun 4 and didn't get the items. I reached out to their support and by Sunday morning had confirmation that my problem was real and the agent asked what package I had tried to buy. I replied and never got another email, nor did I get my items. I sent emails daily since, with no response. I've also submitted a new case about the old case. No response except the automated one that they got my case.

Playtika Refunds

I was playing bingo blitz and earned enough chocolate to buy an offer. I didn't receive my ingredient basket or my 4 vouchers for the pantry. My email is dubois.[protected]@gmail. I've played bingo blitz for 10 years now and really enjoy it. It's just glitches like this that spoils it. Especially when I've spent quite a lot of real money on credits etc.

Playtika Money is gone

This is the second that I have lost money overnight. I have both times lost around 250, 000, 000 each time. The first time about 3-4 weeks ago I revived an email from your support team that everything looked good and that I use it. Now last night again I played and turned off my game and just opened to see and have a balance of only 23, 000, 000. I want to know if this is the kind of business you operate. I have spent a lot of money in this game and enjoy but this is starting to piss me off. My UID#[protected].

Playtika When I play slotomania, the points I win or lose also go to my son's and daughter's slotomania.

My son, my daughter and I all have separate Slotomania games, but when I play mine, the points I make or lose transfer to their Slotomania also. This just started happening about a week or so ago. The Slotomania on their Facebook even says my name. Why? What has happened to the game? For example, I play and win 50 points, and then their games suddenly have the 50 points.

Desired outcome: I would like the game to go back to the way it was. My son and daughter get their own points.

Playtika Bingo blitz

Recently the app will not load properly. Uninstalling and reinstalling it has been marginally successful. Powering the device off and on is not much better. The support link doesn't work at all. This issue has been going on for more than a week. I have tried all available avenues to remedy this. The app itself needs to be fixed! Also, the constant updating of the app likely contributes to the problems attempting to start it.

Playtika Slotomania

More than month was collecting cards for album, 5-6 hours played every day, made in game purchases, completed finally, thought gonna get huge wins or at least enjoy game for weeks, but trillion of coins was gone in 2 hours with a 1 - 2 miliion bets, tried different slots and 90% of time it was eating coins . Very greedy game, without good payouts . Their greed killed all the fun .

When gifting and receiving cards there is an issue with the cards disappearing from collection, when collecting cards they are there, when I go to send cards out out the cards are gone, it is disturbing to me and upsetting to the people that send the cards to me...this has been going on for a couple weeks and I ado not understand! I had been gifted 2 - 5 star cards there was only 1 in collection

Today i was playing princess frog and i got 50 spins then in the bonus spins i got 40 more well i count my spins and only gave me 50 that's a pretty good scam i spend money on coins 7 times in one day if it doesn't get you anywhere you just eats them rite up. Playtika Playtika icon not loading

The Playtika icon on the Bingo Blitz page is not loading. I tried Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox but non of them worked. Please help. I am not getting any of my freebies. I sent a photo and you will notice the icon is continuously going in circles. Even when Bingo Blitz posts freebies on my page I cannot get them. The same thing happens. as you will see in the next pic.

Playtika Blitz bingo

I just got ripped off..I had 81 credits I went in Dublin room and I only bought 1 card at 42 Bingo bucks .. after that game ..it said I had only 11 BB left and if you add it all up I should had 39 BB left..
When I went out it gave me 28 bb..add that all up I should have had 67 bbs ..then I went to collect my bus for a INGREDIENT which was suppose to give me 70 bbs but it didn't WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE TIMES THEN THIS..I THINK YOU ARE RIPPING OFF ME AND SO MANY MORE

Playtika Slotomania

So the new cubs game is rigged to lose. At first with only 3 puzzles, id complete sets. Occasionally I'd get a few puzzle peices packs with NO new peices, now with 10 puzzles, when I spend 450 tokens on a pack of pieces, 10 in a row have had NO new pieces. Seriously w.t.f.
