I have two account swith Slotomania, one in my Email name and the other as a Guest. he first one was established iseveral years ago. The second one (Guest) was setup when I bought a second pc. I use both all of he time. in Late August, I turnd on the PCs andmdiscovered that my winning of more that 230 Billion Coins had disappeared. I contacted Slotomania Support for help. I was informed that I had to setup a new account, that I am reluctant to do. Besides I was at the Gold Level and Support said the newaccount would be at the Bronze Level.
After many emails, I still do not know why my coins were removed and are not being restored to my account. I won those coins while playing Slotomanias games and I am entitled to them
