Bet365 Group Unacceptable Standards

Any player who gets injured on a first play should automatically be void. It’s unfair and should go against every standard out there. They do it sometimes out of “good faith” but it should be all the town if it’s within a certain time frame of the start of the game. Especially in American football injury’s happen a lot. To keep it as fair as possible they should void these types of prop bets if it’s the first play.

I transferred $10,000 from my NAB bank account to them on that day but they asked me for proof of transfer and proof of identity after that before they could open the account. Bet365 Group Pre-match bet placed with wrong calculation of cash out on live

5 fold bet placed on the 03/09/2023 01:48:23 UTC +3

Final returns should be 51.88 but when games started it showed 28.82 which makes the cash out calculated very wrong with missing money. During that time I had already won 1 leg and another was 90% done as well. This automatically lost me the ability to cash out with the actual sum and indirectly this is fraud and scam from bet365 as they are holding up money that are won in an honest way. I'm long time customer of bet365 and this is very annoying and disrespectful.

Bet365 Group Sportsbook

The EA sports is a scam. Bet365 takes no responsibility for this but promote it on their website. Two players and a fake referee were shown laughing during the stream and the games glitch and skip forward in time nonstop. Also, they put a double charge on me for $500 but take no responsibility for this even though they wouldn't let me withdraw. Finally, I placed a larger bet that I meant to cashout but they would not let me cash out because I was to near the state border. They refuse to give me a refund and there is no way to get in touch with their customer service. Both numbers either go busy or they keep ringing and saying my call can't be completed as dialed. The website needs to give me some sort of refund on my deposits or last bet placed.

Desired outcome: Some sort of refund or reversal of one or more of my deposits or return of my final bet to my bank account.

Bet365 Group Deposit issue bet365 fraud with me

Hi,

I am using bet365 for last 6 month. On 1st of may 2023 I have deposited Rs. 13000 inr but it doesn’t credited to my bet365 account. I contacted bet365 through live chat, there they asked me to wait for 2 hours but nothing happened. Again I contacted them, then they again asked me to wait for 5-6hrs and then 24hrs. After that they asked me to mail the screenshot of the payment details. I did that too but no positive response received from their end. Yesterday I.e. on 5th may 2023 I received a mail from bet365 and they told me that their finance team has issued a trace for my funds and it will take 4-5days. I cannot understand one thing that I had done upi payment to their given upi id then why they are taking so much time to trace my fund. Now it’s sounds fishy to me after reading so many complaints of similar incidents.

Bet365 Group Betting Restrictions

I Deposited $500 into my account and made several bets that were all winning bets. My Balance quickly rose to over $7,000 in a few days. I then received and email from the support area advising they had reviewed my account and decided to restrict my bet sizes which is now $10 per bet. I was basically restricted because I had a few wins... I did not realise that winning bets breached their Terms & Conditions for this to be done.. This is extremely unfair

Bet365 Group Super boost bet Chelsea v Real Madrid 18/4/23

I placed a £10 bet on the game yesterday and by the end of the match Bet365 paid my winnings of £27.50 into my account.

Today when I looked at my account they had withdrawn the £27.50 and when I asked why they said it was due to an error and they would not honour the payment even though it was paid out as an error on their part. I feel this is theft and I want to money back or at least my stake money of £10 back.

Bet365 Group Stolen money

Poor security system. My account has been hacked and stolen few days ago. There was £126 witch someone used to do unrecognised bets. I contacted bet365 as soon as I have seen, I gave all my informations, I waited (more than the usual deadline - 48h) for the investigation and in 11th Mar 2023, Bet365 concluded that it was really scammed.

After a long time waiting, I received a call from them. John, one of the supervisors, helped me to setup a new account. He also told me they would send me a link to get a new password. When I asked him about my money, he told me they would refund it in a few days.

Of course I didn’t get any link or refund. After a long time trying to contact bet365, the answer that I got was: “were advised that all bets placed on your previous account would stand and that there would be no balance transfer.”

Basically, I lost £126. After this outcome, nothing guarantees me if my account was hacked or there was a malicious bug from the bookmaker itself.

Bet365 Group bet365

I deposited $100 on my tower to Bet365 via my credit card. Then I found out I needed a bet365 authenticator app which is not available on my tower. I only have an android phone so I cannot download a bet365 authenticator app. Only on iphone or tablet. I contacted bet365 and they say I can give them all my bank details to get the money back, even though I used my credit card. I am not comfortable giving a foreign company my bank particulars. Therefore I am out $100 when this company should have notified its customers and provided a credit card refund setup. This is on January 17,2023.

Desired outcome: I want my $100 back.

Bet365 Group Gambling

My username at Bet365 is: akisloucas

I would like to complain about the total loss of my money, due to a technical issue of Bet365.

I put a stake (3rd January 2023) for the match OC Khurigba Vs Raja Casablanca for over 0.5 goals. On the same stake was Ionikos Vs Olympiakos Pireus also for over 0.5 goals (that was clearly won).

At the match of OC Khurigba Vs Raja Casablanca a goal was scored from Khurigba some moment on the 2nd Half. I was given the chance by the system to do check out. I did and I instantly did a withdrawal to my debit card as well.

Some seconds later, the goal was disallowed by VAR.

And I honestly didn't know what I should do, concerning I also proceeded with a withdrawal.

Finally, the game ended 0 - 0 and I had -€2385.21 shown as a balance into my Bet365 account.

I have contacted a live help conversation to Bet365 and due to the fact, I was very emotional, I was transferred to Safe Gambling chat officer.

The only result of all the mentioned, was to have the -€2385.21 balance removed to €0.00

It will be fair for me to get back the €2020.41 bank to my bank account's debit card. €2020.41 was the stake's amount.

Bet365 Group Withdrawal nightmare

This is an exact complaint I sent to bet 365 and because I have spent hours of my life already dealing with this, I ask please read this as a complaint to you guys. I really just couldn't retype everything out again. This has been an insane process. I appreciate your service.

This actually pains me to have been going through this issue with you guys. You were my favorite sports book up until recently. Since you've created your Ontario division I swear you stopped caring about your customers completely.

I have played on Bet365 for 5+ years, and played tens of thousands of dollars in the process. I've been a loyal customer of yours and recently received the absolute worst service and treatment I've ever experienced anywhere.

I went to make a withdrawl via Interac like I have always done hundreds of times. Your policy states, and I quote, "2.1 Where possible, all withdrawals will be PROCESSED TO THE PAYMENT account from which the DEPOSITS were made."

Deposits Made in the last 30 days:

OCT 24 2022 INTERAC: $17

OCT 27 2022 INTERAC: $20

OCT 27 2022 INTERAC: $22

So when I go to make a withdraw of $200 canadian dollars, your lovely team freezes it, tells me they tried to call me and said they cannot continue until they speak to me. I missed your calls by mear seconds, no one wou ld reurn my request to call back. So I was forced to use live chat.

To which I was told during livechjat that your team would review and give me the best suitable option depending on my deposit methods.

Your team up and decided that because of one $30 paysafe deposit, the one an only deposit since September 1st that was not interac, that I was best suited to be sent my entire withdraw of $200 via bank wire.

To which my bank TANGERINE BANK in ONTARIO CANADA DOES NOT ACCEPT BANK WIRE. Because of all the lost transaction s and how slow of a way to send money it is. So I spent time back and forth trying to let your team know that I did not have the option of a bank wire.

No one cared your team did not care and told me only bank wire. Even though youir policy clearly states you would proportionately send the money depending on deposit methods.

But no, not for my case, you decided to send ALL OF THE MONEY VIA BANK WIRE. AND THAT WAS IT NO BUDGIUNG ON WORKING ME OR ANYTHING.

YOUR CLIENT OF 5+ YEARS. BASICALLY TELLING ME TO PISS OFF.

So you forced my hand and forced me to open a brand new bank account with a company I have never been with, that cost me money and even more of my time. Fine as long as I can finally get my money I did so.

Even though you guys refused to follow your own policy and moved the goal posts to fit your needs. For what reason I have still not been given as to why it MUST BE BANK WIRE. AN OPTION I DIDNT ACTUALLY AND YOU DIDNT GIVE TWO SPITS ABOUT.

ALL LOGIC POINTED TO SENDING ME MY MONEY VIA INTERAC YET YOU REFUSED AND REFUSED AND REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME< A CLIENT OF 5+ YEARS, WHOS SPENT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

A big F YOU to me for reasons I have no idea about.

Ok so whatever, I get the account.

I contact you via Live chat to give you the Bank details of my brand new bank account I was forced to open.

I clearly give you the details.

And still didn't receive the money this week. Curious to know why I call my bank, they tell me no they have not received the money.

At this point I was beyond frustrated.

I contact you guys again, wasting more hours and minutes of my life I will never get back dealing with your nonsense that all could have been avoided.

So I ask what happened to the bank wire and you kind customer service agent asked me of the transit code, remember I gave your agent my details for bank wire, and your customer service agent tells me that the transit code was incorrect. Oh boy well look at that a major reason why I didn't want to do this.

The transit incorrect transit code you guys entered was: 04736

The correct transit code I gave you was: 04362

And come to think of all this now, I am more than positive that was an old transit number that was on my account with an old bank account I had with TD Canada thqat I havent had in over 4 years.

So you agent, told me they were going to update all my details and take care of me no problem. I wasn't allowed to do this process myself. Fine but guess what your agent entered ion the wrong information.

AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER #) FLIPPING DAYS TO EVEN KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY MONEY BECAUSE THIS TRANACTION IS LOST IN SPACE>

AGAIN THIS ALL COULD HAVEW BEEN AVOIDEEDE IF YOU PAYMENTS TEAM WASNT SO POMPOUS AND ARROGANT TO NOT WORK WITH ME AND FORCE ME TO OPEN BRAND NEW ACCOUTN I AM GTOING TO DO NOTHING WITH AND ONLY OPENED TO RECEIVE THIS MONEY THAT IS NOW LOST AND I HAVE 0 DOUBTS AI WILL EVER RECEIVE IT.

Bet365 Group Account frozen

I recently got my bet365 account locked in late February due to a charge back. And was told by bet365 employees that in order to get my account back I would need to get a document from my bank showing that it was dropped like a letter saying it was dropped.

I’ve contacted my bank directly on the 3rd of March and had the chargeback and dispute dropped and also had a letter sent to bet365 on the same date showing them what they needed for them to unlock my account. Todays date is March 18. It’s been more then a month and I still have yet to get my account unfrozen so I can access it. I have 883$ in that account that I cannot withdraw from them due to this circumstance. I’ve emailed them asking them what’s going on. And they’ve ignored me and pushed me aside they are waiting for and update from the relevant team at bet365. At this point there playing around and waiting till I die to take my money from me. I want my account back and money back that’s in the account that I have no access to getting

Bet365 cheating doing fraud to customers even funds sent saying even 2 mnths done till now date funds not came and simply saying to wait payment transaction statement proof that also not sending from last 2 months onwards contacted regularly chatted emailed also not responding. Bet365 Group customer service

I was on the phone 1hour and 18 minutes…
I was on the phone 1hour and 18 minutes with two women, one called Meg kept repeating can I place you on hold and if she said it once she said it twenty five times before at 48 minutes in refusing to give me a manager then suddenly one called Amber came on that didn't have any info from 3best so took another 32 minutes to basically tell me I was a liar, I apparently not watching on my tablet and lie about the following
A) football game not saying 80 minutes in play
B) cashing out removed before taking my money cos a goal was scored 15 seconds after I pressed cash out
C) tennis not even processing my bet yet taking it while the man was serving and no process just lost?

The customer service is worse than William hill which takes some doing and me losing 78minutes of credit on my phone because Meg kept putting me on hold
When I asked Amber well what has Meg done in the prior 46 minutes, she refused to tell me along with the CEO name

My name is Balu I have placed a 2 bets on same team one is 5.16 odds and another is 2.75 odds...
5.16*2800 and 2.75*6000 ...but bet365 offered cashout for only one bet that is for 2800 (5:16 odds)
Another was not offering cashout ...and I have lost that match ...then I have told to customer service through live chat but they are not returned my money back .. ...they will give some silly reasons and lot our money so please don't use bet365 for betting ...real good digger bet365 ...and their employees are mother [censored]ers

Bet365 Group first half score shows error

In this game, when I bought the second half, the score was 4-1. At the time, the score in the first half was 0-0, so I should win 3 goals in the second half, and the final score was 4-2. So I won 2 goals in the second half. But the system judged that I lost. I think this is due to the error in the first half of the game, and I should refund my principal.

Bet365 Group bet365 sports, and bet365 customer support

hi, my user name is gobindashil56.
I open my account here at bet365 at 13th march and send my docs for verify my account. they after 6 days send me mail that my account is fully verified. therefore I made a deposit via my skrill 0f 400euro on 24th march. as soon as I made the deposit bet365 disable my account. they even don't send me any notification after disabling my account within next 24 hours. after 24 hours when I went to login to my account I can see that my account is disable. after went to live chat I get all those information that my account is disable due to enhance verification check and they need my second id, selfie with id and my PVC which they were posted at 24-3-2018.
so I waited 21 days to arrive my PVC but it never arrive because bet365 never send me that at all!
at 14-4-2018 when I chatted with them I get to know this!
in between 21 days I came to live chat 3 or 4 times and every time they told me it was sent!
here is the chat reference; [protected], [protected]
so I then start telling them that I don't need to be an account with them and asked them to close my account and sent back my fund from where it was deposited.
then they simply denied to do so by saying they have the rights to closed or seized any fund at their own discretion. and they can only release my fund only after I provide them the PVC. also after send them all necessary docs it will took 28 days to review my account and only then they can return my fund!
sir, my question is I deposited after they verified my account and send me mail regarding that, so where the hell is these enhance verification came from?
also as I wish to closed my account, what preventing you to return my money to my e wallet as I did not place a single bet with that amount?
also, you need 28 days to review an account, its mean my money will be struck at a place for 2 month where it will be no use of me. so who will give me the interest of that money?
if I put my money on bank of that 400euro bank will give me at least 5% interest, you are looking to give me that?
if yes then its okay, but if no then here lies my problem.
please sir, as I did not place any bet with my deposited money as well as your customer advisor tell me lie about my PVC to be sent all i'm asking you is please closed my account and release my fund back to my skrill where it was deposited.

Bet365 have deliberately chosen to lock our account and of many other webmasters which is in violation with their own T&Cs

Despite we have replied several time to this email :

Thank you for replying and providing us with a list of your website(s) and marketing channels.

As a responsible operator, we must ensure that we can work compliantly with all affiliate partners. To ensure such compliance, we feel that it is necessary to reduce the number of affiliate partners that we have.

It is with deep regret that we are therefore sending you this email as notice of the termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you with immediate effect and require you to immediately remove all bet365 promotion.

We apologise for any dissatisfaction in advance and want to be clear that our decision is simply to ensure that we can continue to meet our legal and regulatory obligations in a focused and streamlined way.

Notwithstanding this termination of our affiliate marketing relationship with you, we recognise and appreciate your hard work during our relationship and, subject to the below and as a gesture of goodwill, we will therefore honour your revenue share payments for customers that you have already referred to us.

Despite the fact that our affiliate marketing relationship with you has ended, you will be able to continue to login to your account in order to check your balance and make withdrawals of these funds.
