So now the new tile acquisition is up to ~$6M in my case, obviously a sliding scale in play where the more you commit to the game both in time and $$, the more you are screwed over.

Still the same old BS where bonus' are concerned, whatever the game, whatever the bonus, you can rest assured you will never get the top prize or even close to it. For example, spinning wheel bonus will have 1 - 2000 prize, 1 - 1000 prize and alternating 100 to 200 prizes with the alternate number between the 100 and 200 being 5, 6, maybe a 10. No matter how much you play you are assured of hitting the 5 or 6 every single time. That isn't "chance", that's crappy programming.

Finally, the amount of pop up crap has burgeoned with the last couple of updates to render it virtually unplayable. Just turning it on you are besieged with at least 5 pop ups before you can even go to a machine and play. Ridiculous. Unplayable.

...method...BLOWS. Unless I bet $750k per spin, I don't collect any tiles? It's already messed up trying to get the ONE tile needed to finish a puzzle, now it's impossible. Crap crap crap. Here goes another paying customer hitting the delete button...

I love to play this game and love all the options there are as far as different slot machines to pick from. However, the pop-ups at the beginning are very annoying because there are so many each time you open the game. And the "Daily Special Offer" that pops up doesn't have an "x" to close it so you can move on to play. So each time it pops up, which is very frequent when going back to the lobby, I have to completely close out of the game and go all the way back in to even choose a slot to play. Then there seems to be another glitch where as while playing any of the slots if you hit the "spin" button while reels are still going instead of it stopping the reels it freezes the entire game. The "spin/stop" but is disabled and you can't do anything but return to the lobby and click on the game to reopen. It's particularly frustrating if you're in the middle of a slot tournament because you fall farther down the ladder in terms of placement towards the top spot. This too happens frequently. If those items were fixed I would give this game the top score of 5 stars. Would also be nice to click on the other users who are in the tournament and have the option to chat. Right now you click on them and can only see their screen name and that's it.

The game itself is a lot of fun. Scrabble and slots, you don't think they would work together but they do. The interface is easy to interact with and good for powering down and getting lost in a game.

However, after only an hour or so, you are out of coins and can no longer place bets on the slots(which keeps you from leveling up and getting tiles to use on the scrabble portion). I am not above paying for play so I purchased a small coin package and kept playing only to have my coins quickly drained again. I know how the system works and I am not going to keep paying real dollars for fake coins with minimal entertainment time provided.

So I wait for my daily re-up of coins and to my surprise it's a very, VERY small amount. So I have spent the last several days staying on the app for 2-3 min to collect my daily bonus and then have them drained. (All in an attempt to level up)

Seems like they would do well to remember that the game is not an actual slot machine paying real money. When I use actual currency to play, my return should be entertainment time playing the game. Not quickly draining the coins I just purchased and then providing no real significant daily re-up to keep me coming back.

Sorry guys, it's good but not quite good enough to keep me engaged.

December ~REALLY? SERIOUSLY!? You need to do better. If people can't win with the free coin, why keep purchasing?! Playtika, the games aren't paying out real coin, so WHY NOT LOOSEN UP ON THE WIN? Payouts don't even match the play...

I purchased that $3-million plus coin package for $10.00 and have gotten NOTHING! You took my money right away! I have tried contacting this app with no results! Change the name to DOWNTOWN VEGAS THIEVES! I want my money back, or the package I purchased!

Your game has gotten a little better. But the more I purchase to win bigger prizes, the more I lose...I know you're making money, but come on...

It is October 24...CAN YOU LOOSEN UP THE WIN PLEASE! I just broke my piggy Sunday, and have not had a big win to build my bank on. Definitely no Bonanzas on any of the new games. And that new game , it looks like you're about to win, and it disappears, vanishes, or the game starts jumping and jerking. Freezing, and cutting off. I NEVER WIN ANY OF THE GRAND, MAJOR, SUPER, PRIZES, EVEN WITH THE MONEY ISPEND...BTW, THANK YOU FOR TRYING TO APPEASE ME WITH THE 80,000-now-100,000, it last for 2-spins! I've been playing this game for a good while now. I've tried not to play, but it's so addictive. It's like the 1st thing in the morning, and the last thing at night, I have to play!

I deleted the App today. On high bets the win rate is dismal. In fact over the last two years my win rate when betting high is 0%. After 3 spins I would have no chance of ending up with a profit. On average a big win would take over 300 spins and to get a free spin round may take 400 to 500 spins and return less than 5x your spin cost.

If you want to bet low (the lowest possible) you can build your balance. Just got to be too boring spinning low for months only to lose it all every single time betting high.

Support is a joke (hundreds, if not thousands of complaints from folks over the years). Let’s say they have a promo where if you get 5 or more wolves in a single spin you win a prize. You get 7 wolves but never get paid. Email support and they say you are not on the winners list (which does not exist) so you give them a screen shot of your 7 wolves. They reply back there is nothing they can do. Great support, no. In fact there have been dozens of promos in the last year not one single player received their reward. Most folks actually gave up contacting support as they knew they had no chance.

Every 4? Days there is a mega spin. Every single one has been one of the 4 lowest multipliers, with most being the lowest or 2nd lowest amount. Not thing to look forward to on that end. On the wheel spin you do have a chance for the higher (white or black) wedge. Not often, perhaps 4 or 5 times a year but at least that is possible. Sure not often enough for me to keep playing this app.

I am always looking forward to playing this app and I have always wanted to see if I could win a trip to some where. But U make it so hard to get tiles and also win money these days. Why do you make it so hard? It cost me so much money and I never have enough to continue each day. Today is September 14th
. It's still hard to get the tiles to play the journey and I don't know why. You would think that it was like pulling teeth to get the tiles. One time I got 2 tiles after the Meter went to 100%. And another time I got 3. What gives?

. The slots are great and I have a good time playing. I tell my friends how it keeps my mind sharp playing scrabble. It's fun and free for the most part. Keep it up and around here for you and me.

I am playing double jewel and I am betting 10 million dollars per spin and I hit it big on my 2nd spin but, my Tile Meter isn't moving up.
I do really want to say good things about the app but, there always seems to have problems. I am always having problems with these apps that come from platika. I don't think it's the right spelling but I am sure you can figure out who I mean.
Again I thank you for the good things they do to help me get moving forward.

I start to play and they let me win a Great Win and I was Elated. I haven't got a win like that in a long time but I guess I came on at a good time. I sometimes think this is a slow working app and then something like this happens. I am going to enjoy today. Thank You ☺️ for Ur support. I will say to those who read this (Never give up)

Tired of doing all these promotions and not getting what’s promised did the big win every 2nd big win didn’t get then you say it my fault [censored] did a bunch of the rest and you said i didn’t do it spent over a billlion of coins and you send me 50 million laughable

Some of the slots seemed to be against a player that bets a larger amount. On one slot, if you bet small rewards come frequent. When I raised the amount bet to the higher amounts, I went through over 400 spins without a reward that was better that 3 to 1. Very disappointing.

I just did a new update with your app and it will not allow me to join Facebook to claim friends award . This is the only app that has to debug ! A lot of controlled development problems. Show me our money matters when it comes to customer fair gameplay! I made 3 purchases in less then 20 hrs ! Thanks

Your daily bonus needs to be bigger. Your collect bonus needs to be bigger also. You play and play your game rewards don’t change. I have been playing this game for years. Why ? You would think by now that honey catches flies better than vinegar. Why don’t you let us win some so we feel compelled to spend money. At first I like this game it was different but then all of a sudden you needed to pay money I’m on a tight budget I can afford to be paying money every time I need my coins and you don’t give out really high coins back when it comes to the bonus I think you need to change the game when it comes to real money .Thank you

I cannot believe how much they have raised their prices! Went from $1.99 to $4.99 to double your bonus spin (which maybe 1 time in every 20 is more than 30 million) and from $6.99 to $19.99 for the piggy bank. And now the minimum price to buy coins is $9.99. So greedy especially in these times! Won’t be playing any more.

Several months ago, this game just took 9 billion coins from me. One minute it was there and the next minute it was gone and I did not bet it. I contacted support and never got a response. I quit playing. I collect my free coins and will do that till I get back to where I was but I don’t even know if I will bother playing then.

This game use to be fun to play, they would let you win once in a while. Now they have changed most bets up to 20,000,00 so this tells me they want you to start buying coins. I will not buy coins for any game, I will go to a actual casino before I did that.these days most people just do not have extra cash . People play games online to be stress free.

We are to complete the daily quest today, the second one is to roll four times on a high roller slots. I would normally rate this app a 4 to 5 star as it’s one of the best. Back to the quest, not all people have enough coins or don’t want to take a chance of losing that many coins to complete the quest. Please reconsider in the future what you are asking in the challenge.

I’ve owned an iPhone since their debut. This will be the first review I’ve ever given on an any app. I’ve been playing this game for several months every single day. Usually win a little lose a little but definitely keeps me with enough coin to play. This morning I bought some tokens and gave a new game a try. I played sterling rose betting 5-10k and lost 6 million WITHOUT A SINGLE MF’N BONUS ROUND. I AM ABSOLUTELY FCKN LIVID. I get your gonna lose but MF LET ME HAVE SOME FUN WITH MY MF MONEY. I’ve been with this game a very long time and I notice changes that is not fair to loyal players!
First of all I noticed recently that the meter towel is hardly moving at all during the day for us to get letters! It fills up at night when most of us go to bed in as little as four spins…. Then at 8:00am it totally turns off leaving you to spin all day and barely moving one percent.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. The game tends to pay less than what’s shown in the screen. You play bonus rounds and you’re promised bonuses and wham, the bonuses never arrive. The big bonus wheel has slots of 64points. You land there 4 out of 5 times. If you want to double it, it costs $20. The bonus wheel comes every 4 times.when you don’t get it, the pay is $140,000. What kind of big bonus is when you get paid less. The cost of this game has gone up dramatically. It’s gone up over 500% since I started it playing. Maybe the have a new CEO OR the game has been sold to another company. Stay out

I’ve played this game for years. I started having problems today with the Vegas collection Bettys trading post. It would take my points but wouldn’t complete the spin and I would end up with nothing. Did that 3 times. The 3rd time it worked but I’m still minus the 200 points it took plus whatever my winnings were. And now I try to go on to play and it’s showing up when I click on like I’m a new player. I had 935+ million coins. It took me a long time to acquire that much plus my levels. I DO NOT want to have to start over. I reached out to support today and I still haven’t received any sort of response. Please help me. I love this game. It’s my favorite slots game.
