incorrect order
I stopped by Pizza Hut in Denison, TX on January 3rd, 2023 with my son to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks for our family. I didn't have time to call it in it was a last second decision from my 7th year son as we passed by the store. Of course I turn around and go in to order as any father would I hope. It seems like all the staff were unhappy with our walk in to order. A few were helpful but the overall feel from staff was uneventful and rude. I paid after waiting an entire 45 minutes and left unhappy. My pizza was undercooked so I had to cook it in the oven at home. The breadsticks had no dipping sauces and ended up being so greasy i had a stomach ache. Im not sure if they think it was comical doing this or Im just crazy and they messed up but it was not fair to my family. We have always enjoyed Pizza Hut so what gives? Thanks.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and hopefully my next visit will be delightful

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 16 boneless bbq wings.
The time was 6:15 pm on 12-29-2022pm. I recieved a phone call from the driver around 7 pm asking for directions to house. I have used this at least twice a month, called store and tslked to paul he stated the pizza would still be hot and was still in the time.
I recieved theorder at 7:25pm had to reheat pizza and sauce the wings barely had any and also lukewarm. I am disappointed in the food and service, concern of the store. The delivery person was sorry but said his gps sent him to Peoria.

I ordered a Supreme Pizza with 'extra marinara sauce'. My wife picked up a Supreme Pizza with 'no marinara sauce. The manager at the store was ZERO help suggesting I come back and they would make the correct pizza. Nothing about that remedy made sense -a refund does make sense. She was totally unhelpful and very unprofessional.. If you check your records you'll find I complained about this same store a couple of months back and gave the opinion that it would never make it in south Jackson, Tn. 38301. I was told after the first complaint that someone would contact me - that never happened. You got to ask yourself “how many people order a pizza with ZERO marinara sauce? Unless we receive a refund we’ll never enter that store again. Twice is enough! I still hold the opinion that your store will never make it. We had a Pizza Hut years back - it did not make either.

Food quality and delivery
We ordered delivery online and apparently our town uses door dash for delivery. Our food was delivered cold and missing one of our items. I called Pizza Hut who said I had to call DoorDash. I didn’t hire door dash to deliver our local store did. Either way I called DoorDash after speaking to Pizza Hut. They said they would do a redelivery and never showed up. This process is not customer service in any way shape or form. I ordered from Pizza Hut and they should have made this right.. so now my daughter didn’t get her food and I paid for items I never received.

I ordered a large Supreme Pizza from the Pizza Hut at 2311 Cache Road, Lawton, OK. I ordered it on the web and picked it up. I took the pizza 20 miles north of Lawton to Apache, Ok. Three of us determined the pizza was not right that it had a bad taste to it. I thought it had meat that wasn't right, my brother simply said it didn't taste right, and his nephew said it seemed too sweet. If I had taken the pizza to my home in Lawton I would have taken it back to the store. There was no problem with the courtesy of staff or cleanliness of the store.
Desired outcome: Please provide a coupon for a replacement large supreme pizza?
Meat lover's melt
I ordered a meat lover's melt online for carryout. I asked for only pepperoni and Italian sausage. When I opened it up it was barely any meat or cheese on it. I don't have the pictures in my phone I took them and uploaded them to the pissed consumer website. My last order was made wrong I called the corporate office and never heard from anyone. The pizza I ordered was not prepared correctly like I specified. They act like they be scared to put the meat and cheese on. I don't have money to waste and I'm not getting what I paid and asked for. I also sent the pictures to this website.
Desired outcome: Refund or replace the order
I ordered a meat lover's melt and they barely put any meat on it. This is the second complaint. The first complaint my order was made wrong. I did a complaint and never heard back from them about it and now this.
Quality of Pizza / Lack of attention

This is not an isolated incident I'm writing about. It happens more often than not.
I've been ordering from this location (Lee Vista Blvd., Orl, FL) for many years as I prefer Pizza Hut over other brands.
Number 1 complaint - If I don't pay the $2.25 addl cost for Extra Cheese, my pizza will come with practically No Cheese. (Every time)
Number 2 complaint - If I ask for - let's say - bell pepper, I might get one sliver or maybe two on each slice. Or I might get 4 on one slice and none on two slices. It's a hit and miss. I'm thinking "hand tossed" is just that - they scoop up a tiny amount and toss it from several feet away. Sometimes the tiny sliver is draped over the crust and if there is a second, it's likely on the tip of the slice. The olives & mushrooms are so tasteless, grotesquely shriveled and rubbery, the words "fresh" or "plentiful" would never have a place in their description.
Desired outcome: Proper Training is essential. They clearly have no concept of the word quality It's simply lazy and careless. It would be nice if the management would open their eyes to how the store is being run.
Pizza Hut
This pizza hut at 5270 E Arapahoe Rd G3, Centennial, CO 80122 is [censored]! They get my order wrong! They try to charge me for the replacement pizza and than put me on hold for 10 min the 3rd time I called. Are you people that work at this location just a little stupid or what? I wanted one of my pizzas with pepperoni that's all. It's not hard!

I am hoping by escalating this to you I can get this actually looked into instead of being fob off.
On the 19th November I ordered from your Maidstone takeaway brunch via your website.
This order never arrived, I rang the store multiple times got told twice the driver was on my street. I went out around my entire street and building trying to find him to no avail. I phoned the shop again for them to tell me their tracker said he had stayed in the same spot for over 15 minutes and they didn’t know what had happened.
At this point I had been waiting for over 2 hours for our food with a 6 year old and 3 year old. (we ordered early at 16.30)
They told us it would be over an hour and a half before they could get a new order to us and they couldn’t refund or do anything else because we ordered online so would have to go through the online refund process.
My partner suggested that we collect and could they do it any faster if we did, they told us they could get it done in half an hour so we agreed to collect.
My partner collected from the store, the boxes were sealed and no available table or space to check through the boxes in the shop. However on returning we found the incorrect pizza’s. We tried to contact the store 4 times but got no answer on the phone and just got cut off each time.
On asking for a refund due to our order not being met I have been fobbed off. I have asked for a formal complaints process to be followed and have just been fobbed off with a £40 voucher which wasn’t even the cost of the meal.
I have asked for a refund which given the circumstances I do not think is unreasonable but the online team tell me they are only willing to give a good will gesture.
Do you believe this to be good fair customer service?

Bad service
I ordered 4 pizzas online around 9:15 this morning and scheduled the delivery for 11:00 this morning. The delivery showed up at 11:52. When I asked the driver to call the store and ask the manager for a price reduction for my order he became defensive and refused to make the call. I needed the order on time and tried calling the store myself no less than 7 times without an answer and on top of that, the food was barely warm. My order came to 95.41 and was not worth the foul up that occurred with it. I want a 50% refund to my card. I think that's only fair.
Desired outcome: 50% reduction in cost of order is fair, I feel.
Customer service and horrible food
I called in for pickup order the lady was rude when asked questions then my boy pickup order brings home to find that the pizza I ordered with extra sauce was not applied and was like it was made days ago and the Supreme pizza ordered with extra cheese no extra cheese applied and 2 orders of tradional wing and they was awful over cooked hard as a rock for 10.99 per order and had to throw away not the night to eat pizza hut when I called the store they just said they were sorry and couldn't do nothing about it because management wasn't there and very rude about it

Lack of customer service
On the 21st of November I called your Kaysville location 4 times to order your pizza melts. Each time the phone was answered and then hung up. What is the problem with your employees? Did they not get trained on answering a phone for customers orders? We have ordered from this establishment before with no problems. What is the problem with your employees.
Desired outcome: Train your employees on better customer service. They need to answer the phone when customers call in orders. These people either need more training or they need to be replaced with people who want to do the job.
Opening time of Pizza Hutt Botany Downs
On the door there is a sign saying that the opening time is 11am.
I was standing outside prior to 11am waiting for someone to open the door and they opened the door and started serving at 11.20am.
Another customer standing since 11am turned around and went opposite to Noodle canteen because Pizza Hutt door was closed.
My order number was 44296.
I don't believe it's acceptable to open 20mins late.
I normally go to the Highland park branch and the service there is very good. This is the first time I have got pizza from your Botany branch
Desired outcome: A couple of free large Pizzas would be appreciated for the time spent waiting outside to get my family's lunch

ordered meat lovers and got barely any meat.. this location on 81st and Biscayne is the worst.. they are always giving little to no toppings. i provided side by side images that show 2 or more slices with little to no meat, barely had pepperoni or the other meats listed on a meat lovers. the image you guys provided doesn't match the images of what i received , i even tipped this is crazy. i need a new meat lovers pizza made the right way.

Last night 11/4/22 at about 8:20, I placed an order at the Beaver Dam, WI location. Once i completed the order it prompted me for payment and I opted to pay at the store which since it was a convenient option since I was about to drive. It stated that my order would be ready in about 20 minutes which was about how far I was from the store so it seemed PERFECT! When I arrive there are 2 gentlemen at the counter and they ask me if I had placed an order online to which I h "yes I did". They look at each other and then one asks for my name, then one tells the other there is no order. Then they tell me Oh the store is closed and our manager had us cancel all the online orders. I then ask them if "so you can just cancel orders because you decide to close early?" to which one replies yes we can our manager said we could. I reply that it is wrong to do that and just cancel a families dinner just as a convenience to close early and that I would like there names as well as their managers. The 1st worker in front of register says I don't have to give you my name if I don't want to. I look to see if he is wearing a name tag and ask so you are not going to give me your name? He replies no and even flips me the bird. At this point I ask for his managers name and phone number and he tosses me a pizza hut card and says my managers name is whatever whatever and good luck calling the number they will answer you from India and not give a [censored]. The corporate office isn't even in the United states of Texas it's in India. I am obviously upset and in shock with his behavior so I ask the other worker for his name and he says I don't have to give you my name either and you have to leave. I reply that I will leave but I will place a corporate complaint which they both find funny again as I am being "escorted" out by the 2nd no named worker I decide to pull out my phone and start to video record I say I am being kicked out for placing an order and getting cussed at by employees and the worker decides he too would like to introduce me to the bird as he flips me off too. In shock of their behavior, I stop my video and just drive away. I drove to the nearby Dominos Pizza , placed an order and was on my way still in disbelief of the Pizza Hut employees behavior. I wish I would've thought about video recording earlier but didn't, yet with what I was able to record, it is very disturbing and I do not intend to put it on social media as long as this situation is addressed and there is some sort of disciplinary action imposed on these cowards who shouldn't be in the service industry if they are not customer service material.

I order 2 pizzas on Monday, Oct 24th at 6:10 pm online. 1 was a hawaiian and 1 was a Canadian pizza plus delivery and tip. The total $30.24 came out of my bank account immediately but seconds later I received an error message that it had not gone through. So I was without my order, but you had already taken the money out of my bank account.
I tried to put in a complaint on the evening via online feedback/complaint and it is Feedback ID [protected] and I have not heard anything. I want my $30.24 back as my order did not go through. If this does not result in my receiving my money back, I will continue to escalate this at Pizza Hut.

Taco pizza / customer service
On 10/24 at approx 4:30 I called in a taco pizza. I went thru the drive thru to pickup. I asked before pulling away if their was salsa and sour cream in the box. The young lady told me their was. I got back to work, set down to eat and their was neither salsa or sour cream. I went and purchased and sat down to eat. Had not even taken a bite when I noticed rotten slimy lettuce on it.. I decided after 17.23 for the pizza and another $5 on the condiments. I wasn’t gonna be able to eat it. I returned to the restaurant and asked for my money back. The gentlemen informed me that he was not going to return my money and that I was being childish. He was up in my face. I started getting loud. He told me to leave his restaurant. I told him not until I get my money. He continued belittling me and then a another guy came over and he started in. His response was that pizza is going away anyway. I ask him what that had to do with my situation. Finally they got the mgr. She returned my money. While she was taking care of that the 2 guys continued to point and talk about me from the back. She never once apologized. I work for the 3 largest co. In the world and have for 40 years. I know all about customer service. That is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. I have been eating at the Pittsfield, Il Pizza Hut since it opened in the 80’s. I will never step foot in there again. I told the mgr she needs to keep her employees in check. She just looked at me. She should of been front and center taking care of this. Not letting her worthless help belittle customers. I had to tell him multiple times to get out of my face. WTH kind of people are you letting run your businesses?
Desired outcome: Someone owes me an apology. Those 2 guys need to be fired. I will never return as long as they are there. Honestly they would spit on your food.

I share your pain, we are experiencing the same breakdowns in quality here in Australia. I hope Pizza Hut in the US takes your complaints more seriously than Pizza Hut in Australia as I have'nt even had a response from them. Even our household pets would not touch them!
