Ordered for dine in a personal pan pizza, classic tomato spaghetti, mushroom soup, wedges, crispy fries, soybean and sprite drinks at 7.16pm, 28th April 2023. Order number T-[protected]. Until 8pm, I just got pan pizza, drinks (the sprite was tasteless, no sugar - didn't order for sugar free sprite). At 8.15pm, I need to go for Maghrib prayer, paid and asked the staffs to pack the balance for takeaway. Haven't got the spaghetti, mushroom soup, wedges and fries even at 8.30pm.
Desired outcome: Compensation and apologies.

So twice now Ive tried to order on the mobile app and it says that they do not deliver to my address which is a [censored]in lie because I order delivery every week last time I called the store and they said yes they do deliver to my address but they couldn't use my reward points or give me any of the deals that the app had that they were in app only Tonight I tried to do a mobile order it tells me the same thing so I tried on my husbands phone and on his phone when I tried to redeem my reward points it said that the store did not honor that coupon I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app I tried to do it on the web and I tried to log out and then back in and nothing fixed it I spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to place a mobile order I then called the store and tried to place an order I waited on hold for 25 minutes and was still on hold when they closed so I then hung up It's absolutely [censored]ing ridiculous your app wont work and your employees are too [censored]in lazy to answer the phone!
Desired outcome: the app to be fixed, better employees that arent too lazy to answer the phone and would also like some store credit or some coupons for wasting 2 hours of my time trying to order food

Placed online order for 2 large pizzas, I've learned to check my order prior to leaving the store to ensure accuracy. As usual it was made incorrectly. Honest mistake. What i'm upset about is the deplorable "customer service". Zero apology or offer of any time compensation to have to wait to have order corrected. Cashier simply gives me a smug look and hands me the corrected pizza and not a word spoken. I responded "sorry for making your order incorrectly and making you have to wait...right?" to which i receive another snide look. Waited 15 minutes in the lobby to have the order re-made...meanwhile the other food i had ordered was now sitting on the counter getting cold. This will be the last time I ever eat at this establishment I have been going to Pizza Hut since I was knee high to a grasshopper I'm 45 and I remember my family taking me there every Thursday for family night when we had some of the best nights and I enjoy them. Me and my brothers would play the video games what ones they had but it was great and enjoy few video games ... and a salad bar which was for my dad and my mom and that time they brought out a deep dish pizza that was delicious smelt great it was beautiful I loved it... now it's all about what makes them and there partners rich. But for a $11 bone-in wings and you have to pay almost a dollar for a dipping sauce is nuts nah we have a memory and that's what it well always just be because what your doing now isn't right good luck

Customer service and pathetic attitude of the so called manager.
I am extremely disappointed at the customer service from your call center. I called in at 16:09 on the 21 March 2023 to find out about what specials you guys are currently running at your Horizon View Branch. Let me start by saying the only reason I called is I was still deciding of what to eat; I was given the information that there is 2 Large pizza's for R115 so I did repeat to ask if it's two large pizza's and she said yes it is and a Medium Pizza with a buddy cool drink for R49.90 I then thought to myself okay its a great special they're running so why not. When I came to the store they then tell me that the call center has given me incorrect information so I then placed a normal order. I then called them again and requested to speak to the manager who's name is apparently GONTSE; she then told me that I am lieing and that she can't say why her call center agents would even say something like that so al she can do is give them training and there's nothing she can do; I told her she can even listen to their recordings then she had the audacity to still tell me no there's no such thing and I am lieing because her staff know what they're doing and she then goes ahead to tell me "What I can't pay for your pizza's so what do you expect me to pay for your food" which was really pathetic; if this is the type of customer service from your manager then I am stunned. Before I even got a chance to say something else in return she cut the call on my ear. When I called back for the third time another call center agent said the manager is out. So it's Really frustrating that how can she just go out while being on the phone. This is really disgusting service from you guys and highly unappreciated. I expect something to be done about this pathetic customer experience. I do not appreciate that a so called manager can tell me this crap to my face.

I ordered online and was going to pick up. It was ready when I got there, however, this was ABSOLUTELY ...THE WORST TASTING food I've ever had at pizza hut! Pizza looked like or was cooked last week and green peppers looked like they could have been old before they even started cooking wings for disgusting. This was 2nd time at this location & I will NOT be back!

Pizza Hut 120 Entrance Rd Ste 2 Pensacola FL: This store gets a NEGATIVE RATING! It doesn't take a PHD to answer a phone and take an order... but in this case, IT MUST! Guy took my order, asked for my address, and said that it is their delivery area. So I tell him my address, and he repeats it back. After placing the order, he said it will take 45 to 55 minutes. So I go to the store, and 70 minutes later, no pizza. My spouse said she saw a pizza hut delivery guy go by, and kept on going. So I call the store, the female manager said that they tried calling me, for address verification. I called the delivery driver back BEFORE I call the store. First call, he did not answer, and after 5 rings, it went to voicemail. So 15 seconds later, I call the delivery guy back again, and it rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang... no voicemail, no nothing. So when I called the store, the manager said "I should have answered my phone"...So after informing her what a DIPSTICK she is, the bottom line figured out, was that THEY had the wrong address. WTF! How can YOU have the wrong address, when YOUR worker repeated my address back to me? Perhaps pizza hut needs to hire people with a 6th grade education, don't bother hiring anyone with a higher education than that, cause seems like higher education CAN'T COMPREHEND ANYTHING SIMPLE! I ordered from a competitor, and they had no issue at all. WTF pizza hut! I placed an order over the phone for pickup on 03/04/2023 @ 10:34 AM for my wife and 89 year old mother. This is the Pizza Hut on George Dieter & Trawood in El Paso, TX 79936.
I ordered a meat lovers Pizza Melt and a pepperoni Pizza Melt. The order was picked up by my brother because he lives in the vicinity of that Pizza Hut. He brought it to my mother who lives 15 miles away and come to find out that the pepperoni melt only had cheese and no pepperoni!
When I called to complain, the manager would not come to the phone to speak with me and told the employee to advise me to bring back the uneaten portion and they would exchange it for a pepperoni melt. This would have been fine if I wasn't my mother's caretaker and I could leave her alone for an hour to resolve this issue. That was not possible. There was absolutely no empathy on their part and since they already had my money, they did not care to correct their mistake to accommodate my situation. This is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and the worse customer service I've experienced! I will no longer frequent that Pizza Hut and possibly none other.
Desired outcome: Possible loss of revenue by future customers. They could have issued a courtesy pepperoni Pizza Melt for me to pick up at an appropriate date and tome.

Friday the 3rd did online order two hours later no food tried to call can get no answer so I went up there they said that they did not process it there was nothing they can do besides return my money they could not make me no food because it was too late and now I had to go to Domino's so I could get pizza for my kids birthday party just wanted to say that This is why I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time because I had the same issue and it didn't resolve then

Lack of store supplies
The McMinnville, Tn Pizza Hut store (Unit 004374) does not have creamer for coffee, but they do have coffee. We were told that "corporate" had removed coffee creamer from the supplies they could order while coffee remained orderable.
Customers have to supply their own coffee creamer. That should be unacceptable for any restaurant.
We have experienced this several times this year, 01/13/23 @ about 16:00, and 02/27/23 @15:00 (ticket #68, reg 4). Coffee is something your older customers appreciate with a meal.
Desired outcome: Put coffee creamer back on the list of supplies the stores can order.
Delivery/Inaccuracy
i placed an order around 6:50 pm Saturday night at the sylacauga location on the pizza hut website. It gave me an estimate of 55-65 mins. i received order out for delivery by 8:02. By 8:30 still no pizza guy. I call the store & was informed they was just making the order. No apology no confirmation. I was just told usually delivers are 90 minutes. Like it was completely over 90 minutes and me and my family were left in the dark, completely lost. Very unprofessional.

On [protected] around 8.20pm I was having dinner with my family at one of your outlet at Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur.
Around 8.30 all of a sudden your restaurant manager named Nur (manage to get the name from your staff ) with no respect shouting towards your staffs. I and my family were supposed to enjoy a good meal but the chaos created by your manager really unbearable and can't be tolerated.
How could pizza employ such a person with such character who doesn't value and appreciate the presence of customers around. Hasn't Pizza Malaysia gave proper training for a manager to respond respect every customers?
Kindly take today's incident very seriously as this was seen by my childrens as well and how would they judge?
Your action eventually have to be lesson for other managers as well.

I ordered a new Yorker and was disappointed in the quality of the pizza. the crust was terrible almost seemed uncooked, the pepperoni was 1/2 of what it was suppose to be, like it was a frozen pizza.
Very poor quality. I like Pizza hut but this was not good at all. I don't know if its just this location and the staff don't care. What is going on Pizza Hut! :(

Stephenville general manager
I just quit my job as a delivery driver in Stephenville for the following reasons. The general manager, Franklin Brandenburg, had caused me many issues while working there. He constantly yells at the CSR’s causing them to cry at work, changes the schedule the morning of a shift without telling anyone which causes issues with school work since most of the employees are college students, has anger issues such as yelling at employees, throwing stuff, or punching stuff inside the store. He also uses write ups as a threat to get what he wants and even got me in trouble for not doing chores on days I wasn’t even scheduled to work as well as multiple occasions where he told me I would have off the days that I requested and then proceeding to only schedule me for the days I had asked off. After I talked to the manager working today about quitting I received this very unprofessional text message from Franklin that I thought Pizza Hut should know about.
Pizza mostly crust and no one at place of business cares.
Order on line, have to wait 15 minutes with a lobby full of others waiting, employee keep opening up boxes at the counter trying to figure out what is what. The pizza is all most all crust, where is the topping? This is the worst experience ever. No one cares just want their money. They got what they want but you got a client that is done with PizzaHut. This experience should be outlawed. I hope the one that keep opening the boxes was not sick. I'll throw what is known by you as a pizza away!, as well as your contact info to your store. I'm not usually a bad client but this experience is overwhelming. Very bad customer relationship, other clients in lobby stating this place is never a good experience.
Desired outcome: I'd like and apology and a refund. You have no idea how bad this experience was.
