Pizza Hut - Burnt bread sticks/burnt pizza with very little cheese.. Several times-the situation not mad right.

I've been a Pizza Hut customer for 35 plus years in Fairborn. All of a sudden, I'm getting burnt bread sticks and, burned pizzas with almost no cheese on the pizza. This has happened 5 different times. I end up throwing the food out. The recook comes out the same. There is a new manager that was brought in to the Fairborn location. He's very rude/condescending when you explain his re-cook is coming out the same. Mentioned that I've been a long-time customer never had any food quality issues until now. Mentioned a lot of Fairborn friends have stopped eating at Pizza Hut for this reason.. food quality is not there. The new manager's response was I've been brought into this store to make things better. Lots of problems with employees. This is how long the instructions say to cook the food. I'm doing my job correctly. Tried to explain to the manager that food quality is not better.. that I was told by a long time employee they have had to take out breadsticks a some pizzas a little early due to over cooking over issues. They have been doing this for a while now. He dismissed it saying they are wrong. He kept wanting to take about office politics regarding the employees' behavior basically. Honesty don't care about the problem employees. I'm only concerned that his new instructions are giving me burnt bread sticks and pizza's where you see sauce instead of any cheese on the pizza. I tried to be kind and give constructive criticism. Manager refused to re-cook food without it being burnt or to basically even care that the customer is unhappy. He's always right. I stated I guess that I will need to stop coming to Pizza Hut. He could care less was rude and hung up on me. I've never talked to a manger that arrogant before. Pizza Hut may have need new structure for their store with their employees but, they didn't need their food quality to go downhill. It didn't matter what I tried to say.. it was like a script. no apology. just I'm doing my job correctly. sorry about your luck attitude. This isn't what Fairborn needs. I am the new assistant manager at this location. I'm training now and i'm going to be taking over the store as the general manager. I'm sorry you feel you was mistreated, if you ever want to give us another try my name is Jamison and ill personally make your food myself. Sorry again for your experience i hope i can make it right.
