On 12/31, my wife placed an order with the Pizza Hut in Sanford ME (Franchise Owner Jim Sousa)
When I arrived to pick up the order, I asked the young woman working the cash register if my order was complete and everything in the two boxes. She replied with a friendly yes.
Twenty minutes later when I arrived home and my family unpacked the order, we discovered that "shocker", our order was NOT complete and everything was NOT in the two boxes. I called the store, the girl I spoke to at the register answered and I explained the errors and asked to speak to a manager. A few moments later, as I heard this girl speaking to someone in the background, the call was disconnected by someone on the Pizza Hut end. I called back several times from my number and my wifes phone number, each time that call was picked up and hung up.
Due to the rudeness, I returned to the store and walked in with my video camera rolling on my cell phone. (Video has been submitted to the regional manager Chris Thomas) I requested the manager and after a minute, the manager came out from the back of the restaurant. When I informed him that he was being recorded, he got rude telling me to leave the store, that none of my questions would be answered and that he was calling the police.
When he disappeared, a different employee jumped over the counter getting in my face in a threatening manner. To avoid further conflict, I removed myself from the store and contacted the police on the employee.
I spoke to the franchise owner on 1-2-2023 and he had no solution or answer to the unnecessary incident at his location
Desired outcome: I want to speak to someone from the corporate office regarding not only this employee who threatened me but I want to discuss the disgusting franchise owner that uses the Pizza Hut name and helps to tarnish it.

Recording your staffs inappropriate and unprofessional behavior is my right. Your staff and establishment has a history of [censored] so I was protecting myself.
Your little stores a dying breed motherfucker! Anytime you wanna meet in person let me know, I'll teach you a [censored]ing lesson on manners and respect.
